"Can do," Stigr says calmly and commands his imp familiar to drop invisibility, yells at them in his own voice through his familiar, and has it race back towards the group, "They should be on their way now."
Stigr will prepare eldritch blast for when they come into sight.
“Well that was short work. Ha, lets get ready double time then I guess,” Rurik says as he crouched low with his sword and shield. Shadowlight stays behind him ready to pounce at a moments notice.
Iggys form changes as he turns into a cat and runs into the room with the gricks, trying to gain their attention so they run (?) after him. As soon as they start chasing him he'll start running into the tunnel where the rest of the party is at the ready.

Before the feline Iggy takes off, Trin sings in a whisper an old Elvish song, which he attempts to deliver to a grick in the group with the message cantrip. He doesn't know how the grick might react, but reasons it might come out to investigate.

The gricks clearly watch the imp and cat, and, depending on how close the cat gets, might even try to attack it... Let me know how close you get.
They appear more interested in the whimpering on the other side of the door though, and do not appear to want to move away from it to chase harder-to-catch meals.
Stigr will pass along what his imp sees, “It seems rushing them is the way to go, Sam, if you’d like to lead?” And he will follow along with the group, hoping to stay in the middle of the group.
Samantha ... shouts at the beasts, who glance up and look a bit taken-aback at the sight of someone yelling at them, but don't understand any of the words. Still they are a bit cowed by the fierceness of Samantha.
Cat-Iggy ... moves away from Samantha. (Anything else?)
Trin ... casts slow on the 5 Gricks. G1 save ... 14 DC is 15. G2 save ... 14 DC is 15. G3 save ... 12 DC is 15. G4 save ... 13 DC is 15. G5 save ... 21 DC is 15.
Rurik ... charges in. Please give me attacks.
Maximus ... Follows Rurik and casts Sacred flame. Grick save ... 22 DC is 15.
Stigr ... (Need an action.)
Giving the above as a surprise/cowering round, thanks to Samantha's great intimidation check. Once the few items I mentioned above are resolved, I will continue into actual combat rounds. You will go first, then the Gricks will get their first turns.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Trin begins another Bladesong and launches himself into the fray. Dodging tentacles and the strikes of his companions, he slashes at the nearest grick, an arcane word on his lips.

Maximus will once more moved up to stand behind one of the front liners preparing to cast Sacred Flame when one of them gets into range.

You wait, but nothing happens. The Gricks do not appear to have chased the imp.
Stigr will send the imp, invisible again, to go check what happened.
Iggy smiles. "I'll go get the monster worms."
