"Now that those mages have cleared off first nights on the house but trouble is I only have two rooms vacant at present," Eman explains sheepishly. "Do you mind sharing," he asks looking over Brace at the party.
If Brace follows Eman's eyeline he'd notice the robed figures are leaving. The young liaison gives the party one last nod before he and his compatriots disappear into the early evening rain.
OOC: If y'all recall only Eman called them mages. They're men wearing robes/hood cloaks and the style of dress is common for most people.
Volkher will nod with a little laugh, "I don't mind sharing, if I can sleep on the streets, I think I can put up with a snoring dwarf and half-orc again. Brace you mind joining us?"
Looks aghast as Volkher, "How dare you, I do not snore. I swing bass in my sleep. We could also check on our way out of the city tomorrow if these bandits have any bounties and see how we collect. Just a thought."
As he and the group collects themselves and rabblerouse for the rest of the evening Keth finds a time to talk to Eman as alone as possible, "Eman, sorry to bother you but I noticed you called that group mages. What do you know of them?"
As the group returns to the bar, Landrae seeks the barman out too, for the more standard deason of filling her drink a further time. Thanking him for both the drink and the rooms, she turns to the party "I'm good to bunk with anyone, we can start looking for local stores and bandits in the morning. Fair warning to you all though, I do snore after a few beers, and I intend to have more than a few so long as my tab extends that far! Now, back to playing."
With that, Landrae attempts to seek out Rosie and strike up a further conversation and play some dueling lutes, before retiring late into the night.
(OoC - Unless there is any key party interaction people want to RP, I'm good to head to the morning.)
"We have been sleeping together (pardon the pun) on the ship for weeks. Not sure how this becomes a problem now. I'll join you Volkar and whoever. Let's get some rest." Brace looks back at Eman "So Eman, how much do we owe for the rooms and whatever expenses we have tabbed to far?"
"Two rooms is all we need here - one for girls, one for boys. All fair!" Livly, who occupied about a quater of the space any other did, gave her best sunniest smile. "Landrae and I will take the room on the sought side. Now, about that hot supper..." She immediately ordered fried eggs (sunny side up, with ham and spices), a couple of buns and hot chocolate (if they had some) with a piece of sweet pie on top of all that.
"I only snore when I drink." Ulfgar adds in as he takes another drink from his mug. "I suggest you all do the same, so we can rest up before we head out on our adventure."

Eman backs away from the bar as the party bombards him with questions.
"Room for this evening is covered and as long as you keep the tab under 5 gold each evening and she plays we'll say it's on the house too," he gestures at Landrae. As for the rooms after this evening..." he pauses doing some mental math, "I'd say 6 silver a room," he adds. "Decent discount again because she's playing here every night. If she doesn't we'll discuss the friends and family rate. Wastelanders got to help each other out. My parent's prided themselves on that," Eman explains nodding. "I can't take in everyone but I try to help at least as many as I can," he adds with a smile. "As for mages....they look like them," he exclaims with a chuckle. "Also I'm pretty sure they were speaking to each other without their mouths..." He then says looking slightly put off. "Magic is natural to most of us," he adds, "but humans...well they take everything," he sighs looking at Volkher, "most of them and corrupt it," he adds firmly.
Landrae finds Rosie and they play again. Base pay is a discount on the room and a 5 gold piece bar tab. Landrae roll performance for tips.
OOC: anymore roll play 'before bed' post now and we'll hurry it along to get to the next day.
Ulfgar finishes the last of his ale and bids farewell to the other bar patron as he makes his way to the shared room and just slumps onto the floor. Using his shield as a blanket, he falls quickly into sleep.

It seems Livly found more than just a supper - she found the company she was looking for. In fact, if it was allowed, she would eat right in the kitchen, talking - and listening! - about all possible news, gossips, political landscape and what's not with said gnome and halfling. Then she would retire in hers and Landrae's room.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
A tipsy Landrae earns 4 of silver. Rosie isn't competition however passing out in his chair with his lute hugged to him around midnight. Eman leaves him and cleans the tavern with three other workers that was been helping. A young human woman and two male half-elves.
