Hox feels belittled staring up at the Cyclops. He stays behind Gruun and starts to look about to see if he can hide somewhere.

Flailing around, trying to free herself of the tentacle, Killian sees Tanakir returning. "No, Tanakir! This is how we work together! Go!" she shouts, anger rising in her voice.

Go get em Tiger she says to Tanakir in her familiar two toned voice. Bardic Inspiration.

Now the darkness has dissipated Rycider takes in the room. Trying to grab as much overall detail as possible, she is looking for something that could help out in this fight.

GRUUN & HOX:

The room is empty aside from the cyclopes, leaving Hox little room to hide.

The second cyclops speaks in a low grumble, "Gi paart val du vil fer."

Shortly after the darkness falls, Tanakir brings a small bottle up to his mouth, Fumbles' final parting gift to the genasi. Immediately, he falls to his knees, wracked with pain, and his voice of anguish booms surprisingly loud throughout the room. Before Rycider has finished her sentence, providing Tanakir with inspiration, he has grown to become twice his size - and it doesn't stop there. By the time Killian pulls free of the tentacle that grasps her, Tanakir stands almost fifteen feet tall, now towering over the otyughs, his head near the room's ceiling. His armor and weapons have grown with him, and veins run down his head and neck, rippling with intense strength.

Rycider scans the room. Its corners are filled with rubble and piles of stony debris.

The vampire spawn is slammed into the ground again, but the creature seems to have snapped back to its senses, snarling and furious, but stuck steadfast. Killian is lost in a sea of tentacles, and even as she frees herself, another wraps dangerously around her neck, cutting into her skin with its barbs, choking her as it restrains her. Another powerful line of flame takes the otyugh, but the pressure remains on the tentacle as it opens its mouth and draws Killian toward it, raking across her armor with jagged teeth.

OOC: Mechanically, Tanakir's size is now Huge and his Strength score is 29.

Round 4 Order:

Placement:
Five otyughs are spread about the room. Three are blocking the path of Killian, who is restrained. Two are behind them near Tanakir.
Rycider is 50 feet into the room, at the opposite door.

Health:
Killian is grievously wounded.

The first otyugh is badly wounded.

Tanakir groans, looking down at his two massive hands, murmuring in Primordial, "Ah, so that's what that did."

He reaches down, grabbing at the otyugh grappling Killian.

Assuming he's successful, he'll raise the beast up and smash it into another of the ones around her (attacking with an improvised weapon)

Attack: 11 Damage: 16

Killian fumes, struggling against the tentacles, her anger almost overcoming her pain, "Fools," she gasps out. "Sinlicht! Flee, through the door these fools did not use!" Then she incants a magical word, and a shimmering silver mist surrounds her.

Bonus Action: Cast Misty Step to get (as close as she can) to the doorway (no AoO incurred by Misty Step)
Action: Disengage, to not incur any additional Attacks of Opportunity
Move: To leave the room through the door the others handily left open and make her way down the hall far enough that a tentacle can't get her, where she then collapses on the floor.

OOC > And that was her plan. Too bad she didn't think to communicate it to y'all, instead assuming everyone would just obey. Call it a character flaw.

Gruun will respond with what he hopes is praise. "Matte styrken hans vaere stor og krigen hans uendelig."

Barty:

Rycider, knowing a Misty Step when she sees one, looks around to find where Killian ended up. Upon finding her she will run to her and administer any healing magic (or otherwise) that she can muster.

GRUUN & HOX:

The cyclops hands Gruun a sword, which appears as little more than a knife in the giant's hands. The hilt of the sword features the same design of a single eye. "Fange dun blad val gruumsh. Ishh gi deg vil fer," it speaks.

As Killian disappears from view, reappearing with Rycider near the doorway, the otyughs turn their attention to the towering Tanakir, who has reached down and lifted one of them straight off of the ground. It flails at him as he swings it toward another; a tentacle wraps around him, digging in painfully, but the oytyugh is no match for Tanakir's newfound size. Another otyugh struggles to find purchase against the giant genasi as well, while the remaining three close in, trying to find room in the cramped chamber.

OOC: Rycider can use a healing spell on Killian retroactively for round 4, just need to know which one and at what spell level.

 OOC: Thank you for reminding me, I was running out of time. I'll resolve the vampire spawn's turn as soon as I get a chance.

Gruun will place the Sword on the ground. "Jeg bruker mine egne. Jeg vil fortelle den lille."

Gruun hefts his Greataxe and leans down to Hox. "It's time to use your daggers. Stay close." And with that he'll give a mighty roar and use the momentum of his crouch to stand and pivot the Greataxe into the Cyclops legs before running his shoulder into him.

Killian shakes her head to clear it. "Thanks for that," she says to Rycider, then shoves herself to her feet. "Let's see if we can't extract Tanakir from his problem."

She makes her way back to the doorway, peeking around the doorjamb and incanting a chilling word at the wounded looking otyugh.

Move: To the door to cast, and then back to safety.
Action: Cast Chill Touch at the wounded otyugh. Attack: 18 to hit, for 16 necrotic damage

Strengthened by Rycider, Killian sends a ghostly hand across the chamber, past the giant and into the already wounded otyugh. Necrotic energy pulses into the creature, but it remains standing. Tanakir slams his suddenly massive club into the otyugh he grapples. Still flailing, the aberration latches onto his hand with its sharp teeth and rakes a tentacle across his face. The genasi spins from the impact and drops the otyugh, dropping to his knees before falling unconscious and rattling the ground, still nearly fifteen feet tall.

With the largest target down, the remaining otyughs turn their attention to the vampire spawn, who pulls free of yet another tentacle only to be restrained again from the other side. The voracious creatures surround their prey, tearing away more flesh than the spawn can regenerate. The undead servant of Killian shoves her way free again, but is unable to make any headway to the door, its path blocked.
