a readied action can only do one attack. It is a single attack that uses your reaction.
OOC: You’re the DM so you’re ruling controls and so go with the first attack but I just re-read the rules for Ready and it doesn’t talk about attacks. It says the character can use his reaction to “...act using your reaction before the start of your next turn.” That does not seem to limit the character to a single attack. There may be something in Reaction about it but I couldn’t find that on my phone.
(You can only ready an action, not a bonus action which you would need for the second attack.)

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
(OOC: I'm not sure if the tentacles count as hostile creatures or not. I'm assuming it didn't fire off because tentacles are by definition part of a thing that didn't actually come through the mirror itself, not each tentacle is one creature. But correct me if I'm wrong and we'll do the casting and the saves and stuff...)
Bonus action: Mind over body - You can move through any space as narrow as 1 in. without squeezing, and can spend 5 ft. of movement to escape from nonmagical restraints or being grappled. for 3 hours
Action: crashing Elemental Gem (Red Corundum) and summoning Fire Elemental
Kale pulls out his bandore and strums a hasty tune on it, voice trembling in fear.
"Sometimes you get caught in a trap and don't know it, Sometimes it's better to get out before you blow it, Some people never learn, they keep on falling - You can never get out if you keep stalling!
Then you get caught in a trap, caught in a dead end Caught in a trap with nowhere to run Then you get caught in a trap, caught in dead end Nowhere to turn, but it can't go on!"
As he does, he casts entangle (STR DC 19) right in front of the mirror, trying to both trap the shadowy tendrils, and more importantly, make the ground difficult terrain for anyone who might be unfortunate enough to be dragged towards the mirror.
As his bonus action, he gives Whitegaze (1d12) inspiration from the catchiness of his tune, or just the sheer horribleness of it, should the man decide to break out of the tentacle-trap.
Kale will then back away as far as he can from the mirror.

(OOC: I thought this was a one time use thing and we had to choose one of those uses. Also DM inspiration is not Bardic inspiration. DM inspiration is advantage on a roll. Bardic inspiration is add a d12 to an attack roll, saving throw, or ability check. You can chose to use Bardic Inspiration after you see the results of your roll but before you know the consequences.)

Gotcha
Exactly as above. Sorry I did not explain it very well.
"I'd assume you wanted to live to see another day. But is the day really worth seeing, when your home looks like this now? No one can live here happily. Even the things that create misery live in it now. And this mirror is the cause of all this madness?"
(If the mirror is "small" enough that Kale can block its surface with a Wall of Force, he will so that we can keep talking to the spider a little longer before a battle starts up. The wall can cover at maximum a flat surface of ten 10 ft x10 ft panels, or a 30x30ft square with one 10x10 panel extra, or basically, some permutation of 1000 square feet. If the mirror is bigger than the spell's surface area, he won't attempt to cast the spell, but instead ready an action to cast hypnotic pattern if a hostile creature emerges from the mirror while we're chatting away.)
Your action has not happened yet, since it was not your initiative until now. You cannot ready an action until it is your turn after all. The mirror just got actions before you did.
Also, @Kale, which of the actions do you wish to use? Hypnotic pattern, wall of force, or entangle? You have three actions listed so far, and I just want to make sure we are using the correct one that you wanted...
Merric slashes the tentacle that grabbed Al-Ashari, cutting it off and leaving the end to slowly fade away as if it were never there.
Al-ashari
Free of the tentacle, crushes a gem, causing a fire elemental to erupt into being nearby.
mirror
mirror stirs. The mere reminder of it’s presence is enough to force characters who can see the mirror to succeed on an Intelligence saving throw [DC21] or gain a madness level.
Merric shakes his head at the sudden confusion in it. His eyes narrow. Then they close.
And he drops into a fighting crouch, weight forward, ears keen for any movement. He knew the sounds of his friends, their steps and treads, their breathing, the sounds their weapons and spells made.

Oh! I thought my turn had fizzled out because none of my caveats for casting things had applied. Let's just go with the entangle action, since Kale had been intending to cast Wall of Force before anything came through, not after. Not sure we want to have the spell either forcing the body of tentacle monster out on this side, or forcing anyone grappled in it onto the other side of the mirror, after all XD

Merric would attack whichever has grabbed a teammate. If multiple, then whichever has been dragged closest to the mirror.
