Two of the dretches move up closer to Vizeran, but the drow's fiendish bodyguard suddenly pops into view and slashes at the small demon in defense of its master.
The dretch falls before the slaad's claws, but another moves in closer and releases a disgusting demonic fart that causes both the drow mage and the bodyguard to choke...
Dretch 2 Fetid Cloud. CON save (DC 11): Vizeran 4, Kleve 23 (Correction: these happen at the start of these characters' turns)
... but otherwise remain unaffected.

The dretch in the middle of the storm doesn't seem to know what it's doing or where it is, but manages to wander to the edge of the sphere and out of harm's way. The next closest seems to prefer the danger of the storm and instead has a go at Sekkar, while another already outside the storm moves around the edge to do the same. The final dretch emits its own repulsive flatulence, which doesn't affect Sekkar as the strong wind from Pax's spell blows it away harmlessly...

The death slaad is now visible, and can be seen to move around to the left of the gas-emitting dretch. Even to those from a distance, a sense of horror can be felt to wash out from the toad-like being, but it mostly affects those standing to the east of it...

All these clouds of stink and thunder made Sekkar's eyes watery, he even allowed one of the monsters to scratch him! He definitely needed to leave that area.

Again, two out of Kaylyn's three blasts strike the balor, although now the demon seems to be aware of the source of the magical blasts, and peers directly at Kaylyn, even through her cloak of black flame. Sekkar sends shadows dancing along the walls as he twirls the blazing sunsword, striking down two of the smaller demons, and then slipping northward back toward the edge of the cavern. Vizeran spins his staff around his body and momentarily where there was just one there are now four identical copies of the drow mage.
The northernmost minotaur seems to become even more enraged as its attacks against Pax simply cause harm to itself, but still it continues to try. Reckless Gore v Pax: 19 Damage: 14 piercing

Rhayna sees that her plans worked, and (miraculously) the Minotaur that was next to her took a stab at the Balor. She doesn't want to distract the two buddies, so will try to stay in the down low (Rhayna will stay on her current position). She focus on the spores of her body, and uses her Wild Shape ability to cover herself with spores (Symbiotic Entity). Then she focus on her staff, and heals herself. (BA Healing Word 2nd lvl 10HP)

The minotaur's unwilling attack on the balor has an additional bonus that causes Rhayna to smile. As the minotaur's horns strike the demon, they become engulfed in some of the flame that seems to surround and permeate the huge demon. (Minotaur2 takes 7 fire damage). Following the attack, the minotaur seems to shake its head with a gruff snort and realise its mistake, and the balor's flames flare momentarily, causing additional pain to the hapless brute. (Minotaur2 takes another 12 fire damage at the start of balor's turn).
Incensed now at the puny mortals that dare to defy it, the balor leaps into the air, it's fiery wings spreading wide through the cavern and sending small embers showering down into the far corners. Up and over the minotaur and the magic hand it leaps, half-gliding, and as it lands it sweeps the crackling sword down at the multiple copies of the drow mage...
Move (fly) (to within 5' of Rhayna and Kaylyn) Target: 14 (actually balor's truesight makes Mirror Image useless. oh well, he missed the duplicates anyway) Longsword v Vizeran: Attack: 27 Damage: 17 slashing plus 10 lightning damage (AH! And missed the real thing as well!)

Unlike the sword, the whip strikes true, and the balor drags Vizeran right up close. The sting of the whip and the intensity of the flames is too much for the elderly drow, and with a gasp he loses control over the spell that kept the goat-headed demons at bay, and they pop back into the cavern, along with their foul stench, which seems powerful enough to turn the stomach, even through the wind of the storm!

Kirin's blast of freezing air is powerful, but the heat radiating from the balor, as well as the resilience of the demons and minotaur mean they all mitigate the effects to a greater or lesser degree. The foul dretches scratch and claw at Sekkar and Kleve, while another simply stands stupidly in place. Kleve relatiates against his attacker and it shrivels and disappears, leaving nothing but a patch of ichor and the residual gas cloud.
The putrid goat-headed demons leap up and out of the midst of the storm, scattering throughout the cavern but each landing near a different target, and swing their spiky tails...
Kaylynis next. At start of turn please do the following: - Take 13 fire damage from being next to the Balor - Make a DC 13 CON save or take 6 necrotic damage from the bulezau stench
Sekkaris also up. At start of turn please make a DC 13 CON save or take 9 necrotic damage from the bulezau stench Hunter's Mark is still up, and Sekkar still has bardic inspiration.
Ugh. I have no idea what I changed to make it mess up the rolls. I'm sure I only added text. I've tried to fix it, but can't seem to do so.
If the rolls don't match the narrative in any way, then ignore that. But for any roll that affects your character, we'll just go with what's now on the screen.

Just as Rhayna empowers her spores to surround her, a putrid goat-demon jumps behind her, and hits her with its barbed tail. She is not able to resits the putrid disease, and she becomes poisoned. Using her reaction she gives back a little taste of her own medicine. (Reaction: Bulezau3 takes 2 necrotic damage CON DC 18 save).
Halo of Spores - You can use your reaction to deal 1d4 necrotic damage to one creature you can see when it moves into a space within 10 feet of you or starts its turn there, if it fails a CON saving throw (DC 18).