Eman
Landrae learns that the gnome and halfling are married, have been for far too long, and aren't interested in anything other than fine food and drink they share with the patrons of the Knight. She does however learn that Eman's father Alder bought the tavern from a retired Knight of the Emperor's guard and liked the name enough not to change it. It was a local spot but Eman's family, the Gael's, brought the refugees in ever since they took over. The gnome and halfling were among the 2nd wave like Eman's parents, father elven-mother Claire human, who was quite elderly when she passed in a fire twenty years before during a riot through the refugee heavy areas of Sul na Mara. The gnome, Ella, talks most but her halfling wife Brightie doesn't seem to share an opinion other than a nod or a snort. Livly learns this too if she lingered in the kitchens to eat.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
With the meagre tips, Landrae tucks one piece into Rosie's pocket and passes the other three to Eman. "Sorry for the poor show tonight, I think we will likely be on the road tomorrow, so take these for yourself and I'll be sure to stop back after we return. Upon which I shall endeavour to provide you with a performance that will have word of the Knight spreading far and wide! Thank you once again Eman, you are a kind soul." Finishing the last of her drink, Landrae grabs Eman in a slightly awkward bear hug-like embrace before carrying the tankard into the kitchen herself. She bids good night to the staff and staggers up the stairs trying not to enter the room too loudly so the Livly can enjoy her rest.
Come the morning, Landrae rouses early enough catch the first light appearing on the other side of the curtains. Sitting up in her bunk she realises that she passed out in her clothes again, and her head is pounding and herexcess of the night before taking it's toll. She chuckles to herself, which makes her head hurt even more, that at some point she will have to learn how to cease drinking early enough to stop the ill effect the morning after. Then she admits that 'some point' is probably many years off. Unsure of how the others tend to rise, Landrae looks at Livly and decides it better to leave the halfling be, she hadn't seemed to enjoy the voyage and ending her night in a stationary bunk prematurely seemed a cruel way to start the day. So thinking, Landrae rises and tries to sneak out the room (Stealth: 7)
Leaving the room more successfully than she expected, Landrae goes downstairs seeking a bath house, wash room, cattle trough, pale of cold water, or anwhere that she can wash her grogginess away. As she passes through the tap room she looks to see if any others are up.
Brace walks around the hall way trying to understand the lay of the Tavern. He walks back in time to see Landrae singing most of the words correctly but just no herself she doesn't seem to catch the attention of the audience like she usually would.
Before heading back to the rooms he walks over to Eman. "Where would be a good place to find some equipment? Do you know of markets in this town that would treat a group like ours fairly?"
He heads back to the rooms and reviews inventory with the other men. "Do you think we can pick up some better items from the markets around here? Now that we have some coin I Want to improve my gear a little. If we are going to be facing these murderous hoodlums I want to be prepared."
With that Brace sits in the corner and begins his usual trace. He is up well before the others and is greeted by Landrae downstairs as she looks for a place to refresh. "Yes we all need to recover a bit from the activities of last night don't we." He tries to smile to encourage an obviously slightly hungover Landrae. 'I'm hoping to improve my equipment some in the markets today if possible. If not we can talk about plans when the others wake up."
Keth wakes and heads down the stairs, he looks very awake. He has always been one of those annoying morning people, that rare breed that actually wakes up awake and ready for the day.
He waves at Landrae and Brace, "I know Volkher got some info about some stores last night. He needs to grab some stuff for the task so we can use the proper buddy system."
Livly allowed herself to stay in bed a bit longer - it was beyond her willpower to simply get up and leave such comfort. But eventually she had to do it and came downstairs fully dressed and ready for action. After the breakfast, of course. (May be after the second one, should they stay in the city a bit longer)
She went straight to the kitchen to greet her new friend - Ella and Brightie (and learn what is planed for the breakfast) and then joined others. "Good morning! A truly good one, I should say. So, when are we going out? Time is still is of the essence, or so they said."
"You're far too cheery for so bleary a morning Brace" Landrae gives him a sardonic smile though appreciative of his encouraging tone.
As Keth joins them and mentions Volkher's intentions, Landrae adds "I was able to get a little bit of info from Rosie before he fell to sleep last night. Apparently the Gold Road is the only road out of the city, so it should be easy enough to find; heavily guarded coming in but we should be free to head out of the city without any trouble. Eman mentioned that he isn't too familiar with the rest of the city, so we might have to do a bit of exploring ourselves. My first order of business is a wash and then a hearty breakfast if we are travelling again."
