Adray takes but a moment and says, "I vote we go straight to the tunnels to start with. There we can drop the civilians off with the others and come back to clear the rest out if able. What say you all?"
Choir thinks that the tomb seems the safest place she's seen yet, but it's small, and probably not comfortable for living people. She nods in agreement with Adray's plan.

These are not tunnels, but a well crafted Catacombs - ceilings are quite high and the passageways wide enough for two people go shoulder to shoulder. Owis definitely smells dead bodies around and in both directions - to the tunnel (H17) and to the back (H12). Velcora explained the the way to the tunnel outside - you can go either north or south. Echo in the catacombs brings some unpleasant noises - well can be there are indeed devils around.
There could be innocents trapped in the catacombs, but Ordrag agrees with Adray: first get the children to safety then come back with anyone that can fight to look for more survivors. No point 'rescuing' a bunch of people just to find the tunnel chock-full of devils. Ordrag suggests going south.
(OOC: looks like either way is the same distance as the tunnel entrance is in the middle of H16, but the passageway is less visible from H10/H11s than from H14)

How does a red dragon blow out the candles on its birthday cake?
Fran would be ready to follow the others south, keeping an eye on their tail. She agreed with the safety precautions and would follow the pace of the group. Though deep down she was pressing to hurry as fast as they could so that they could improve the chances of rescuing any survivors. As they walked the artificer would keep an eye out for any traps.
"Are these things fresh?" Choir asks. Catacombs are meant to be full of dead bodies, after all...

The bodies were quite fresh - you could see it for yourself pretty soon - one was laying at the entrance to the alcoves in the south corridors. There are no traps here, but as soon as you turned to the main Crypts (H16) the sounds of very close battle (or slaughter) became quite obvious. The familiar tail - thin and covered with spikes - is visible in the opening. You can be sure that at least one spined devil is fighting someone inside the Crypt. The devil, though, does not seem to notice you yet.

After arriving in the catacombs and hearing more sounds of battle, Ordrag's blood starts racing again, ready for more battle. (Second Wind: 6 HP)
Seeing the spiky devil ahead, Ordrag briefly thinks "What would Tyr do?" and then charges in with weapons raised. He gives no thought to stealth, but a name he's never heard before comes unbidden to his mind and he bellows it out as he rushes in to the attack: "GRIMJAWS!"

Seeing the creature attacking, Adray trusts his team to back them up and he charges forward as well. First he tries to catch the devil and then toss it to the ground.

Lol, got distracted and copy and pasted pretty sure those would hit but here are the two advantage rolls 24, 20
You did have the drop on the fighting devils (though, at the moment you see only one of them).
Polly was the first one to react to familiar shape. Ordrag was still taking in enough air for the loud greetings, when first bolts of magic energy struck the fiend, that shrieked loudly and tried to dive deeper inside the Crypt, though something did not allow him to do it immediately. The noise of metal clutching on metal became less rhythmic, as if something interrupted the combat.
The devil was in the air, as usual, but low ceiling did not let it to keep away from the melee attacks and he was hoovering now, like Lulu. So, Adray finished the fiend with the first attack. However, when Adray moved to the corridor, from where he could see the crypt, he realized, where that combat noise was coming from: three man - humans, it appears, with eyes of a madmen, were attacking people inside - quite a lot of them. The closest bandit could only turn to Adray, but the rest were now aware of someone, attacking from behind, and stepped closer to Adray (disengage with the crowd).
This is how I see the battlefield (with devil gone now). You can move through the friendly creatures space with half speed. Dwarves, Harkina and Lulu helplessly stuck behind.
Everyone can take their turns now (though first Choir Fran Brutus Ordrag, then Polly and Adray again).
Choir stays where she is and casts Bless on the three closest to her: Ordrag, Polly and Fran.
