Kierro gasps as the scene unfolds. Spells are being cast, people are being killed. He sees the warrior swing his blade toward the scout. His eyes flash and a burst of light temporarily fills Warrior 2's field of vision.
Kierro's reaction: Light cleric warding flare feature. Warrior 2's attack on the scout is done at disadvantage.
Chysen rises to his feet, and the cleric calls to him. "The man in the corner with the greatsword - stop him from hurting anyone else. I'm going to try and stop all this somehow!"
Chysen's turn: The gold dragon moves toward the warlord, casting mirror image as he raises his shield. "You. You will cease your attacks on these innocents at once!"
He turns briefly to the nearby people, saying: "You all! Hide or get out of here!"
Chysen will use his protection fighting style to impose disadvantage on an attack targeting someone that isn't him.
(Is the warlord pushing past people and almost at the entrance or is he staying and starting to kill people at random? I don't see any commoners on the map near the path from the warlord to the entrance.)
The two commoners he killed were right next to him, I removed them from the map when they were taken out. He has not started to move yet, as he would want his minions to clear the path for him, instead of risking himself.
The warrior2's attack would be done with a straight roll then, as he had advantage on the attack. It would still hit.
fraty Fraty strides into the fray, drawing a long thin blade from her belt. With a wicked grin, she winks at Leto, her blade a gleaming arc as it soars towards...Kierro. It appears Fraty is rather enjoying the carnage and is in no mood for it to stop, however our resident Aasimar has foolishly announced his intentions to ruin the fun to the entire party. Kyrian looks on dismayed, but does nothing to stop her. "Sorry pretty boy. I liked you, but I like this more. I will try not to ugly you up too much."
(The dragon didn't have quite the movement to get to Kierro for this attack, but I will let it pass, please look at the map though, as she had to travel through 4 occupied squares to get to him, which, that alone, is 40 feet of movement. Not to mention this is a bar fight, so not sure you can call the scout or guard allies, so moving through their squares isn't even an option normally.)

(OK, I'm guessing hostile vs non-hostile creatures is why Emmy didn't manage to make it all the way to J17, yes? Hmm, that's going to make getting people into the place tricky. To get Honor in, I'd like to have her jump over guard 3 and land on the table (H25), Xena style. That should let her avoid the guard's square entirely, and use 42 of her 45 feet of movement, but it's still pretty crowded in there. The minimum Honor could roll on an Athletics check is 12 and the suggested optional DC is 10. I'll write out the cool version, but if you nix it I'll just edit it back to Honor yelling from outside the door because there's not a good way to get in.)
Honor runs in, and using Emmy's shoulders as a springboard, hurls herself up into the air, doing a backflip over guard 3 and landing on the table, sending cutlery and mugs clattering. Turning to the warlord, she shouts"Drop!" (save: 18 WIS)

Nadariel... Casts Hypnotic Pattern as he plays a tune. As he does so he pays close attention to the brutish warrior seeming to lead those in the corner furthest from him. He calls unsettling words at the warrior, attempting to distract him from being able to resist the spell. As his spell comes into affect every single person in that corner stops moving, staring up to where the pattern had appeared, but is now gone. fraty and chysen need to both make a DC22 Wis save with disadvantage. If they fail they can use their Legendary Resistance trait.
Honor As the Warlord was just taken out as an immediate threat, do you wish to change your action? I will add your action in, but it won't affect the below.

Kierro deflects the blows aimed at him so far, but having Fratty on him is dangerous no matter what. He presses his holy symbol to his chest, speaking in a voice that seems to rise above the chaos of the barfight. "Enough! Cease your hostilities!"
A calm, warming light washes over the tavern.
calm emotions - DC 20 CHA save in a 20 ft radius centered between the bard and his unconscious twin. All people who fail the save become non-hostile toward all people in the room. Also of note is they can fail the save willingly.

Considering how many people are now unconscious or out of it, Honor's anticipating a lot of the remainder trying to flee. She grabs Emmy and pulls her back out of the doorway so she doesn't get crushed if there's a stampede. She should be able to get Emmy back to the square between where Honor is on the map now and the wall.
