The Giant Badger that is Kastor will move 30ft up towards the largest grouping of enemies, relying on the badger's darkvision to find them. Then almost instantaneously, the Giant Badger returns to human form, and a thunderous blast reaches forth from him.
(Moving 30ft, ending Wild Shape as Bonus Action, then casting Thunderwave as an Action - 15ft cube from Kastor, looking to catch as many enemies as possible in it whilst avoiding allies. DC13 CON save - if failed, take 12 Thunder damage and pushed 10ft back; half damage and not pushed on successful saves.
With only three of the party going out, Axon, Hari and Kastor engage the group of drakes. Axon, with his Defender, and Hari stands at the edge of the light, ready to strike at any that approach him. Kastor advances as a badger and morphs to his original form as he casts his spell. Pushing back two of the drakes with his magical roar. Rusty shoots a bolt out into the night and hears a soft thud, followed by a snarl. Nasaar and Kierran take a moment, chanting to themselves, as Nasaar becomes enveloped in a icy aura and Kierran's clothes give a hum of magic.
(You can roll for your Readied attacks if you want. I'm taking Axon attack and applying it during the enemy round.)
Nasaar takes the hit from the drake, and the drake gets hit by 5 cold damage in return. His Arcana ward seems a bit lessened, but his ice armor is still very much in effect. (He had 8 extra hp due to the arcane ward and 5 temp HP due to armor of agathys, deducted 5 from that so the arcane ward is now at 3 and the ice armor at 5 still.)
The drakes go upon the party, two upon Kastor as with Kierran, and one goes to Hari, Axon, Nasaar, and Connor. A total of eight drakes fight as they try to bite the party. Kastor's easily evades one while blocking the other with his shield. The jaws of the drakes can't penetrate Kierran's magic. Hari takes a nasty bite but with Connor distracting the beast, she manages to pry her arm from its maw. She starts to feel the wound ache and spread. The one upon Axon hesitates at the sight of the metal man and beast, making its attack easily avoided. Nasaar's wards provide for him as they take the brunt of the damage and harms the drake as well, ice shards in its mouth. Connor manages to stay out of reach of the drake while Sylvester comes in for a stab at it. But the drake manages to jump aside to evade it.
(So total damage dealt to Hari is 10 and she'll have to make a Con Save, DC 12, on fail she is poisoned)

Kastor will summon his Wildfire Spirit to appear in the middle of them (any creatures within 10ft of where it appears must make DEX DC13 save or take 8 fire damage.
The Wildfire Spirit will then use its Flame Seed to attack whichever enemy is closest to Kastor.
Players go first
The drakes are 40 feet out, basically at the edge of the torch's light. Any without Darkvision or Keen Senses will have their attacks at disadvantage.
Nasaar casts armor of agathys and then moves 30 feet towards the drakes, drawing out his warhammer.
Hari draws her longsword and runs 30 feet towards the drakes.
