A frightened creature has disadvantage on ability checks and attack rolls while the source of its fear is within line of sight.
The creature can't willingly move closer to the source of its fear.
Rhogar and his pseudodragon familiar are stone faced at the sight of the horrifying visage of the banished. Krom and Kazri also stand strong and are unaffected. However Chip and Rekuburk are overcome by fear as the frightening image fills their minds!
Rekuburk is up
Remember you can reroll the DC13 Wis save at the end of your turn. Roll at disadvantage if still within sight of the banshee.
Krom, chanting an hymn of evocation, rushes towards the banshee pointing his warhammer at the undead creature. His warhammer pulses with radiant energy. As the dwarf makes a swift motion, the radiant light streaks towards the banshee "In Moradin's name, leave this place once and for all!".
Krom sends a bolt of radiant energy at the Banshee. It smashes into her ethereal body and blazes up in a bright light. When the light fades the Banshee has disappeared, finally destroyed by a dwarf who has come to reclaim this ancient dwarf stronghold.
As the dust settles you breathe a sigh of relief that the creature that has haunted these hall for so many long years has finally been destroyed. Looking around at the remains of the dwarf ghouls Krom notices that the first ghoul encountered in the room, near the throne, has different clothing, though tattered and ruined. Perhaps he was the castellan.
The room Kazri and Rhogar are in looks to have indeed been a dining hall. In the middle of this room, a carved stone dining table (15 feet long by 5 feet wide) is flanked by a pair of equally long wooden benches. Above the table hang two iron chandeliers, their candles long since melted away. North of the seating area is a sooty fireplace and an alcove containing a rough-hewn pit that descends into darkness.
A set of doors are to the south. Pushing those doors open you find a dusty room that has all the trappings one expects to find in a dwarven kitchen, including metal dishware, utensils, and drinking mugs. A stone sink is equipped with a faucet which, when turned, spouts hot water channeled from a naturally heated underground spring.

"Finally, Axeholm's halls are free from that undead." says Krom after the banshee is destroyed. "We may encounter some other ghouls in the rooms we have not explored yet so it is better to not our guard down." Krom quickly checks the dais and the two other rooms (Investigation5 + Guidance2 ).
"We should check the other rooms in the Upper Halls, but first let me heal you." Krom chants an hymn of abjuration (Aid) to fortify the group against further damage.
(OCC Krom will cast 2 Aid, the first spell at 3nd level (+10 current and max HP) on Chill , Chip and Krom, the second spell at 2nd level (+5 current and max HP)on Rhogar, Kazri and Rekuberk)
Rhogar holds up a hand before any magics is done on him. "Though the OFFER is appreciated, I would ask that you grant Ghorar your magic. Perhaps with a bit more bolstering, she might be of more aid than just a scout."He turned smiling to the injured Psuedodragon. Who at the time was cleaning herself off in the sink, have either secured Rhogar's aid or turned it on herself. With her, anything was possible. "But I agree with you on proceeding on guard in our exploring of the rest of this place. Might it be we find another, powerful undead having taken up residence here."

Rekuberk sheathes his sword on his back for the time being, cracking his neck slowly as he crosses his arms. While his rage has faded a look of mild anger still shows in his eyes as he looks at the cru"mpled undead around them. "I need to find a tailor.... Damn monsters keep ruining my clothes and this was my last good shirt."
"Lad, I fear that finding a tailor may have to wait a little bit more." says Krom with a big smile. To Chill, the dwarf says "That banshee was a powerful undead, I hope too to not see another one for at least a while."
"It is a relief indeed that the banshee has been dealt with." Says Kazri letting the bottom tip of her shield rest on the stone floor, and relax a little. "Once we have secured this place, I would like to inform the town to start preparations to move here for safety." She makes sure that she still has her half of the sending stone.

"This is a pretty nice place... Well it will be once all the dead things are dealt with.. Maybe once the dragon is dealt with it could be our place.. finders keepers ya know." The dragonborn would reply with a smile.
Checking the bodies Chill finds that the ghoulish castellan wears a gold signet ring that bears the Axeholm crest. The rest of the bodies have nothing of value. The other rooms are as described earlier and have nothing of value.
Both Rhogar and Ghorar have to cover their snout. Yet try as they might, their expression and occasional snorts give away barely held laughter at Chill's expense. Any looks of anger or annoyance eventually gets the Bronze to hold up his hands in surrender, and laughter naturally putters out as last round of chuckle. "After you then, Kazri? Or might Rekuberk wish to take point going up the stairs."

Moving around the room he helps Krom search. He also checks the bodies.
When that is done he check the 2 rooms that are the north side of the throne room. While we could see in them they need further inspection.
