Cast [Tooltip Not Found] on K5. Using my Portent ability it rolls an 11 on it's first wisdom save. Hoping that is enough to make it miss the DC 19, because I don't want to waste my 8 just yet. Once the spell has taken effect and dealt damage I will let it roll for it's second save at the end of its turn to break the affect. Assuming it fails it will be incapacitated until it saves at the end of a turn...so no actions or reactions for the time being....assuming it fails. *crosses fingers*

Yay, just made it. Since it failed, during its turn it can move but until it saves it cannot take any actions or reactions. At the end of its turn it will take 4 and then it will get to roll a new wisdom save.

The kobolds are all looking worse for the wear at this point. K2 is the only one that has taken very little damage. Dain's slow spell affected 3 out of the 6 he targetted. K6 was not affected, but K1, K4, and K5 are all slowed for now.
Seeing his allies getting surrounded, Art will focus his fire on a new target (K5) raising his staff and releasing 3 streaks of fire followed by another blast from his cannon.
