So, ignore the numbers above. It was my fault since I added some new rolls after I initially posted. I just wasn't thinking.))

Okay...we have to retcon S1's roll's because S1 had DISadvantage due to Vicious Mockery, but then also advantage due to one of their abilities (Blood Frenzy). The attack vs Stanley needs to be a straight roll and not one with advantage or disadvantage. So, I am re-rolling the attacks (just the attack rolls - if they hit, then we'll keep the damage the same so that we don't accidentally hurt Stanley even more) on Stanley:
Attack 1: 20
Attack 2: 14
So, Stanleytakes 1 slashing damage as opposed to 1 slashing & 2 piercing because the second roll wouldn't have hit. The attacks vs Snurk stay the same, though. Snurk is allowed to use his Inspiration for his Death Saving Throw if he wants, and Nalos's DST will remain exactly as-is. Other than Snurk's re-roll if he wants it, it is still Usul'sturn.
"Snark" Usul cries, seeing his friend drop. Seeing the halfling woman and her friend fighting beside him, he backs up ((north and west)) behind another tree putting the fighters between him and the creatures, knowing that he can't get close to them, and feeling inspired shoots another bolt at the injured sahuagin.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Stanley looks over to Darla, then past her to see others falling. Knowing he may likely die soon, he decides to cast Witch Bolt once more on the creature before him.
Attack: 16 Damage: 3 lightning damage.

Stanley reaches out his hand towards his intended target, and releases a beam of crackling, blue energy. (21) As he reaches out his hand, just before the magic could channel through his being and release, the ground begins to shake. The only thing it could be is an aftershock.
Dexterity Saves (except for Nalos and Snurk):
Darla: 16
Stanley: 18
Usul: 17
Sahuagin (all of them): 2
All of you save, except the Sahuagin are tossed to the ground. The sahuagin are prone and they each take bludgeoning damage:
Sahuagin 1: 4
Sahuagin 3: 4 - this one hits his head on a nearby rock jutting up from the sand and you hear a sickening CRACK on impact. There is a lot of blood, and you suspect that Sahuagin 3 is dead.
Sahuagin 4: 8
Each of you, trying to get your bearings on what's going on as the aftershock rattles the island and begins to calm down to a prolonged low rumble. Everyone rolls Perception (except Nalos and Snurk):
Darla: 12
Stanley: 15
Usul: 23
For Darla and Stanley:
You both realize that the island is sinking. It seems to be sinking at a rate equivalent to losing about 5' worth of island per 10 minutes.
Sahuagin 1 and 4 are alive, but prone - which means that your attacks against them will have Advantage if you are within 5' of them until the condition ends. Their only movement can be to crawl (or to stand up, DEX save again, and end the condition) and they have disadvantage on their attacks against you (they can still hurt you bad, though).
Sahuagin 3 is dead.
Snurk is unconscious and has saved 0/3 DST and failed 1/3 DST
Nalos is unconscious and has saved 2/3 DST and failed 1/3 DST
Plus, the information from the spoiler box in the above post (should Darla or Stanley decide to share)
Thanking her lucky stars that she was as surefooted as she was, Darla looked around as the aftershock faded, and paled. "Tae Island is sinking!" She called out. Looking back at Usul, she gives him a wink, "May yer aim be true, darlin. We need ye."(Bardic Inspiration to Usul) Then turns back, looking at the foe in front of Stanley that had fallen during the tremor, Darla lashed out with her Rapier, looking to pierce its chest. Attack: 23 Damage: 5
Turning from the fish-person without confirming if it was finished off or not, she sheathed her weapons, moving over to the unconscious form of Snurk, grabbing him by his belt straps and starting to drag him inland(Strength: 12 and Athletics: 9 if necessary) ready to defend him if necessary. "We're all goin' fer a swim if we don't get out of here soon." She looks at Stanley, nodding toward Snurk. "Be a dear and help me out, would'ye. I'm nae certain I can carry him meself."
In a stroke of luck relative to how the rest of this fight has gone, Darla skewers Sahuagin 1 right through the chest. It gurggles and chokes on its own blood as the hot red liquid stains the sand.
Sahuagin 4 is going to attempt to stand up. (DEX save: 8)
Unable to stand, he begins to attempts to crawl towards Darla, and in doing so crawls over Snurk's unconscious body (DC12 CON save: 7). Despite his disadvantageous position, he isn't poisoned by Snurk, but he does take a swipe at Darla with his claws.
Attack: 9 Damage: 2
He swipes at her like a drunken sailor making a failed pass at hitting on her. It's nothing she hasn't seen before, but usually, the wannabe suitor isn't actually trying to kill her. Regardless, she just moves her foot back slightly and the claws slice through air and nothing else.
It is now time for Snurkto make a Death Saving Throw.
Seeing the final creature, Usul normally would shoot at it, but being on the ground is harder to hit. Instead, he runs over, pulls out his dagger, and stabs down at the creature, knowing that they need to get out of here quick.
Attack: 19 Damage: 8
((I went ahead and posted this, as a Death Save can happen anytime, and Usul's turn is next. So just to keep things going.

Usul shoves his dagger hilt-deep into the Sahuagin. The Sahuagin lets out a pained whimper at being stabbed, then breathes his last breath. His body goes limp, stacked on top of Snurk's body, and combat is now over.
Snurk is unconscious
Nalos is unconscious
The island is sinking at a rate of ~5'/10 minutes
What does the party want to do, at this point? (Essentially, go West to try and loot the now abandoned buildings, go East to see what's going on at the docks, or go North to try and exit the island?)
The fog of war represents the new shorline (note: Nalos is amphibious and where he's at is still relatively shallow water - ~5'-10' deep):
Stanley quickly skits around the dead Sahuagin, and says "Darla, everything is still sinking. Should we try to grab that man in the water? I have what I need, but if you've left anything important we might not have much time. "
He looks at the other two awkwardly, and greets them. "Hello..." he nods his head."I'm Stanley. Do you need help?"

Usul looks down at his amphibious friend, then to Stanley and says "Can you help him? We need to get out of here... But... Our friend's skin here is dangerous to the touch. If we can wake him he'll be able to walk." Usul is half in shock, but is quickly figuring out what's happening, and is planning his next move. First though he's worried about his friend.
Stanley's brow furrows knowing he has no spell that can currently help. Instead, he pulls off his shirt to wrap the creature in so that he can be carried. ((Will that work?)) "I'm sorry, this is probably the best I can do for now. We can at least get him somewhere safe,"he says.
