"No clue what they are arguing about." Raven shakes her head. "Didn't our directions say the stone is where the ogres are?" She asks the others. If it is not the same place, then she would look for a path around the ogres.
The map seems to indicate you're in the right place...

"I'll sneak around and be in a position to hit from hiding, if they decide to be physical." Raven suggests. "I do better from the shadows, rather than out in the open anyway." If the others agree she will sneak around to get into the camp while the others approach.
Del nods to Raven's suggestion, and suggests to the others Let us go with excessive politeness, insults and threats won't get us anywhere. If we have to fight, we will want to split them up and fight as few as possible Addressing Flitterbug, but also advice to everybody These are smaller than the giant you fought before, Slayer, but still dangerous. Confusion and barriers to keep them away, and keep yourself out of range of everything. Maybe you could detect thoughts and tell your large assistant Lord Mindartis what is going in their little brains and we can avoid a fight
Leaving time for R to sneaky sneak, Del proposes we ride to where we can see what is going on then decide how to approach

You ride your horses cautiously around until you find the trail that leads into the village. Past the ramshackle huts, you can see the clearing with about forty ogres standing around it. It looks sort of like a town meeting, though a much less civilized one than you may have been used to in the past. Ogres shout and wave weapons at each other to emphasize their statements. Now that you are closer, Raven notices that the pile of skulls the Matriarch seems to be sitting on are heaped around a big boulder...and the hilt of a sword is sticking out of it.

((not sure what kind of town meetings you go to, I do not think there can be "less civilized" than what I've seen without actual bloodshed. I guess to be fair those are more zoning board community input meetings))

Thank you, Brother my Lord Del answers You should know that my new thing is I can push enemies - so if there is one of your damaging regions I can force the bads into it. But I hope in this case to be a little more mind gamey, gonna be delicate trying to make the ogress be certain she decided to leave on her own
(I don't believe anyone understands Giant?) Del performs his ritual, and can understand the words of the ogres.
The ogres are shouting at each other in what seems to be a long argument, with points being repeated over and over, and clubs being beaten against the ground (and sometimes heads) to emphasize points.
"Why work for hags? Not need hags!"
"We fight elfs, get good food, more land!"
"Hags get land, ogres get elf swords!"
"Good life here! Good to raise ogrelings. Not move for hags!"
"No ogrelings now, why stay?"
"Hags bring back ogrelings, then we talk!"
"We fight for hags, get gold. Hags smart! Hags find way to win!"
"Hags win, ogres die. Gold no good for dead."
"Not have roasted elf for many years..."
"What wrong with goat? Goat good enough."
It doesn't sound like the circular argument is going to end any time soon.

The ogre matriarch looks shocked as she hears the disembodied voice, and stares around in all directions until she sees you. Several of the ogres notice her stare and turn around. Seeing the skinny little elf, several ogres raise the clubs and give roars of fury, but the old ogress shouts a word of rebuke at them, and the charging ogres halt in their tracks.
"You!" she calls out in common. "Elf. Strangers. You come here." She gestures imperiously toward the party. On all sides, huge, looming ogres glower down at you.

Sister Raven, at some point you might need to be here to claim the sword, probably best not to shock the ogres when you appear
