Feeling excited to use her new-found powers, Ithelion waves her hands, her fingers entwined as if stuck together. Moments later a tangle of sticky webs appear, layering the ground around the well, and attached to its edges, but avoiding her companions. Strands of web also reach to the ceiling, entwining the creatures.
After casting her spell, she moves back behind Daemyar.
Web: 20' cube, DEX Save 13 or restrained; STR Save 13 to break free after restrained.

No Elosa just came out of the well mouth at initiative. She is where she placed but I think she might Be within the cube. I’ll double check though. If you want to dismiss I’ll say you could have done that as you worged out of senses.

The way you describe can work BUT it would only get SW1 in the cube. If you extend the cube the other way, it will also engulf your companions.

@GARNET- I'll BOT you this round. Alter your character sheet the way you want it. I updated for you but you should choose what you want. I just wanted everyone on Level 3. Garnet took Oath of Conquest and she's had enough with all the malarkey. Watch out!
Garnet watches as the wasps tear over Shere, ripping flesh and biting exposed, furry skin. Her anger and frustration builds to a crescendo that seems to vibrate the air around her. Garnet's reddish streaks on her body intensify and burn brightly - her eyes turn the colour of molten lava - and gripping her sword and shield, she opens her mouth in a fit of battle rage, allowing her inner warrior release. She feels helpless at times in the past but no more - no more indecision, no more timidity, no more waiting for others, it is my time. "Noooooooooo!" she screams at the wasps. Action - Conquering presence - all enemies within 30 feet make wisdom saves or be frightened by Garnet (DC14) Bonus Action - Garnet closes her eyes and kisses her blade, nicking herself on the edge of the sword. As the blood runs down the steel, flames leap off of it. Searing Smite is activated!
Ithelion curses, rapidly (hah!) discarding her plan to web the flyibng creatures, instead moving to A^, holding her entwined hand above her head as flame leaps from them engulfing SW1, SW3, SW4 and GW.
As the flames die, she hurriedly retreats to A2, moving past Daemyar.
Shere stands stunned for a second at Garnets bravado he doesn't cast the spell he was going to do but disengages but with a bonus action cast healing word on himself

.Shere'sShatter spell rocks the Giant Wasp and it succumbs, falling to the floor never to rise again! GW is dead!
SW1 is frightened and moves 10 feet to the north, ending up at X6. It can't move further and ends its movement. Save vs. frightened: 11 (DC14 if it beats then not frightened anymore).
Ithelion moves to A6 and lights it up, catching SW2 and SW3in terrible gouts of flame! SW2 dex save - 7SW3 dex save - 18
.The flame roils over both swarms and SW2disappears in small puffs of ash - SW2 is dead!
Daemyar moves to within 10 feet of SW4 and reaches back and throws his arm forward in a wicked attack! It kills several creatures, leaving only a few remaining!
***Edit - forgot Ithelion's movement after her action. Ithelion heads for A2 but SW1 swarms around the elf wizard, biting her: Attack:14Damage:9 Ithelion moves to A2 and ends her turn...
SW3 will move south and attack the dwarf, biting the cleric all over but with much reduced numbers! Attack:13Damage:3
Shere moves down after her disengage...
