Reguh moves 10 feet behind Vincent and then flicks his wand toward S7, spewing forth a firebolt Attack: 13 Damage: 8“Let’s end this quickly! Meet by the bridge after we stop this attack”
[I'm just changing how I do the maps, because the program I was using has combined the layers (now each player 'token' cannot be moved or removed). As such, there will be a delay before I can post a map again. I think I'll just create the maps and move players and NPCs on Roll 20, but will keep gameplay here.]
Aliez double dashes and makes it to the start of the roof. [Next turn, you can assist in getting the dwarf and her baby down (hopefully) safely if you would like].
Reguh gets the first hit on creature S7 for this combat with his firebolt [assuming that rather than fireball]. He moves up to behind where Vincent had previously been (before Vincent rushed off to help the trapped dwarf).
Beatrice's hit carves through creature S6, yet it somehow stays standing.
Creatures S6 and S5 are looking very hurt, S7 less so.
Creature S6 S5 moves up and attacks Beatrice with a bite Attack: 15, Damage:2 and spear Attack:8, Damage:6
The second attack will be at advantage if the bite attack hits and damages Beatrice.
Tharhun, both attacks hit and creature S6 is now looking fairly hurt, but is still definitely in the fight.
Vincent, I realised that I should have allowed you to decide whether you allow Ervalin to boost you through the window of the collapsing building or not rather than assuming you let him. Tell me if you want to stay outside on the bar roof instead. <Oops, you posted about helping her while I was posting, so I assume it is fine, but let me know.>
Aliez, Reguh and Beatrice are up.
You assumed correctly, he wants a boost. Come on, creepy sleepy baby!

[Below is the new map format, with 5ft squares. If I’ve got your character in the wrong place, let me know. When you want your character to move to a specific square, please let me know by using directions, such as "Joao moves towards the tavern (6 squares up)" or "Joao double dashes towards the West Shore (12 squares north-west)" or "Joao moves to next to Oden (2 squares to the right, 3 squares up)". Otherwise, if you are happy with a general location, I’ll move you as close to the location you specify as you can get to. Remember to keep your speed in mind. One of the potential issues with the new map is that it hints at health levels (blue and red bars), though I’m happy for that just to be your characters’ assumptions based on the amount the creatures look hurt unless people think it breaks the immersion.]
On the topic of moving, apologies, I missed that Beatrice wanted to move. I can move her up 5 spaces north (she has little-person legs, though being a barbarian will offset that later). I will point out that S5, S6 and S7 will all get opportunity attacks on Beatrice if she does run without using an action to disengage first on her next turn [I will try to remember to warn players if opportunity attacks are going to happen, at least early on in the campaign].
Maltake and Strenvon (M1/Mi1), Laire and Oden are up.
Seeing that someone is helping Ervalin already, Oden turns to see the remaining two Sahuagin. He puts the coral branch back in his belt and, longbow still in his left hand, pulls an arrow to shoot at the closest one. He then moves onto the table above P9 to get a better view of the island.