The ugly snout that came out of a poisonous cloud proved to be dangerous too - the beast managed to bite through Sekkar's armour, made him lose already shaken concentration and miss the hit from behind. He avoided the worst of it, but the stench was intolerable!
(If Drench6 is dead after first attack, then second attack goes to Bulezau5 plus a Sneak attack - since no one is within 5ft and Sekkar is not poisoned - for 7 )
The fire licks over her as the stench of the other creatures overwhelms her for a moment. But she is able to maintain the flame-like shadows that surround her.
She then whispers a discordant melody and the Balor must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, it takes 12 psychic damage and must immediately use its reaction, if available, to move as far as its speed allows away from you. The creature doesn’t move into obviously dangerous ground, such as a fire or a pit. On a successful save, the target takes half as much damage and doesn’t have to move away.

One of the leaping goat-demons gets a nasty surprise when it finds itself in Rhayna's spores. If it wasn't infected enough already, her tiny invisible microbes start eating away at its body even more. Kaylyn's subtle verbal magic certainly disturbs the mighty balor, but it continues to stand firm, glaring at her again through her shadows like an annoying gnat. Sekkar dispatches the dretch with the help of his predatory magic, then turns quickly to strike his other assailant with a clever twist. The four copies of Vizeran simultaneously cast a spell, and all four become shrouded in an aura of cold that Kaylyn can feel, until the mage moves away from her and out of the stinking cloud, still keeping within the Balor's reach, but out of the immediate danger of the demon's flaming aura.
(The wise drow seems to realise that 10' is far enough away to avoid the fire aura, but not so far as to provoke an opportunity attack...)

Casting a spell from the Necklace takes a bonus action. So you can't do anything else that requires a bonus action, nor can you cast another spell, unless it's a cantrip. But you can still take an action, including using a different item (as long as it doesn't involve casting another spell).

Kirin's blast of freezing air is powerful, but the heat radiating from the balor, as well as the resilience of the demons and minotaur mean they all mitigate the effects to a greater or lesser degree. The foul dretches scratch and claw at Sekkar and Kleve, while another simply stands stupidly in place. Kleve relatiates against his attacker and it shrivels and disappears, leaving nothing but a patch of ichor and the residual gas cloud.
The putrid goat-headed demons leap up and out of the midst of the storm, scattering throughout the cavern but each landing near a different target, and swing their spiky tails...

Ugh. I have no idea what I changed to make it mess up the rolls. I'm sure I only added text. I've tried to fix it, but can't seem to do so.
If the rolls don't match the narrative in any way, then ignore that. But for any roll that affects your character, we'll just go with what's now on the screen.

Just as Rhayna empowers her spores to surround her, a putrid goat-demon jumps behind her, and hits her with its barbed tail. She is not able to resits the putrid disease, and she becomes poisoned. Using her reaction she gives back a little taste of her own medicine. (Reaction: Bulezau3 takes 2 necrotic damage CON DC 18 save).
Halo of Spores - You can use your reaction to deal 1d4 necrotic damage to one creature you can see when it moves into a space within 10 feet of you or starts its turn there, if it fails a CON saving throw (DC 18).

The ugly snout that came out of a poisonous cloud proved to be dangerous too - the beast managed to bite through Sekkar's armour, made him lose already shaken concentration and miss the hit from behind. He avoided the worst of it, but the stench was intolerable!

The fire licks over her as the stench of the other creatures overwhelms her for a moment. But she is able to maintain the flame-like shadows that surround her.
She then whispers a discordant melody and the Balor must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, it takes 12 psychic damage and must immediately use its reaction, if available, to move as far as its speed allows away from you. The creature doesn’t move into obviously dangerous ground, such as a fire or a pit. On a successful save, the target takes half as much damage and doesn’t have to move away.

One of the leaping goat-demons gets a nasty surprise when it finds itself in Rhayna's spores. If it wasn't infected enough already, her tiny invisible microbes start eating away at its body even more. Kaylyn's subtle verbal magic certainly disturbs the mighty balor, but it continues to stand firm, glaring at her again through her shadows like an annoying gnat. Sekkar dispatches the dretch with the help of his predatory magic, then turns quickly to strike his other assailant with a clever twist. The four copies of Vizeran simultaneously cast a spell, and all four become shrouded in an aura of cold that Kaylyn can feel, until the mage moves away from her and out of the stinking cloud, still keeping within the Balor's reach, but out of the immediate danger of the demon's flaming aura.
(The wise drow seems to realise that 10' is far enough away to avoid the fire aura, but not so far as to provoke an opportunity attack...)

Rhayna is feeling a little dizzy, she figures it must be her spores trying to fight a putrid disease that is disrespecting their personal space. She takes a bead from her Necklace of Prayer Beads and casts Lesser Restoration on herself to cure the disease coursing through her body. She will stay put for now.

Casting a spell from the Necklace takes a bonus action. So you can't do anything else that requires a bonus action, nor can you cast another spell, unless it's a cantrip. But you can still take an action, including using a different item (as long as it doesn't involve casting another spell).
Oh, and Rhayna is within 5' of the Balor at the start of her turn, so she cops 10 fire damage.
