As Higgil is a fighter he doesn't need practice to use the balisti, as he is proficient with them already. For the saddle, you could use blankets, bedrolls, and rope to make something. Give me a straight dex check to see how well you do at it.
Kierro glances to his partner, nodding as they ready themselves. The aasimar sprouts his wings and flies down a bit, looking to see how many harpies the defenders will have to deal with. Chysen, meanwhile, shifts into his dragon form, taking to the air and alerting the others.

Latrius, the Githyanki all left, so none of them are around.
Honor you are able to make a saddle. You test it out over the last couple of days and find it secure. Nothing like a regular saddle would be, but it won't simply dump you out.
Kierro, you notice a decent amount of harpies, likely an entire flock of them. Numbers are too hard to figure out though, as many dip in and out of the swirling clouds below the flying castle.
Nadariel would fly up to Ive in the evening and they would try to scry on the escaped cloud giant. (Landing on top of the highest tower for safety reasons if necessary)
Was Ive able to gain any information from the scrying? If it was unsuccessful thats ok too.
Seeing enemies, Caradran multiplies themselves and then takes the form of a massive bird-like creature with a long orange beak. In their new form, Caradran takes to the skies and starts flying about 50 feet above the castle. They don't move closer to the harpies, but they keep a close eye on the harpies watching to see if they come closer.
The days go by as you continue your travel South and East across the Sea of Swords. The storm clouds below you continue to roil and churn, with no sign of abaiting. Those who try to scry the storm giant from before, locates it back near where you fought it previously, with it staying put and not coming after you. You soon put it out of your thoughts and continue towards your goal.
Honor leans over the edge. "What do you think, Higgul? Do they seem well protected?" (Higgul's 'Know Your Enemy' feature - I'm hoping for AC info, and possibly DEX but I'm sure their DEX is higher than Higgul's, I'll take other info if you want to give it as well)
To Emmy, she asks. "Do you want to give the harness a go in combat? You'll have to catch me if it breaks, which might mean leaving combat."
"Well then don't fall out," Emmy says with a laugh, and tranforms, so Honor can start affixing the harness.
Higgul watches the harpies flitting through the clouds for a bit. "Most seem like rank and file, nothing special about them. Those three look special though. He points to 3 harpies that seem to be flying apart a bit from each other, and who groups of harpies seem to be flying closer to than others. "I'd say those three are leaders, and that they don't much like each other. See how they glare at each other, and how the groups of harpies nearest them almost look ready to attack each other?" The harpies are in 3 flocks, with their leader centered among the circling harpies. Higgul would guess AC would be low for the rank and file, as he sees them, and a bit higher, but not overly so, for the leaders.
There are ten harpies and one harpy matriarch in each group, which puts us at 33 harpies in total. These are just the ones the main group here will be facing, the dragons, those not involved in this combat, as well as the gearkeepers, will be dealing with other groups of harpies.
Anyone who has not yet rolled initiative please do so now.

Nadariel will take cover behind the battlements again and observes the harpies. He will start to play a very soothing but also mocking tune on his bandore (countercharm). If a group of Harpies comes into range, he will change his tune and cast hypnotic pattern instead.
Countercharm: every friendly creature within 30 ft of me has advantage against charm or frighten.
Hypnotic Pattern: DC 23 with disadvantage because of bandore.

"Let's go!" Emmy says, and with Honor on her back, flies forward, stopping 10 feet shy of the harpy matriarch directly ahead of her. Opening her mouth, she lets out a torrent of psychotropic gas. The 30' cone envelops the matriarch, HA3, HA4, HA7, HA8, and HA9. They must all make DC 19 Constitution saving throws or be poisoned for 1 minute. (While poisoned, the target experiences vivid hallucinations, and treats the dragon as if it were invisible. A creature may repeat its saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a successful save.) (PS, Denn, would Honor benefit from this invisibility since she's riding Emmy?)
Breath recharge (5-6): 1
Legendary action 1 (after Nadariel's turn): Tail attack against the harpy matriarch in front of her. (Rolling with advantage, but if the matriarch saves against the gas, there should be no advantage) Attack: 16 Damage: 23 bludgeoning damage.
Legendary actions 2 and 3 will be 2 more tail attacks against the harpy matriarch (1), after matriarch 2 and Honor's turns. (Rolling with advantage, but if the matriarch saves against the gas, there should be no advantage) Attack 2: 27 Damage: 12 bludgeoning damage. Attack 3: 18 Damage: 16 bludgeoning damage.

Nadariel need action still. Please post or I will simply skip if not recieved in 24 hours.

Answered the scrying question here already.
Shaking his head, Kierro readies his shield. He gazes down at the approaching harpies.
"We have no quarrel with you. Please, turn back." he calls to them. Part of him knows it's likely futile, but he gives them the chance anyway.
