The innkeep would have told you that you can travel East out of town on Triboar Trail, then take the High Road North to Neverwinter. That would be how to get to the closest big city. He would have told you that, as this is a very new, being-built-still, town, there is noone he knows with wagons or horses for rent or sale. Wagons usually come with supplies from Neverwinter, but they usually return there as well, and those have not been getting through to the town of late.
The innkeep would tell you... There is a town hall and miner's exchange, both across the street from the inn. There is a general store, and an outfitter's shop, at the West end of town.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Tessa...
Linene Graywind does not look like a pushover by any means. She is a thirty-something human woman, who looks like she can handle herself in a fight. She wears studded leather armor, with a rapier at her hip.
The Lionshield Coster has a door that leads into a back section of the shop. This shop though is clearly not a produce store, but an outfitter shop, with weapons, armor, and various adventuring supplies on shelves.
"Raspberries?" Linene asks as Tessa moves towards her. "You might want the shop across the street, though I don't know if Barthen carries those either."
Mylene gives the elf woman an appraising glance, and largely dismisses her exchange with Walter as unimportant to her. "Yes, yes, more importantly, are you a priestess of this luck goddess, or just here to pray for good fortune? I'm looking for a priest, a cleric, to consult with."
"I am an acolyte to the Lady of Luck." The elf female says with a frown towards Mylene. "What would you like to consult with me on?"
Latrius will swiftly close with Hob 3, trusting that his companions are coming.
Attack: 16 Damage: 11
Offhand:15 Damage: 2
With the three hobgoblins down on your side of the road, you find yourself with no targets near you. Instead you move across the road to engage one of the two there. Both of your strikes miss though.
Higgul draws his longsword and strides forward, striking at hobgoblin1 as well.
Attack: 26 Damage: 20
with the goblinkin already grasping at the arrow in his side, Higgul has a perfect angle and takes the hobgoblin's head clean off with a powerful strike of his blade.

Mylene Durza
“Walter, just a moment, we ladies need to talk,” Mylene says. She locates a private place in the temple to consult with the elfmaiden priestess of the luck goddess.
“I need the services of a priest, to be blunt. Not long ago I woke up, completely naked, out in the wilderness outside of your little town. My memories are extremely hazy and inconsistent. I obviously recall proper speech, and I remember a lot of basic facts, but I have no context for them. I don’t remember how I learned anything, or even my own personal history. I have vague, well, certainties, let’s call them. And when I reclaimed one of my possessions - again, the strange certainty I can’t describe any other way - I had a rather vivid vision of a tiefling man.”
Mylene pauses and places a finger to her lips. “I’m obviously someone extremely important and I suspect this is the work of one of my enemies, some jealous rival who wanted to see my brought low. I am asking you to use your divine abilities to restore my memories. I’ll pay you back as soon as my memory is restored, as I also have a certainty that I have considerable personal wealth.”
Honor moves down the road, but the Hobgoblin has a headstart, and she's short on ranged weapons. "Surrender, or you will know no safety." Her voice rolls out like a wave of thunder. Intimidation: 18 (If with advantage due to either Latrius' words or thaumaturgy, here's a second roll: 12)
"Have not been getting through? Great." Vilana looked at Sylcar. "So, the roads are dangerous indeed. Yet, merchants need to trade. Sooner or later some caravan has to leave the town. Well," she looked at the Innkeeper again, "thank you for everything, kind sir. Have a great day." She pulled Sylcar to the exit. "Let's go shopping then - clothes firs, weapons, is something strikes you as familiar and we have enough money, and provision for the road. Looks like it will take sometime to get to the bottom of it all."
(I would assume with the dinner and questioning, we will arrive to the outfitting shop after Tessa has left?)
Raising his hand in acknowledgement to the innkeeper, Sylcan turned to Vilana, who was pulling him by the arm towards the exit. He head turned away from him, he smiled, then said, "Very well. We can go shopping for better clothing, first, then take care of the rest. I should have enough to afford basic equipment for the both of us."

"Well, I can see if there is any obvious injury that might have caused the memory loss..." The elven female says with a frown. She looks you over to see what she can find.
Medicine: 5
Finding nothing she frowns. "You have no injuries, scars, or anything that would normally be associated with a blow that could remove your memories. I'd guess it is either magical or divine in nature." She shrugs though. "I do not have the skill or power to help any further though I fear. You might need to see if someone in Neverwinter might be able to aid you, or may have to travel to Waterdeep to check with the sages there."
