Nirug smiled near sadistically as he looked at the others before saying, "I have a plan, battle." He then start his way up to the front door. Hes not fool enough to immediately kick the door in but leaves the others a moment to figure out what they need to do before he does kick in the door.
In these situations he, rather be acting then reacting. If they waited to long, these things could get the jump on them or even make off with what they need before they breech the door.
With a quick look at the others and a grinning nod. The goliath will draw his axes, raise his foot and kick it square at the door.
Seeing so many of us stand at the door Smoke will want to go round. I will go with Jorel to the roof, sound wont matter once the fighting starts.
Smoke will go round to get up to the roof and wait for the noise of the group signaling the confrontation will begin.
At that time (with Nirug already breaking down the door). Smoke will say to Jorel (assuming hes standing next to him) Lets go And will use his climbing ability to move up along the wall.
He then readies his bow as he looks to see the situation down below and around him as he waits for Jorel to climb up knowing he wont be sitting up here alone for long.

Aldin watches the group spread out, they all know their roles so he does what he does. He swings around his crossbow and moves to the front door beside Ash. He would stay there to shoot in but be ready to step back to shoot up, should the flying threat occur as Black Cat spoke of. He attempts to blend in with his surroundings to get a decent ambush shot off.
As you all take your various positions as you've formulated your plan, Nirug's foot easily causes the old cracked door to fall apart instantly. The whole group is met with the sight of the inside of the monastery. The first of two stories, the monastery has high ceilings with rows of stone seats, accompanied by a raised platform with a podium at the front. A staircase is positioned at the back of the platform, leading to the second floor.
This when you all witness the terror that Black Cat witnessed before. The elf, who appears to be a monastery worker, and the unknown hooded figure, two Spined Devils flanking him on either side. Their eyes immediately dart to you, their focus suddenly affixed on your new presence.
The hooded figure will speak with a dark, annoyed yet calm Charistmatic tone. "What are you here for?"
And Smoke, only arriving mere moments before the party enters, didn't notice anything prior but have great positioning to view what will happen.
Nirug looks up at the robed figure slightly confused for a moment, his arms near twitching from the anticipated battle. Responding to the figure with a taunt he says, "Well that's a dumb arse question. Figure it out yourself." He then moves his axes up to a ready position and moves a little further into room allowing any of the others to move in behind him. He kept his eyes locked on the hooded figure and kept the spined devils in his peripherals, noting their movement.
Movement: moving partway into the room
Action: Defense action should they attack
Using Hunter's Bane( you have imbibed Hunter's Bane. You have advantage on Survival checks to track and INT check to recall information about Fey, Fiends, and Undead. If you are tracking one of these types (only one at a time), you can't be surprised by them.) to try and recall any information regarding the strengths and weakness of these creatures.
[OOC: Nirug, I'm assuming you're announcing the action that you will take when we enter combat formally?)
The hooded figure looks to the Elven monastery worker. "I know everything I need to." The figure then takes the elf by his collar and practically drags him the 5 feet to near the staircase, which he appears that he will step onto shortly and ascend onto the second level. He then turns his head to look at the obedient bloodthirsty Spined Devils. "I don't have time for this. Just make sure to dispose of the bodies." And with that, the Spined Devils shoot into the air, their eyes affixed on the front lines of the party.
Please roll initiative. (if some people have yet to roll when I am up in the morning I will proceed to roll for said characters to continue the combat along)
[OOC: Driving down to the LA area tomorrow morning so will be away from my computer and wont be able to use my phone for awhile. Black Cat will continue to attempt to hide/stealth his way to the staircase and depending on how things are going with the devils will make his way down after the other two.]

On his turn he will cast divine favor and attack the closest spined devil if he can reach them while keeping as many allies as he can in eyesight (if he sees that they are indeed going to fight).
(Just to get an idea of the spot where Smoke and Jorel are: Are we on a wooden beam inside the building or outside on the roof looking down through a hole? And can we see a path to the 2nd floor from here?)
