Lia would catch the rope when it was tossed, then tie it to the big rock. She would see how difficult it would be to move the larger board to the trench and push it over to the far side. If it appears she would need help with this, she would ask for one of the bigger members of the group to cross using the rope and give her a hand.
With some help from Lia he has no problem climbing up onto the far ledge.
Lia and Krusk move the long beam into position, and drop it into place.
The beam looks like it isn't going anywhere, but it is going to take balancing to get across (Acrobatics check DC 5) Chikra, Newa, Hallanann, and Vor, you saw Krusk almost bite the dust. What do you want to do?
"Be careful, Krusk! Do you need any help?" Hallanann is clearly concerned, but Krusk is (presumably?) hanging down from the opposite side of the chasm.

Vor finds that the hold in the wall is too small for him to squeeze in, but it does look very secure. This seems to be a lava tube, and there are very few loose rocks or cracks.

Half way across his feet loose grip of the rope and he swings down, one hand looses grip of the rope, but the other holds tight for dear life!
