"I do not speak in riddles. You said one is shielding another, two are better than one. If your offer is to take us to our friends, take us to the two that are together."
Killian looks back and forth at the two walls. Hox and Gruun, ostensibly her best friends in the group. Tanakir and Rycider, beset, the odds against them.
She looks to the ghost. "These people," she waves at the walls, "We were already on the same path, seeking the same end. This 'test' is a cruel trick, designed to separate us when already we were together! You waste our strength for 'wisdom' we already had," she growls at the ghost. "But I will play your game."
She steps towards the wall with Rycider and Tanakir, casting Protection from Evil and Good on herself and then drawing her sword.

"Oh, the voice talks of clan...then no. You only offer them, but we not go to them. You take them and bring here. Yes?" Hox says, "If that all you offer...then we go. We can find them in this cave, like how Hox with Gruun." Hox sighs, "Guun lets go, the voice help is no use, can not even give a stick."

The creatures facing Rycider and Tanakir wear vicious grins, the face of a predator that knows they are wearing down their prey. Rycider is grabbed and bitten again as she desperately tries to fend off the teeth that draw more blood from her neck. Minutes into this frenzy, Tanakir's muscles scream and his swings slow, his attention for the moment turned entirely toward defense.
But the tide turns when Killian literally steps from the wall, sword drawn, exuding darkness in waves. These undead thralls seem strengthened, standing between these two oathbreakers - but the numbers are now against them.
OOC: Killian has arrived! There are two vampire spawns remaining. One is lightly wounded, its wounds slowly repairing.
Rycider and Tanakir are both fairly wounded, and weakening with every bite.
Gruun quickly walks to the door opposite where they came from. Once he and Hox have passed through he quickily tosses in a Torch from his pack. "Now you have a stick." before quickly shutting the door and moving off.
Tanakir gasps for air after his moment of weakness, looking up at Killian in confusion, he mutters, "I was told that I would see strange things before the end, but I definitely didn't expect this."
Regardless of his fatalistic beliefs, he continues swinging, doing his best to not double nat 1 take out at least one more of the monsters.
Killian stops and brandishes her shield. "Come creature," she addresses the undead attacking Rycider. "To me!" she commands, and tongues of darkness writhe out from her shield licking at the vampire spawn.
Action: She Channels Divinity to attempt to Control the Undead attacking Rycider (it must Wis Save vs DC 16, unless it is CR 8 or higher, where it succeeds automatically) Move: none, staying out of melee range for the moment (so that they have to leave one of the others to attack her) Bonus Action: none Reaction: If one of them strikes at her, and hits, she will burn a 4th level slot on Hellish Rebuke for 19 fire damage or half on Dex Save vs DC 16.
Note: Protection from Good and Evil (disadvantage on undead attacking her) will last this round and 99 more, or Concentration

The door shuts, and you continue through the corridor before you - the path twists, and fifty feet later, comes to a dead end. It would seem there is no path forward this way.

Rycider dissipates, reappearing behind Killian; the creature that had been attacking her suddenly jolts upright. It turns its head slowly toward the new arrival and walks toward her, bowing its head low.
The other spawn continues its tussle unabashed with Tanakir, accepting a hit from the genasi's club while its other wounds heal. While the broken flesh regenerates, the creature maintains its grapple, slamming a fist down into Tanakir and driving him to his knees, but he manages to wrestle away from its sharp fangs.
"Now, attack your brethren," Killian commands her undead thrall, while moving to aid Tanakir.
Move: Close in to melee range with Tanakir's undead foe. BA, Reaction, Free Action? So, the rules don't specify if it take an action or a BA or no action to command my undead thrall. So I took it to mean speaking to it would work... advise if you think different, Barty. She is commanding it to attack the vampire spawn attacking Tanakir. Action: Attack the vampire spawn with her longsword, twice.

Damage Note: The Savage Attacker Feat damage roll for one of those hits: 11. If higher than one above, pls use this instead. AC Note: Protection from Good and Evil (disadvantage on undead attacking her) will last this round and 98 more, or Concentration
