From most of the parties point of view one of the bandits just drops, falling prone, and looks like a puppy who knows it did something bad. Mystwaen misses the badly injured bandit as he dashes away, in obvious pain, leaving a trail of blood behind.
That leaves 2 bandits left in melee and brings us back to the top of initiative. Everyone in the party except Rasskan can take their actions.
Edith catches up to the bandit and successfully grapples him causing him to fall prone. (Edith on the next turn he will try to break free. On your next turn you can try to tie him up so he's fully restrained or knock him out. It would again be an opposed dex check or an attack roll (with advantage) stating that you're just trying to knock him out.)
Wil looks to Charisma and laughs, "That you are." He then drops his bow and slides out his daggers. He will try to use his Natural Stealth to hide behind Charisma before lunging out with the two blades at the bandit Charisma swung at.

Bogue's spell is not needed. Between Mystwaen's attack and Will playing jack in the box they are able kill the last two bandits in melee.
That leaves one bandit groveling and the badly injured one Edith is grappling with. (Edith give me either an attack roll with advantage or another acrobatics check)
Rasskan, let me know what you'd like to do with the groveling bandit when the spell ends.
Wil immediately begins combing through the bodies for any kind of interesting trinkets or other valuables; completely disregarding the rest of the situation.
In your rather hasty search you see that they each have a scimitar and a Crossbow, light and an average of 15 bolts each. Between the 6 you're searching you find 28 gold. The leader and the second in command are both wearing amulets. The leaders is cast silver in the shape of an animal claw. It's not very well done and you don't know what kind of animal it is. The second in command's amulet is made of lead and even cruder but still an animal claw shape.
Mystwaen will look at the amulets and try to learn more about them. (Would it be okay if I did perception instead of investigate? Also, is lead considered stone?)
The fight over, Rasskan moves his large frame through the forest and joins the rest of the group. "Well look at this pitiful sight, grovelling for his life, wonder why he's doing that. Tie him up I say. He may be able to help with information". There's a shine to his eye as he looks at his handiwork. His reptilian lips forming a crooked smile.

That's what happens when you wear a helmet your whole life!

(Can I run after the bandit that’s running away and lasso him with my rope? It’s a regular 50 ft rope.)
You sure can. It would be a grapple action. For you that would be an opposing acrobatics check.

Edith knocks out and ties up the injured bandit and starts dragging him back to the others.
(You can do a perception check Myst. Technically you'd have to ask Wil though since he did the search. Lead is a soft metal, not stone)
