Every humanoid and giant within 300 feet of the matriarch that can hear the song must succeed on a DC 14 Wisdom saving throw or be charmed until the song ends. The matriarch must take a bonus action on its subsequent turns to continue singing. It can stop singing at any time. The song ends if the matriarch is incapacitated. While charmed by the matriarch, a target is incapacitated and ignores the songs of other harpies. If the charmed target is more than 5 feet away from the matriarch, the target must move on its turn toward the matriarch by the most direct route, trying to get within 5 feet. It doesn’t avoid opportunity attacks, but before moving into damaging terrain, such as lava or a pit, and whenever it takes damage from a source other than the matriarch, the target can repeat the saving throw. A charmed target can also repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns. If the saving throw is successful, the effect ends on it. A target that successfully saves is immune to this matriarch’s song for the next 24 hours. All of the Dragonlords are immune to this affect, as you are immune to being charmed. Honor, on Emmy's back, lets loose two longbow shots at Matriarch 1 (with advantage, due to being treated as invisible). Attack 1: 28 Damage: 9. Attack 2: 27 Damage: 13.
With her bonus action she'll use Spiritual Weapon to summon forth a spectral weapon in the form of a dragon's hand. Its talons rip through the air and strike out at Matriarch 1 as well, from behind (placing it in the square between m1 and HA8). Attack: 31 Damage: 14 force damage.
Higgul saving throw: 17
Having managed to avoid succumbing to the matriarch's song, Higgul will move to the nearest ballista. If it's more than 30 feet away, he'll use his action to run. If he can reach it he'll load it (are we using the DMG ballista with their 3-action sequence, or something else?)
Kyrian sighs "More flying monsters. Can't they come closer? I guess I'll just wait, see if they do." Kyrian sits heavily, crossing his arms and looking a little bored.
Kyrian Readies an action to attack with his sword when any enemies enter Melee range, if that happens.

If Morgan fails both saving throws against the luring song attack and falls off the castle, Kierro will dive after them and attempt to catch them, then use calm emotions to get rid of the charm effect.
If Morgan succeeds on that saving throw, Kierro will send a fireball, hitting M3 and HA 23, 24, 27, 28, 29, and 30. DC 21 DEX save for half, 31 nonlethal fire damage.

Kyrian You do have magic you know... Quite a bit of it I would imagine with the numbers you get from your domain powers. But I'm ok if you sit and wait, no harpy is going to get close enough to you for actual melee combat I fear though, since they aren't going to last that long. Maybe talk to your dragon about letting you ride her.
Morgan Is captivated by the song of the matriarch and moves to climb over the wall as he prepares to jump down to the cloud-ground outside of the castle proper. he stops though, shaking his head as he comes back to himself. With a frown he glares out at the harpies and climbs back down onto the top of the castle tower.

Palvin The form of the steel dragon rises up, slashing into a group of harpies to the South of the flying castle, several of those harpies falling out of the sky as he slams their matriarch with his tail.

Matriarch 2 Is frightened of Emmy. She turns and flees the battle, flying 80 feet away and towards the clouds below.
Emmy strikes #3 again with her tail, bashing the harpy for more damage.
Honor After Honor's turn #3 falls from the sky, broken and battered by Emmy's tail attacks.

After she lets loose the second arrow, she'll call forth a flurry of spirit guardians to protect her and Emmy. Any of the harpies/matrons within 15 feet of her (currently 1, 2, 5 and 6) will have to make a DC21 WIS saving throw if they enter that area or start their turn there or take 15 radiant damage (half on a success). Their speed is also halved regardless of their roll.

Honor (Assume you are using action surge or something like it, as both of the below, attacks and spirit guardians, each take an action.) Sends 2 arrows into #4, both driving in deep and leaving the harpy sorely wounded. A host of angelic figures then surround her and Emmy.
Kyrian Leaps skyward, and flies towards the harpies.
Morgan Continues to stay put, standing near the statue-like stone dragon.
Kierro Readies a fireball, his hand glowing as he holds it ready, then warns the harpies they should leave.
Higgul Punctuates Kierro's warning as a thick bolt strikes #16, the harpy barely staying aloft.
harpies2 HA11 - HA20 all swoop after their matriarch, fleeing back the direction they came from.
matriarch3 Seeing her rival fleeing, she calls out a curse, then recalls her flock from the attack. Swooping away she joins in the retreat.
Palvin Seeing the harpies retreating, he swoops down to land on the central keep.
harpies1 The harpies nearest Emmy and Honor disengage from the dragon, and then turn to flee. A few take damage from Honor's spirit guardians, but they do not fall from the sky.
yrsaintinth Continues to be a statue.
Piazet Nods in approval as the harpies run away.
Caradran and Naivara are up. All of the harpies are running away, flapping away anyway, so it is up to you if you wish to do anything here or just let them go. Anyone can post if they wish to act, otherwise I will just assume the harpies flee and you let them go.
