Axon swings his longsword in an arc to have the blood slide off it and onto the deck of the ship, he then sheaths it and looks down to Shepherd who had been damaged in the fight. He pushes in a couple of levers and steam begins to emit from the Defender as it's internal functions begin to rework to repair the damage.
OOC: Shepherd is using Repair (2/3 remaining for the day now) to heal 7 hit points
Rusty reloads and stores his handbow and sheaths his dagger. He will examine the body of the baron looking to gain any additional knowledge of any potential weakness or strength of the physiology of the creature for potential future engagement.
Driftwood shrugs, "You are better off asking an professor about that. It's pretty common to know about their habits when you live on the sea, specially when after they wreck ship, you'll only find bloody waters. No bodies, just a wreck and a crimson waters about it."
Coral is doing some medical help to the crew, "Not much else, once we get the anchor free, we should be out of their range in an hour. And if you are worried about pirates, don't, we're too far from the principalities to be their mark. So should be smooth sailing from here on out."
"I've found that smooth sailing usually is said just before very not-smooth things happen." Nasaar says with a chuckle. He would shrug though, ready to see where this goes regardless.
After a few minutes the ship is free from the anchors. After attaching the head of the baron onto the back of ship, the ship goes on with its journey. Although you can see the familiar fins from the water, they didn't come closer , instead fleeing the ship. And the crew visibly relaxes as it seems the ship was out of the shark men's range. And they were right about calm waters afterwards. The journey continued on for three days until you all can see a vast forest, that seems to grow in size as you all come closer. The ship pulls into a bay and starts to approach the edge of the forest.
As the ship starts to drift into position, Kierran comes topside. He seems more prepared for battle as he strapped with studded leather and a few more daggers on his person. He gives a nod to the party, "So hope you all enjoyed your stay upon my ship, cause we'll be roughing it out for this part. But we'll have to stop by the village to stock up on supplies for it." He says as he helps ready the gangway.
"It was a decent, and interesting, trip so far." Nasaar observes with a shrug. He has his own gear in place again, and his ready to move out once they hit land.
Hari never unpacked her stuff, so is ready to go the moment the village comes into sight. The hobgoblin sweeps her eyes across the coastline, but seems rather less impressed with it than she did with the cities and ships. She's seen wilderness before, after all.
"Not much, the lizardfolk will provide us with food and camping supplies. I mostly need to get there to deliver my payment so they can also provide for the ship as well." Kierran answers. And after a few minutes, the gangway falls onto solid ground. Kierran walks down it with a very pungent backpack as he motions for the party to follow.
Axon and Shepherd followed Kierran back onto solid ground, it took him a moment to regain a solid footing, he had already compensated for the rocking of the ship and now being on Solid ground left him off kilter.
Hari heads down onto solid ground, adjusting neatly, although there may be a slight wobble to the hobgoblin's steps.
(OOC: I have no power due to a massive storm downing several trees in my neighborhood atm, and likely the situation will continue for a few days. I'm at my aunt and uncle's right now, so I have internet briefly, but the DM may and should absolutely pilot Hari if we get into any combat)
Its hard to distinguish it. While the smell is strong, it is not a bad smell. Just overly strong and somewhat overpowering. Stranger thing is Kierran is the closest to it, carrying it, but he doesn't seem bothered in the least.
(Understood, will keep Hari alive at all costs for herself.)
After a bit a of trekking, the party starts to notice a few signs of intelligence, being a few totems and some simple traps for animals. Then more startling as what appears to be moss on tree starts to move. It shakes off the moss, revealing a thick hide of scales. It stands almost 8 feet tall with a spear rivaling it. It approaches Kierran, staring down at him, "You have come back, soft skin of the sea. The chief expects his tribute. Follow me." The lizardfolk mostly orders rather than asks. But Kierran just gives a nod, "Aye, aye, I've got a piece here. Just lead the way, my friend." The lizardfolk gives a grunt as it starts to walk ahead.
As you all are following, Kierran gives a glance back, "Ah, this tribe is a part of the Cold Sun so you shouldn't worry about any of them attacking us. And the Scales are...weird, they don't really have emotions, just very...practical? Rational? Don't really know what to call it since I saw some Dusk Scales eating their own dead."
"You would let food waste?" The lizardfolk says.
"Eh, its just that soft skins don't do that."
The lizardfolk just grunts.

Hari glances down at her blade, frowning at the sharkman gore on it, and promptly moves away to clean, sharpen, and oil it.

Kastor gets up off the floor, wondering what just happened.
He'll also cast Healing Word on himself for 5 hp.
And then he'll cast it a second time, because he still feels awful! For 7 hp.
Edit: each of those rolls should be 1 less - added too high a modifier. Fixed on character sheet.)
