"Hang on a second..." Trin think to himself about the altar covered in handprints he saw through Owlix's eyes.
Religion: 18
The altar is a 3-foot-tall, 500-pound tapered block of dark red stone engraved with Dwarvish prayers to Dumathoin, the Keeper of Secrets under the Mountain. Greasy goblin handprints cover the altar, which any dwarf would consider a desecration.
Turning to the nearest Dwarf in the party, (Sam?) Trin mentions that it was a shrine to Dumathion covered in goblin marks. "I guess they overran a dwarven mining operation down there."
Samantha shakes her head. "It might have been a shrine. Still they thought defacing Dumathoin's shrine was a good idea. I'd like to make them eat those words, but that means they may be still down here."

"that's what I saw when Owlix flew down there, but there's something down there making an awful noise. It was hard to concentrate when I heard it." Trin answers.
Stigr glances back a the others till talking, "I think we should just head out this way and search around until we find it, better than trying to climb up and down a chute without being heard and possibly ambushed. It wasn't that far down right? Let's just look for some stairs."
“Yeah, I’d like to see this but I’d rather not travel a chute to get there. Which way haven’t we expired yet? Lead the way or point the direction.” Rurik says gruffly.
Melady helps the imp scout the path ahead as you retrace your steps. You travel back to the closest intersection. The path you took here is back north, while an unexplored path runs East from here. The lab you just fought the golem and skull in is back West.
so it is a 3-way intersection. West is the lab you just fought the golem and skull, north is the path you originally took to get into this section, and East is unexplored.
Melady moves forward with the imp, helping to scout the path eastward.
After a bit both imp and melady report in. There are bugbears guarding the passage ahead.
"From what I saw there is some sort of pressure plate dart trap just before we get to the bugbears." She glances to the group. "What do you want to do?"
Stigr will share his imp's mind for a moment to investigate the plate. (Looking for how much pressure it would take to trigger, does it self reset, and where the darts come out)
“Well, lets see if we can get the bugbears to set the trap off for us. Lure them into it somehow, and into a trap of our own,” Rurik suggests to the group.
Stigr, blind and deaf to his immediat surroundings while he looked through his imp's senses, "I'm trying to figure out how this trap works, perhaps I can either lure the bugbears into it, or arouse their suspicion by setting it off for no reason, drawing them out to reset it and we can ambush them then."

"Shall we make our way to the alter and maybe clean it up some?" Maximus suggests.
Hearing them talking of the alter, Rurik turns around. “Where is it? Down the chute?”

Stigr will send his invisible imp off to the east ahead of the group.
Checking his map Maximus relays the information saying, "looks like east is the direction we need to go."

Whenever it comes around, unless someone wants to veto this, Trin does the following:
From 30 fr away cast infestation on the left Bugbear
11 poison damage and move 5ft 1 (East), unless Con save DC15
Trin then misty steps to the place where the bug bears are, left of where the one he spell attacked, and stabs that Bugbear 14 for 12 piercing damage
Samantha will stand back and ready an attack in case the bugbear comes toward her.
