Hearing the commotion going on Elias moves North/East one square, then due North one square and he will then wait for the choke point to clear so he can advance.
Reg hears combat to the north and reacts quickly for once, moving as far as he can into the room, ending up just to the east of Captain Blackhand and engaged with the northern bandit. He swings his trusty longsword in a sweeping horizontal cut as he engages the bandit, readying his shield to protect whichever adjacent ally gets attacked first!
Longsword Attack: Attack: 20 Damage: 5
Use reaction to impose disadvantage on the first attack made on an adjacent ally.
OOC: Edit: I did not recall the moving through allies squares being difficult terrain, so unless they move before Reg does, he will have to *dash* instead of attacking to get where he wants to be.
Reyllnn gets to the edge of the choke point and then sends a Fire Bolt at the southern bandit of the two against the far wall in an attempt to light up the cavern.
OOC: As Reg noted, you can move through a non-hostile creature's space but it is considered difficult terrain at take 10 feet movement. You cannot end your turn in their square either. If anyone wishes to adjust their movement to accommodate this fact please do so.

Ah, right! Keric will slip passed Beric and then move a square north, ending in the first square with the scroll icon. His action will not change.

In that case Elias will continue around the corner (stowing his longbow and drawing his short sword) and turn South/East engaging the bandit Shaul is fighting
Keric moves into the cave, past his fellow adventurers, and strikes the bandit with his warhammer.
Reyllnn sends a fire bolt across the cavern and the red coated bandit on the far wall.
Reginald dashes into the cave and readies his shield to protect his allies.
Shaul strikes rapidly at the hobgoblin below him. He swings twice and goes wide on the first strike. The second punch grazes the armor of the hobgoblin, but does not harm it. Now realizing the distance of his quarry, Shaul lands an elbow to the midsection of the hobgoblin.
The bandit will turn to Keric and strike his scimitar with disadvantage Attack: 15 Damage: 2
Elias will move into the room with his shortsword and strike at the hobgoblin, but the blow will only graze the armor.

The bandit across the room in the red coat begins waving his hands and recites a few arcane words just as his hands erupt into flame. The flames show out into three rays, one each racing toward Keric, Reginald, and Shaul.

The scout has her longbow drawn and sees the adventurers enter the room. She lines up an arrow against Shaul and then turns to shoot a second arrow against Elias as he enters the fray.

Captain Blackhand: Surprised by the abrupt appearance of the bandit before him, Beric is caught flat-footed as battle suddenly rages all around him. Regaining is composure, the Pirate quickly draws his Cutlass and Shortsword and lunges at his foe.
Feeling my newly found power suddenly drained from me, I begin to grow concerned about the now hulking mass that is the large hobgoblin in front of me and the two enemies that are still lurking within the shadows that I cannot quite see just yet.
Given all of this and realizing that I am still the one holding the light and allowing others to be able to see, I once again harness my senses, close my eyes and I take the dodge action for this round to avoid any possible onslaught that may come my way from any given direction
Reyllnn goes into full self-preservation mode at the sight of the incoming hobgoblin. After a call of "There's another one behind!" and a quick set of inhibiting ice crystals, she moves back the way that the group came and ducks into cover around the corner.
DC(13) Constitution Saving throw; 5 cold damage and disadvantage on next attack on failure
Reg strides to the east (and a bit north), a looming figure filling the archer's view with impending justice (ending up just to the west of the archer), and he swings with an overhead diagonal slice...at the spellcaster to his right, channeling his holy power into the attack if it hits.
Longsword: *Attack: 6 Damage: 10
Smite if it hits: *8
