Shrek: "Shrek from Luskar Deliverers’, and have package to deliver to..." looks down and slowly reads the name... "Rag-ga-mel the Ren-e-ga-de? Mr. Ogden know Rag-ga-mel?"
"Oi, yeah." he admits. "I heard o' him. Leave the package with me and i'll make sure he gets it. I don't know you all, and I don't like sendin' people I don't know his way."
"While I do appreciate a friend tryin' to protect a friend, we're just a delivery team tryin' to deliver a package. Ain't no funny business gonna happen. Delivery men's honor!"Kai puts a fist to his chest for added effect! He hopes his words can help Percy convince Ogden.

Kazimir perches on a bar stool, “Mr. Ogden. We have travelled from neverwinter to HAND deliver a package to Raggamel from a dear friend of his.” Kaz leans closer to the barkeep eyes locked on the barkeep with a smirk, “we are NOT here to bring harm to him, and if you are soo worried about it, why not just arrange a meeting with him here at this bar. Gaia knows we could use the drinks. Does that sound amenable to you, my new friend?”

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Shrek adds "Yessir, Shrek and friends have package (he pulls out the wrapped package and shows the address label, addressed to Raggamel) and law says Shrek must hand deliver directly to Rag-ga-mel." (Persuasion: 3).
With an audible sigh of relief, Shrek heaves his massive body away from the annoying innkeeper and ambles down the hallway where the rooms are located. Looking at the arcane symbols on the doors, he jams one finger up his nose in his usual comforting pose, bends down and whispers to Sobek embarassingly "Shrek can't read...which room four?"
Sobek looks up to Shrek, shrugs slightly and frowns in concentration. ‘I don’t read so well either Shrek, but I mostly remember numbers. One, T-two?, Three...’ he pauses outside room 4. ‘This one looks right..?’ he half states, half asks. You can see he doesn’t get much practice at this, and it’s a fairly new skill for him.
"Oh, excellent, thank you." he says. "Let's see what we have here."
He takes the box and laughs loudly with surprise when he holds it and the lid springs open! He lowers his voice, saying "Must have been enchanted to open at my touch. Maccath must have sneakily gotten my fingerprint when we last saw each other, that tricky one." His expression is a murky mix of wonder, friendly joy, and mild concern when he says this.
Inside the box is a dragon skull about the size of an adult cat’s skull, made from white gold. Raggamel puzzles over it for a moment. He delicately plucks a tiny tooth from his necklace with his large fingers and slots it into an opening in the mouth. The skull begins to hum and vibrate in his hands, and then leaps into the air and levitates in place! Two tiny pinpricks of white flame glow in the skull’s eye sockets—and then its mouth opens and a raspy voice emerges.
“Hey, what’s the big idea, fussin’ around with my chompers like that? I’ll have you know I’m a mighty and fearsome… oh. Oh boy. I’m just a floatin’ skull now, huh?”
"Oh, my! This skull is Kaledarnethira - or “Kal,” for short, an ancient white dragon whose spirit was somehow trapped in this golden sculpture after she was killed by adventurers some two thousand years ago. The skull found its way into the treasure hoard of the Oyaviggaton dragon lair. Now reawakened and “defanged” of her once-mighty physical and magical powers, Kal has the power and disposition of a grumpy housecat, it seems." he laughs.
(Her skull can levitate up to 30 feet off the ground and can float through the air at a speed of 40 feet, but she is otherwise a noncombatant. She is incredibly knowledgeable about her former stomping grounds of Icewind Dale, but her knowledge is some two thousand years out of date.)
Raggamel laughs at the emergence of this feisty, indolent dragon spirit. "I recommend that you all take her with you while they travel through Icewind Dale. She’s got a bad temper, but who doesn’t this far north?” he quips. "Keep her safe until you get back to Luskan. Maccath still wants to see her returned safely, and she can be a real terror when someone comes between her and her dragons.”

"We got a delivery and were told you might know the person, Raggamel or something like that. You know em?"

Sobek’s eyes narrow at this. (Is he lying / being honest...?)

"I assure you that we wouldn't do anything other than give him the package. Is there a reason why you don't like sending strangers to see him?"

Sobek, you can't tell, and Percival, he might need a persuasion roll to accompany that.

"Alright, fine." Ogden sighs. "He's in Room 4. No trouble now!!"
"We don't want to cause any trouble. Just doing our job sir. Should we go up and see him, or should you let him know some couriers have arrived?"
