Tomora looks at Aster in puzzlement "Are you feelin, ok? Sounds like you're havin an allergic reaction to some'n...maybe take a rest for a bit..." She says quietly trying to sound reassuring. She grabs the rope and climbs as quietly as she can.

Serwa stealth: 8
(says has manipulated dice because I originally was just editing this message with my next combat start message, but instead just copy pasted it so it was below the messages put in before I finished editing. Either way, enemies had higher initiative)
Aster would guide anybody on anything as much as possible: stealth for serwa: +4 stealth for tomora: + 4 ooc: its hard to cast guidance without retconing since i dont really know who is about to try something so il leave it to the DM if he wants to add the rolls.
It would be great to know the order in which we climb up. Serwa seems to take the front, aster would like to be second, but makes way for anyone that wants to go first. As i have understood it order would be: Serwa, Xianon, Aster, Tomora
(Yep. Tomora is going last anyway. Create Bonfire would be good to position in the doorway to the north if we end up alerting everyone in the cave; might keep them back anyway.)
Xianon leading the group successfully hides behind the stalagmite, followed by Serwa. Aster follows, almost falling down the fissure but clings to the rope to reach the top, joining Aster behind the stalagmite. Serwa moves to help Tomora up, but she begins to slip. Serwa successfuly pulls Tomora up, but her armor clangs against the stone as she does so, drawing attention to both her and Tomora. You hear a large footstep fall, as the bugbear stands up and begins to move towards your group, saying “Klarg is pleased, fresh meat wander directly into home! Guards, come dine with Klarg!” He looks down to his wolf, “Ripper, hunt down Klarg’s meal.”
„Now, Klarg! Do me a favour and keep your temper. We are here to inform you that one of your „people“ is planning on betraying you! Yeemick is not what he pretends to be. He hungers to stand in your place! So please stand back and let us talk.“
Persuasion: 24 + 2
ooc: DM can ignore the +2 in case aster would not have had enough time to cast guidance
OOC: For what it is worth, if possible Serwa would have her polearm drawn, as described before. The enemies attack first, but Polearm Master does allow for an Attack of Opportunity, which uses her reaction, which she would use on the first enemy who enters her 10 ft of threatened reach.

(Because he just caught your friends sneaking around in his ‘throne room’, I’m gonna go ahead and give that persuasion check disadvantage. I’ll edit this post in a second with response to persuasion roll)
Aster’s Persuasion: 7
Klarg looks at Aster, confused. ”You sneak around in Klarg’s kingdom and accuse Klarg’s subjects of treason?Yeemik is loyal to Klarg! Yeemik faithful second, even if Yeemik is very puny compared to the mighty Klarg, king of the Cragmaw Hideout!”
You’re still up, Aster.
(I’ll keep that in mind, Izraal. That attack do 1d4, or the normal 1d10?)

OOC: The opportunity attack is with the main weapon, the 1d10+Str slashing side of the polearm. The 1d4+Str bludgeoning damage attack is only useable as a bonus action, and only along with an Attack action using the main end of the halberd. It also has to hit, as normal.
Frustrated by the stubborn Bugbear, Aster releases a devastating bolt that strikes him directly in the chest, staggering him a bit. He releases a roar of anger, rage visible in his eyes. Xianon, you’ve still got surprise round before the villain’s turn

Xianon Lathalas
The elf pivots to confront the two goblins by the stairs, keeping them from flanking his teammates. He begins with a left elbow to the face of the closer goblin, followed by his right knee to the goblin's groin.
OOC: So the enemies are up next, and then the full party, correct? Let me know if any enter Serwa’s reach to trigger the opportunity attack from Polearm Master.

Xianon kills the goblin instantly with his elbow slamming into the goblin’s skull, but his knee fails to connect with the second goblin.
Monster’s Turn:
The wolf runs ahead into the group of three near the fissure, provoking Serwa’s opportunity attack. Serwa’s attack: 24 Damage: 9
Nearly felling the wolf in one swing, it takes a bite at Serwa trying to exact retribution. Wolf attack: 17 Damage: 8
Next, Klarg moves up to attack, seeming torn for a second between trying to go for Serwa who hurt his dog or Aster who struck him. Despite the damage Aster’s bolt did, not being the brightest, he targets Serwa, measuring his opponent’s threat by their physical strength alone. Klarg’s Attack: 14 Damage: 6
Near Xianon, up the staircase you see two more goblins coming that you hadn’t previously spotted from the fissure. Believing the remaining goblin near Xianon can handle him, they each move into the cave and take a shot at the casters in the back. Attack against Aster: 10 Damage: 3
Attack against Tomora: 13 Damage: 8 The remaining goblin with a spear will attempt to stab at Xianon, who just crushed his friend’s skull with a single blow. Attack: 11 Damage: 3

Serwa's armor turned aside the blows directed at her, as she shifted to ensure heavier sections of her chainmail took the brunt. (Narrative description of the prior misses against her). She makes her first attack against the wolf, knowing Tomora may give her a hard time later, but tactically having less enemies standing is the way she was trained to fight, both as a soldier and a warrior priest. If the first attack finishes the wolf, she will make the second attack against Klarg, not leaving either enemies threatened reach, but if possible keeping herself between them and Aster.

OOC: Both likely misses, I will not roll damage unless asked to. Bad round of rolls there, sorry.

as soon as aster is up, he will cast guidance on himself as soon as possible.

I assume that a 19 hits. if it doesnt, i use 'favoured by the gods' to add 2d4 to the attack roll: 6
