The smash to U5's face caved in part of the zombie's face, with the connection from the war hammer. As the face went in, the dark cloud went out; a blast shooting from its mouth into the faces of Uthal and the dwarf.
Uthal: 8
Dwarf: 10
Uthal feels the unfortunate dulling effect, slowing him down. ((Disadvantage on all rolls for 1 minute. Perform CON saving throw at end of turns.))
Inspired by Uthal's close-call hit of the zombie, directly in front of him, the dwarf strikes as well, with his own hammer.
Ander's strike nearly severs U2 in twain, but as the butchered animated corpse lay on the ground, there is still movement from its rotting limbs.
For the first time, since shambling out of the black, onto this scene, U4 makes a hostile move towards one of the members of your party. He strikes at the dwarf. Attack: 21 Damage: 2
The undead's fist hitting the dwarf, while not of the same force as the first fist that slammed into his face, was just enough, and placed perfectly enough, to cause him to crumple to the ground, unconscious.
And like clockwork, another stream of fire, this one weaker, but still bright enough to show silhouettes beyond the line of the undead that the party currently faced. Or more appropriately, it allowed the party to see the lack of silhouettes. The armored individual was the only figure even remotely standing, as he to was crumpled over, but still moving. The only thing that now stood between him and the rest of the party were three undead corpses, and a lot of empty black space.
But that does not mean that you're all alone, yet.
A low guttural growl comes from the west, this time loud enough that Anearis is not the only one to hear the beast. It quickly follows the growl with a high pitched screech; so loud that even in his unconscious state, the dwarf may even have heard it. However, none of you have eyes on the thing.
Following the beast announcing its presense, U2 stands to face Ander once again.
The beast, whatever it is, is large enough to force a rush of wind when it moves, but in the darkness, its impossible to see, until it is upon the party. A great hairy beast, with long outstretched wings and fangs, swoops down at Anearis, attempting to bite him. Attack: 20 Damage: 5
The bite penetrates deep into Anearis's flesh, drawing blood, as it does.
Ura, seeing two of the party grow injured, a new beastly contender on the field, and the dwarf dropping, sighs a little to herself. "This is probably going to hurt,"she mutters under her breath, regretting it already. She uses her full movement to sprint to the right through the darkness, darting around to flank U4, driving her sword into U4's back as she does so:
Attack: 15 Damage: 5 + Sneak: 3
Her other sword, she stabs into the prone form of U2 lying on the ground, trying to finish it off: Attack: 25 Damage: 2
Reroll attack, no advantage: 17
She spares a glance over her shoulder at the source of the flame, yelling at what she hopes is the armored figure: "Hang on! The, uh, calvary is coming!"
Kel grunted as the chain of events unfolded. No sooner had he overcome the effects of the mist he fell to its intoxicating fatigue again. This, compounded with the arrival of more undead, the fleeting fire of the figure before them and the arrival of the undead beast from the west sinking its fangs in the elf Anearis, kept him on the back foot. He dithered for a heartbeat, unable to trust the strength of his arms and unsure if he could again shake the effects of the mist. He opted to do what he could to Help the elf.
"Here you beast! Strike here!" He shouted, feinting with his weapon that he might draw its attention. If anything, Kel was certain he could take a hit.

Anearis gritted his teeth in pain as the beast's fangs sunk into him. With the threat of the undead, he had overlooked the presence of the beast he had heard earlier. Recovering from the pain, he noticed the tiefling try to attract the attention of the beast. He had an opening. This was his chance to attack it where it hurts. Anearis spun 180 degrees around and sent a flying kick strait for the creature head.

He then focused his mind on the vibration coming from the ground. He could sense the movement of the creatures around him. He entered a stance that would allow him to react should more threats come his way

The dwarf opened his eyes; still bloody and bruised but now very much awake. The undead figure directly north of him, however, was feeling an opposing sense.
The sacred flame cut through the black mist surrounding the zombie, bathing it in a white light. The holy power, burning it’s rotting flesh.
Covering his eyes, to shield them from the white light, that was almost blinding in comparison to the darkness around them, the dwarf rose to his feet, hammer in hand.
Ander’s sword slides efffortlessly through the zombie’s throat, but as he pulla it out, the creature stays standing; it’s lifeless eyes locked, staring into Ander’s.
When his undead compatriot lit up with a holy white flame, U4's attention shifted slightly, falling instead on the first party member, within his line of sight, when the light died away, the dwarf. U4 takes a swing at the dwarf.
Once of the newer hostiles, U5, begins his barrage on the little dwarf, lashing out with his fists.
Attack: 14 Damage: 4
An impact that successfully lands against the dwarf's face, leaving a quickly purpling and swelling patch, on the side of his face.
Seeing the dwarf take a hit Uthal does an awkward spin, bringing his hammer over the head of the dwarf into U5's face. "I said not to die." He growls.
