Casmir blinks in surprise as Thok rushes past him, then curses in Infernal, begs Tyr's pardon in Celestial, and runs after him, trying to stay close enough to use his shield to protect him.
(OOC: Casmir will Dash after Thok and stand between him and the ogre if possible. If the exit is narrow enough, he will try to block the passage so the orcs can't sally forth. Where's the sentry now, by the way? Initiative: 3)
(OOC: Given the crappy initiative I rolled, it's likely Casmir will get a Reaction before his turn. That being the case, he will use it in to 1) impose disadvantage to the first attack on Thok (Protection Fighting Style); or 2) opportunity attack on any enemy trying to pass him by; or 3) cast Hellish Rebuke on the first enemy that harms him. Whatever comes first.)
