One of the bugbears rushes forward and attacks Norelan. (Norelan gets an attack first, since he readied an action to do so... Go ahead and roll it.)

Two goblins rush up to attack Norelan...

The other 7 goblins let loose with short bows targetting Rurik and Donkee.
Mache needs to make a dexterity saving throw, just due to the amount of arrows going through his space. He is invisible, so he is not the target of any of the shafts, but might be hit regardless.
Only one of the goblins failed its save, while both bugbears in the area failed theirs. (sort of funny I think, but what can you do about the rolls...) G7, B2, and B3 are all restrained, no one else is at this point.
Vaden stays put.