((The map is absolutely great!))
Just a moment ago it looked like fishfolk was pushed to the sea, but now fighters were running away from the water, swallowing the island, and only two brave people were keeping the hoards of monsters from chasing the slowest of runners. Laire simply could not leave those still fighting:
Oden's arrow bounces of the creature's rubbery hide.
Laire's magic stone hits true this time and creature S7 is starting to look worse for wear. Tharhun is also looking much more healthy.
Joao runs up to creature S5 and attacks twice with his spear: Attack: 14, Damage:9 and Attack: 7,Damage:10
[Assuming Beatrice didn't run and take the three spear opportunity attacks (apologies if this is incorrect)]: Creature S7 attacks Beatrice with a bite Attack: 21, Damage:5 and spear Attack:16, Damage:5
Beatrice, the Sahuagins have been dealing piercing damage, so if you have kept your rage up then all damage you have taken so far should have been halved.
Ervalin holds his turn to help Vincent getting the dwarf out of the window.
[S6 was dead already, so Tharhun would swing on S5 with both hits and he cuts the creature down. Maltake would need to change target with S5 now being dead (plus he only had line of site on S7 now), so I'll take it he aims for that S7 and he also takes that creature down.
As these were the final kills of the first combat, Tharhun andMaltake how do (each of you) want to do this?
Combat is over, though I'll get everyone to stay in initiative until the rescue mission is done. Anyone who wants to move can (including those who just attacked).
Vincent, Reguh, Beatrice and Maltake are up (Maltake's turn that he just took had carried over from the last round).]
Vincent, I'll describe what you see before you take your turn. You were boosted through the window on the second floor of the Riptide Inn and Tavern. The windows are quite high in the room, possibly to discourage guests from exiting that way to avoid paying any overdue bar tabs downstairs, though you believe that it shouldn't be that difficult to get back through (DC12 athletics or acrobatics, half movement).
The floor next to the left of the window has collapsed and downstairs is chaos. If Piotr or anyone else that was left in the building is down there, they are not making any noise (you can search next round if you don't climb out).
You think you should be able to boost the dwarven lady and her baby to Ervalin's outstretched hands (roll a STR and DEX check both with advantage due to Ervalin's help - average of DC12 or above passes (or one score of DC17 as long as the other is not a nat 1 passes) but the baby wakes up, average of above DC15 passes (or one score of DC20 as long as the other is not a nat 1 passes) and the baby does not wake up.
Let me know if there is anything else you would like to know.
[Assuming Beatrice didn't run and take the three spear opportunity attacks (apologies if this is incorrect)]: Creature S7 attacks Beatrice with a bite Attack: 16, Damage:2 and spear Attack:12, Damage:4
She didn't run, deciding to try and hold the line when she saw she made impact. First attack hits, second attack doesn't.
Beatrice will now turn and double dash as far as possible, following the others to safety.

Vincent will boost the dwarf and baby.

he will then stick around to search for others down in the tavern
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Vincent is able to pass the dwarf and her sleeping child to Ervalin with ease and grace and the baby does not stir.
Ervalin slowly and carefully tries to get the dwarf and her baby off the roof: Athletics (DC15):11 passing the pair to Aliez who lifts them gently the last few feet. [Ervalin's roll would have been at disadvantage if the baby had woken up. Aliez provided advantage]
Oden:
You hear Arvastan's voice whisper in your ear (It is rushed, as he is trying to fit as much as he can in 6 seconds): "I have been able to get passage on the Wind Strider with Mira and Kerith. The people onboard are arguing but it is either bound for Brokenbank or Bisaft Isle. We only just made it onboard and couldn't wait. Come find us please, we...."
You see three of your siblings on the deck of the closest two-masted caravel, which is currently leaving the dock. There seem to be a number of villagers who missed out and many of them are now running towards the North of the Island, you assume to the bridge to the main land.
Reguh moves 10 feet behind Vincent and then flicks his wand toward S7, spewing forth a firebolt Attack: 13 Damage: 8 “Let’s end this quickly! Meet by the bridge after we stop this attack”
Beatrice will try to swing at S6 again, and then run after the others.
Attack: 25
Damage: 10

Re-roll for advantage on attack from S5 on Beatrice: spear Attack: 9, Damage: 5

Ervalin holds his turn to help Vincent getting the dwarf out of the window.
Maltake, Tharhun, Elanza and Aliez are up.
Tharhun, feeling some of his wounds heal, strikes again, with somewhat returned strength, at S6 again.
(if the first strike kills it, the second one will move to hit S5)
Attack: 18 Damage: 5
Attack: 22 Damage: 5
"Why won't you die?"
Maltake shoots another Eldritch Blast at the Sahuagin (S5).
Attack 18
Damage 1
Maltake reaches out to summon Solomon back to him. From the looks of it, they will need to flee the island soon.
"Vincent. Hurry! This island is sinking, we need to get off of it," Aliez yells. She will hold her action to assist Vincent with the child.
