Zelroch bleeding profusely form the many cuts he has sustained, looks at both of the kobolds in front of him before they disappear in front of his eyes. Then he will stare at the ground for a minute before gripping his greatsword in tighter taking a step forward to wail blow upon blow on kobold (K5) in front of him. (if K5 dies will take another step to start to hit K4]
At which point Zelroch will growl at K3 and then yell at it to begone using his "Strength of Mind" to toss the kobold (K3) 15' straight back and into K4 to hopefully knock both of them down, maybe, your call what happens if they collide. Force Damage: 9 and be moved 15' straight back save for half damage and no movement.
Art will move forward slightly (I121 two squares) raising his staff to blast one of the kobold's (K5) and then trigger both his canons, one a blast of energy, the other a release of of mist that settles on Zelroch like a second skin.

Mr.Black will pursue, running along the building top and across mid-air when necessary, peppering him with crossbow bolts. 2 shots per round, using bonus action to dash and keep up. WIth 45 base movement should be able to occasionally hide and get a sneak attack on him.
Art will consider chasing after the kobold but decide to check on his companions first, "Is everyone alright, does anyone need any healing?" He'll put away his staff of power and pull out a different staff and ready it to heal anyone who needs it.
"I am uninjured...although we should use caution...the other kobolds will be back in less than a minute if they are originally from this plane of existence. Take a breather, but be ready."
Theuban will arrange everyone that is staying behind in the westward heading ally, away from where K5 ran. On the last round before the spell drops he will ready an action to cast Prismatic Spray when the banished kobolds return, placing himself where they all will be hit by the cone but none of his allies will. (If I read the actions right they all will be returning the same round because Rose cast Banishment the same round I did...right?If not I will need to figure out something to do as their welcome home surprise.)

The kobold is struck as it turns to flee, and is unable to move. Bretween that attack, and Mr. Black's attacks alone, the kobold goes down. He is dead and not running I guess... lol.
Just to set the scene a bit better, there are moving shapes, that you would guess are more kobolds, plus other human-sized figures, moving all around. This group just happened to be the first you encountered. Several of the human-sized figures are moving with the kobolds, looking to be aiding them.
"Why stand around here waiting?" Dain asks as he looks around. "Not like we are going to take out the whole lot of the invaders, not if they are all as hardy as these ones we were fighting." He nods to the fallen ones. "I say we head off and see about getting away from here before these ones come back."
"Thank you for the aid." The woman says then, walking up to the group. Her husband and children are peeking out of the alley close by. "We need to make it to the keep." she says without preamble. "There are hundreds of these tiny dragons, plus their human cultists, all over the town, the keep is the only safe place. will you help me get my family to safety?"
Cobalt the wolf looks around the area before letting out a howl, trying to bring his wolves back to him before changing back to normal, "I do not miss the days I could only do that a few times a days. Do you have location that would possibility keep you safe around here? Could we leave a special treat for our banished kobold friends as well?"

I don't have roads and buildings where the kobold is now, but we can assume he is in an alley and running hard.
