Arnald will purchase the spell components needed to re-summon Sly twice (20 gold, can't be running out again) and proceed to bring back his bird.
He will also purchase a woodcarvers tools (1gp) since he has the skills and would like to whittle a bit, 10 days of rations (5gp), and another 20 arrows (1gp).
That's 27 gold for my shopping trip.
While shopping Arnald will go around the shops in town and ask them to keep an eye out for low level ritual scrolls and magic arrows.
After all that Arnald will check in with The Order of the Gauntlet, brief them on what happened on the last quest. He'll also let them know that he's looking for low level ritual spells and magic arrows ask them to keep an eye out for them.
He'd try to get that all done on the first day back. For the rest of the down time he'll do archery lessons each morning and pit fighting each evening.
Ola is still contemplating her new powers and learns how to deal with them. If pit fighting possible with weapon she would use it as a training ground (but with Weapon attack instead of Acrobatics). Simple fist fight is not for her, though.
She returns to her Temple duty - to help, to get some peace for the soul and to collect rumors about curses and mystery weapons, should something like this be the subject of any conversation.
Ola would also visit Elisande - to check out on the girl, to give her a simple present (something pretty but inexpensive - a comb, a hairband, a bracelet - something to lighten up the day), and to talk with Yovir (she would like to know if he managed to return memories to Yip, and if he learned something about the statue).

OOC: Sorry for the delay, hard to find time this week and I wanted to make sure downtime got the attention it deserved.
ARNALD:
OOC: Added spell components for 1 casting of find familiar, woodcarver's tools, 10 days of rations and 20 arrows to Arnald's inventory and removed 27 gp.
You receive a similar response from all of the shops and the Order of the Gauntlet themselves in regards to magical items and weaponry. Other than the occasional potion of healing, items of a magic nature are so rare in Phlan that they never make it to a storefront. Travelers and adventurers that pass through on occasion may have magical items, but the cost to purchase them is typically astounding. After checking in with Zern, he reaffirms that you are more likely to find the things you are looking for on the course of your adventures, unless you dedicate downtime and money to search for someone willing to sell them.
The time spent traveling and fighting has paid off for you by honing your edge in close-quarters combat. You dominate your time at the pits, which are seeing increased popularity in recent tendays.
OOC: Added 200 gp in fight winnings to Arnald's inventory. Removed 10 gp for living expenses. Also fixed the XP on Arnald's sheet, which was set back to 900 for some reason.

Dornal has apparently moved on from Phlan, but you are able to locate Gilfron and his son before they set out for their return trip to Hillsfar. Both are grateful for your assistance along the road and Gilfron relays that the rest of their journey was safe and uneventful.
You also receive communication from the Lords' Alliance through a messenger who passes along a letter:
Cloak Ola do Mari,
Before he left, Dornal Whitebeard informed me that you were able to assist him greatly. You have done much to prove yourself in the recent tendays, and the sincerity with which you handle your tasks has not evaded our attention.
I have forwarded this fact to those above me, along with confirmation of your new rank. Congratulations Ola, you are now a Redknife of the Lords' Alliance. From now on, your tasks will come from those higher than myself, and will grow in importance. Phlan is an unstable place, on the brink of falling into disorder. Our work is crucial to ensuring that this town remains a bastion of safety.

You are battered in your time at the pits, losing every bout. Having seen your previous success, it seems that the promoters stacked the deck against you this time around.
Elisande seems to be thriving in her first few days with the Order of the Silent Shroud. The mess of a child that you met on the remote island of the Folk is now a radiant young woman in vestments, though her accent remains just as thick. Yovir is happy to see you, informing you that Yip is still very much a work in progress. The statue has not had much of a direct effect on the madman other than to agitate him further, and so it has been separated into another room for the time being.
OOC: Removed 5 gp for living expenses while not working.

OOC: Added shield, club, and herbalism kit and removed 15 gp and 1 sp from Sylyra's inventory.
The potions of healing will each take 25 gp and a day to craft, but the antitoxin follows the ordinary rules for crafting from XGtE:
To determine how many workweeks it takes to create an item, divide its gold piece cost by 50.
After using the first workweek to craft the potions, shop, and check in with folks, Sylyra has one more workweek left, which is exactly what is needed to craft an antitoxin. I'll assume that's what you would like to do, and add those items and remove 75 gp from Sylyra's inventory. Let me know if that's not the case.
Olisara greets you with a wry smile at the Laughing Goblin. "I have good news for you, Harpshadow Wasanthi," she says with emphasis on your new title. "Your success has not gone unnoticed, and the items that you brought us last time I saw you have apparently uncovered quite a bit of history about Thorn Island. In the future I'll have bigger and brighter things for you."
Delacrae seems delighted at the confirmation of the island, rushing to grab the most recent maps to update them. "I am happy that my information was able to help you. Please stop in if you have need of more research!" she says.
OOC: Removed 8 gp and 20 sp from Sylyra's inventory for living expenses.
You have always found a fair amount of success in the underground pit fights of Phlan. Over the tendays, you have emerged as a favorite of many in attendance, and your participation draws a crowd as great as any other champion of the pits. However, it all comes crashing down as you lose a series of five bouts in a row. Your first match pits you against a traveling champion from the Zhentil Keep; quicker and stronger than expected, he takes you down quickly, and you are not able to find your footing in the next few matches, losing each one.
Beaten and bedraggled, frustrated by the lack of recent success, you finally find victory in a quick knockout in your final bout. You are paid for the victory, but controversy arises at the pits with talk of a scandal. It was too convenient, it is spoken in hushed tones, that the goliath would knock out a competitor so quickly after struggling so much during the tenday's fights. Within a few days, your name is often spoken alongside the words "cheat" and "rigged". Despite the falsity of the allegations, your reputation has been tarnished.
