As the hand continues to reach, Elosa's head moves from the door, back to Daemyar and back to the door. She then huddles down, trying to make herself the smallest target possible.
Ithelion speaks quietly, "He's opening the door. Be ready."
She prepares to dismiss the owl at the first sign of hostilities, but watches intently through her eyes.
Daemyar, you open the door slightly (using your previously rolled stealth) and you notice at least three skeletons visible in the room. They are using rakes and other tools to clear weeds and keep the fungus clear. You see taller stalks or maybe smaller trees around the room as well. The skeletons don't notice you opening the door and continue working - or whatever they are doing.
Daemyar leaves the door cracked and moves back to the others to communicate the number of skeletons and the stalks using hand signals only, indicating to be quiet.

Okay so you saw at least 3 skeletons and at least 6 stalks.
[ Haha. Krom reminds me of the dad in a crowd of youngsters out on the town, looking in every door, talkin’ to everyone. Lol. “I just want a stout beer at a dank bar.” ]
Once everyone is in place and ready, giving the thumbs up, Garnet moves forward and plinks a shot at one of the skeletons through the doorway. She aims to clog the doorway and once they come in melee range drop the bow and pull out her long sword and shield.
Plink : Attack: 19 Damage: 4
Garnet moves back out of the way to let others attack, saying "Where do you want me to be?"
Daemyar pushes the door in further, giving Garnet a chance to get the first hit in. Her aim is true and hits S1 for some piercing damage. She drops back and watches for enemies spilling out of the door into melee range. As she drops back, we enter round 1.
The air around Elosa starts to crackle and pop, and Elosa screams in rage as she disappears with a snap. [Ithelion just let me know if that's acceptable, I assume that's what you meant from your post above].
S1 - After getting hit by the arrow, S1 turns around and raises a bow and aims it in Daemyar and Elosa. Attack:6Damage:8 Afterwards, it moves north out of your field of vision...
S4 - Previously unseen, this skeleton comes down from the north of the room and levels a shot at Ithelion: Attack:14Damage:5 This skeleton steps back about 10 feet among the stalks behind it...
S3 - This skeleton moves up from its position in the mushroom patch. It is carrying a pitchfork. It stops at the doorway and stabs forward at Daemyar: Attack:13Damage:6
Shere - You line up the skeleton and fire, but your bolt glances off the crumbling scraps of leather armor that cover the skeleton. A miss. You move 10 feet back, near Ithelion, and put your crossbow away...
Daemyar - Both of your attacks hit the skeleton in front of you. Ribs and other bones scatter and explode outwards from S3...
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.

Works for me; she got into the front line of a fight, and that's not where she should be. I should have pulled her back as soon as we saw skeletons, but that's my mistake.
Ithelion reacts quickly, somehow managing to evade the arrow, but her angry gaze settles on the skeleton in the doorway. She tries to get a clear shot at it before moving away, and out of the line of sight to D11.
Attack: 18 Damage: 11 (Edit: clarification - using longbow)
I am. Just a crack to see what’s out there

Garnet slowly moves forward a few paces, tensing up, adjusting the grip on her shield and sword. "I'm ready."

Garnet nods in understanding, quietly sheathes her sword and slings her shield over her back, taking out the short bow and nocking an arrow.
