Toc approaches the Inn Keeper, trying to keep the conversation private from the 'private party' in the Inn, preferably while Naroth has his interaction, "Good evening sir. I am surprised that you would allow yourself to be bought out like this, but regardless. I did not hear you say anything about the stables being unavailable. I am wondering if we would be able to stable our animals. We are a caravan, carrying many goods and supplies to Waterdeep. The animals work hard each day and need appropriate rest in the evening or we shall be dealing with broken legs or other injuries on the road tomorrow. It would be terrible to become stranded or have to put down animals when there is clearly room in your stables. What think you?"

Germain glances over at the judge and his associates and speaks up fairly loudly, "I'll pass this on to the caravan master, I can only imagine what harm it would do to this town to be blacklisted by the caravans though. Oh well, plenty of other routes and towns to profit from the trade."
The innkeep seems flustered as Toc approaches. "I don't dar risk antaganizing them." He tells Toc in a soft tone, glancing worriedly at the dandies. "They bought out the stables as well, said their mounts were picky who they were staying near..." He looks to Germain as Germain speaks up loudly, but doesn't respond to it.
Germain's words only cause the dandies to chuckle and laugh even more. "Who would want the likes of you here anyway?" One of them calls out. "Place would be better off if you blacklisted it." Another one adds in.
Achreny Ulyeltin (Taviel's employer) stomps dirt off his boots and glares at the table of dandies. "If I were twenty years younger I'd teach ye to respect yer betters." He snaps at them, then glares around, before striding back out into the sleet.
Tyjit Skesh (One of the guards, a shield dwarf) grunts what she thinks of this and strides towards the table. She picks up a mug of ale, just delivered, and throws it into the face of a dandy. As the man sputters she then kicks the chair out from under another, sending him to the floor. "I'll be teaching ye a thing or two..." She growls at them, balling up her fists for a fight.
Germain laughs coldly at the response, and more as they're confronted, "Spoiled and ignorant. Splendid combination. So tell us, do you have the will to back up your petty words?"
As a bar fight seems imminent behind him, and furniture begins slamming to the floor, Toc continues on calmly talking to the bar tender, nonplussed, "Is there something special about this group that makes you not want to antagonize them? Are they known to you and have political sway? Or do they seem prone to violence? As the owner of such an establishment, surely you must deal with all types."

Naroth is just barely outside so definitely hears the brewing fight.
The dandies stand up, and draw steel. Swords that look well-used, well-tended, and well-held. Even from a glance Germain would recognize these dandies are more than just spoiled nobles, they are veteran fighters.

Sorry, Taviel can not join. Tavern brawls is not her thing to begin with, but most importantly, accommodation of the caravan is on the caravan master. And if neither the caravan master, nor numerous owners of the animals worry about the animals, a humble guard can only follow suit and stay with entrusted goods. Taviel is busy guarding and making the wagon dry and warm with the magic.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Naroth walks back into the tavern and then leans against the wall as his Echo forms behind the dandy that did most of the talking and then brings the greatsword around in a wide arc hit the man on the side of his head with the flat of his blade.
Echo Attack: Attack: 12 Damage: 14
Smiling at the solid hit Naroth will unleash his Echo again with an Unleash Incarnation attack: Attack: 10 Damage: 11
And then will follow that up with an Action Surge having his Echo once more make the attack: Attack: 20 Damage: 13
[OOC: changing targets if any of them go down, with all of these attacks being the flat of his blade hoping to knock some sense into the idiots.]
Ulric charges the closest dandy, landing a blow to the man's side.
Naroth hits the talker from behind, the echo forming and striking. Two of the hits strike home, but the dandy looks more angry than likely to back down.
Tygit, seeing drawn steel, pulls a spear from the harness on her back and strikes with it instead... Attack: 9 Damage: 6
Dandy2 strikes at the echo and then Ulric... Longsword Attack 1: 10 Damage: 11 Longsword Attack 2: 18 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll. Shortsword Attack: 21 Damage: 9 All attacks against echo until it goes down, then the rest against Ulric. Dandy3 strikes at Tygit... Longsword Attack 1: 9 Damage: 6 Longsword Attack 2: 12 Damage: 10 Shortsword Attack: 22 Damage: 10
He pulls out a rapier, and a cadence comes into his step (activates spell singing as BA).
He moves across the floor, moving around to get near the 'talker' who has already taken some hits. His blade becomes sheathed in green fire as he advances.
Attack: 24 Damage: 13 + 4 fire damage to a nearby target.
