There is a bright flash as orange fire explodes inside the gazebo. Jets of hot flame shoots from the various openings in the gazebo. As the bright fire goes away, the stone pillars of the gazebo are left scorched and smoking, while the vines, greenery and bushes all around it and it's stone walls smoke and crackle on fire. The snake people in the area duck down away from the fire and shriek in pain, hissing in anger. Black smoke pours out of the roofless stone ruines of the gazebo.
(I already gave the Zombie his movement for his turn, which is why he's so close to the Gazebo, so he doesn't get there this turn).
You catch partial glimpses of the two snake men approaching through the main building towards the main door that Ham is dutifully waiting by, but the don't immediately emerge, though they must be close. (the positions on the map are estimates only, which is why they're grey)
#6 fires at Mal. Attack: 9 Damage: 9. Attack: 20 Damage: 10. (Mal, you have +5 AC from 3/4 cover from #6).
Smoking from the flame, gritting his fangs in pain, the snake head man in the gazebo with an angle on Sickle fires at him (#3). Attack: 9 Damage: 10. Attack: 8 Damage: 8. (Sickle, you have +2 AC from 1/2 cover from #3).
#8 kneels down and fires two arrows at you Sickle in reply to your ice dagger. Attack: 24 Damage: 13. Attack: 24 Damage: 10. (Sickle, you have +5 AC from 3/4 cover from #8).
#2, crouched and staying out of site runs out of the smoking gazebo and takes full cover on the far side.
#5 shoots at the zombie. Attack: 18 Damage: 5. Attack: 21 Damage: 4.
So does #7. Attack: 14 Damage: 6. Attack: 6 Damage: 9.
The zombie drops, with several arrows in it.
#9 seems to be holding his shots, his bow nocked, looking for movement to fire at.
Alright, everyone's next turn. Ham continues to hold his action, covering the back door of the building. Boris continues to crouch, breathing heavily, waiting for a chance to charge into a battle with his ice axe.

A volley of arrows fly at Sickle, evading his raised shield and finding their marks. He is stunned by their accuracy, as one buries itself in his neck,, another in his belly, and a third in his thigh. He roars with pain, but it’s cut short as the poison find its mark. He drops to one knee, nearly collapsing, then struggles back to his feet, bleeding profusely and wobbling.
(54 damage drops me to 0, Relentless Endurance to come back to 1 HP).
He reaches a hand up and formes a frozen wall of Ice in front of him, hopefully blocking further arrow attacks, and then mutters a word to himself darkly and some of the bleeding seems to slow.
(Action, use 2 charges from the ring for a solid cube of ice, 10’x10’ - hopefully that doesn’t screw anybody up. Bonus Action: Healing Word 2nd level for 9 HP)

Continuing his stealth Mal will use his action and movement to move straight east and then a bonus action to stealth again. Essentially moving while keeping stealth up so can only move 30' west with the initial stealth of 25 on the last turn.

Mal, you're pretty sure that anyone who wasn't watching you (aka, everyone but #6) you're already well hidden from. It's only #6 you're worried about. You creep through the trees, trying to have him lose site of you as you weave between trees, (Perception to keep an eye on you: 18)
Sickle nearly collapses, as the arrows slam into him, blood splattering Boris who stands near him, then the stinging burn of poison rips through him and he drops to a knee....but manages to keep from blacking out. He exerts his will to try and make an ice wall. The ice wall doesn't appear. Sickle, you feel a harsh laughter in your mind as the ring demonstrates it's control. Then, blessingly, the ice wall grows out of thin air, the ice crystals rapidly crawling upwards to form a massive wall. A feeling of being indebted fills your thoughts. It's clear, the ring thinks you owe it one.
[OOC: Yea I figured as much, I am planning on taking out #6 as soon as I can, so I can then sneak in close and pull out the rapiers, and then be able to use some of the battlemaster abilities which require me to be in melee combat with them. One round at a time.]

Watching the movement of all the players, its almost like Badger can see the whole battle playing out in his mind - and it doesn't look good for them! Half-whispering to Mandra he says: One of us needs to go help Ham, or we'll be surrounded. I'm almost out of magic, but I can try to keep these ones pinned down here. While waiting for her reply, Badger will cast Fire Bolt at whichever enemy he can see by the gazebo.

Badger spots the mostly human woman, her longbow out, crouched just inside the gazebo, and hurdles fire at her. It flies into the stone enclosure and splashes against her side, leaving her shoulder sizzling as she yelps in pain. She glares in Badger's direction.
The snake people yell and signal to each other, but only Mal can understand. Translating the yelling from 8 people quickly enough, however would be a challenge, even if he were willing to give up his position by yelling. Mal they're also using names, which, as you're trying to track them, you're having difficulty figuring it out for the first few seconds. For the moment, you're learning, watching. But they do seem to be 'professional' and seasoned warriors. They're not panicking, but communicating and tactically positioning themselves.

Meanwhile, four other snake people all approach the ice wall and wall behind which Boris is standing, crouched behind the same cover as the group, bows still out for the moment aimed at gaps in the walls, covering their approach. One snake head man behind in the rubble covers them with his bow as they creep forward.
Then, behind you, in the least surprising turn of events, a warrior that is almost fully human, a man, as well as a person with a human torso and head, but a snake body, emerge with blades out right near Ham, who immediately lays into them. They cross blades with him, immediately engaged in a vicious sword fight.
