Ok, here is the map... For those who haven't seen one yet, it is in excel and each square is five feet. If you have a suggestion to make it better let me know. I need the excel version since I am a blind player/dm and this is an accessible way for me to do a map. right now you don't know anything past the room with Rurik and Shadowlight in it, but I included the rest for my own sanity.

So here we go... I've put everyone on the map, so you may be close enough to do something this round, even if you are not with Walt, Donkee, and Ellya.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Mache is going to fly backwards to a place where he can turn invisible again. Secundus will cast eldritch blast at bugbear 2 and then try to move back.
Walt will draw his sword and shield, racing forward towards the closest bugbear. One next to shadow light, the weathered old cleric would strike hard with his longsword towards the bugbear while watching to see if any of the enemies try to push past him to reach his companions behind.
Attack: 10 Damage: 7
if the bugbear attacks someone except ffir walt, he would use his reaction to strike them again.
Ignat pulls out his yew pipe and blows a nice green acid bubble Acid Splash at Bugbear 4 (if another enemy is within 5 feet of Bugbear 4 they also have to make the save)
DEX save 13 or take 8 acid damage (successful save takes no damage)

Shadowlight will go after Bugbear 1 biting his legs. Attack: 18 Damage: 2 If the target is a creature, it must succeed on a DC 11 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.
Rurik charges into Bugbear 1 with sword and shield in hand. Attack: 20 Damage: 8 Attack: 24 Damage: 10
Norelan hits the bug bear with his bolt, doing damage.
Iggy sends his acid spray at Bugbear3 (4 is not in line of sight even when I moved Iggy up 30 feet..., 4 will be in area of affect though.) B3 save: 11 B4 save: 3
Ellya casts Grease (no reason to move, you were close enough already...) B1 save: 16 B2 save: 11
Bugbear 3 takes acid damage, while bugbear4 avoids the acid.
The two bugbears fighting Rurik, both fall prone.
Donkee is able to side-step the grease patch and move to face the two bugbears by the tunnel going East... He would see goblins in the next chamber from this position, as well as two ogres. All of Donkee's attacks miss the two bugbears.
Walt's attack on the prone bugbear hits, doing damage.
[OOC: I think I know there squares you're referring to. The ones between Rurik and Donkee. For some reason, the numbers just in a weird way in my view screen.]
Donkee will call out the fact there are ogres and goblins in the next chamber. He will blame the shock of seeing 8 ogres on his missing of the bugglebears
Shadowlight will get up behind Rurik and bite down on Bugbear 2. Attack: 8 Damage: 2
Rurik will then follow into the Bugbear 2 with two more attacks, first low, second high. Attack: 8 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll. Attack: 10 Damage: 9
"Well, Donkee, i think we have found ya quite a few skulls in the rowdy bunch. How many more do ya think there be? Lets make quick work of this lot so we can keep them funneled up, eh?"

I marked the Grease area with blue.
(OOC: the blue isn't showing up for me. It's D31 and D36, right?)
In mine it is D7, E7, D8, and E8. Pretty much where B1 and B2 are, then the squares to the right of them as well, since it covers a 10 ft square.

Shadowlight bites a bugbear, ripping and trying to trip the bugbear...
Bugbear save: 16
Bugbears 1 and 2 take the disengage action and move out of the area of the grease spell.
The two bugbears blocking the tunnel both attack Donkee with their morningstars...
Attack: 18 Damage: 11

Bugbears 5 and 6 move up.
Rurik, following the two bugbears around the grease patch, takes out bugbear 1, then moves on and attacks bugbear 2 for damage.
Secundus sends two sizzling beams of power at one of the bugbears, both hitting for damage.
