Hearing Rogram move forward toward Cyanwrath, Yevele will curse lightly under her breath. The monk will give a brief nod of thanks to Karib for the healing before moving back into the room, and shooting an arrow at Cyanwrath: Attack: 25 Damage: 15. If the attack is successful, she will use her bonus action to make it a kensai shot and deal an extra 4 points of damage.
As Cyanwrath's rage causes the area to become more static, seeing faint jolts of electricity part his body Smoke takes a step back.
He then frowns and shouts at Cyanwrath in draconic
The queen will never know your name!
He then looks to the three foes one by one saying The light in our path will guide our wrath , with those words a sparkling golden glow starts appearing around Cyanwrath and the 2 guards. After he finishes his talk he quickly runs back behind his more muscular and armored allies.
Bonus action: Unsettling words at Cyanwrath to substract 3 from his save roll Action: Faerie Fire on Cyanwrath and the 2 guards (Save DC 14 dex but Cyanwrath will have unsettling words debuf) Movement: 20ft? back to stand behind Yevele and Karib
Along the wall to the right, two hulking human men lean on a pillar, wearing no armor but possessing large greataxes strapped to their sides. They are idly chatting with another striking figure - Cyanwrath, a towering half-blue dragon with a vicious spear and a mighty greatsword crossed in an X on his back. His splint armor adds even more to his impressive bulk.
OOC: Cyanwrath and one of the humans are affected by the faerie fire. Attacks against them are at advantage while this is in effect. I'll narrate and resolve the round once Karib's turn has been taken.
Edit: Seriously, I edited only to add that last OOC bit in and it re-rolled all of the rolls and threw the manipulation warning up.
(( Dice roller is even more broken than usual -- I've had unedited posts report errors -- but ANY edits before a dice roll seems to be risky in general ))
Karib pauses mid-step hearing the sounds of battle erupt behind him. Today is the day, after all. With a brief prayer for deliverance, he turns to get within range of the main threat...the half-dragon. Imploring his god for aid, he launches a glowing spear of light in it's direction, then retreats to any cover he can find.
Guiding Bolt: 10 Damage: 20 + 4 to attack from bless.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
OOC: I'm going to start making rolls in a separate post until the issues get sorted out. Doesn't seem to matter whether I add text before, in the middle, or after the dice rolls, they've been getting re-rolled nonetheless. That means I'll have to make damage rolls for every enemy attack, so don't panic, that damage will obviously only be applied if the attack hits.
Even more interesting...going back through old posts I'm noticing that a bunch of old posts where I rolled any dice and then later edited it, they're also showing the manipulation warning, even if I just made a single die roll and then edited the post to add narration.

Greataxe vs. Yevele (Advantage-Reckless): 16Damage:6 Greataxe vs. Smoke: 18Damage:7 Rogram DEX Save: 17
Cyanwrath's eyes gleam, staring down Rogram. He grips his spear by each end, holding it horizontally to parry away his attack. His retort is cut short when Yevele's arrow strikes above his armor, plunging into his thick, scaly neck. His expression changes, filled with a sudden rage. He opens his mouth, roaring into Rogram's face. Lightning arcs out in a straight line, ripping through Rogram. In an instant, the half-dwarf collapses to the ground, the electricity spasming his muscles. His eyes twitch toward Karib as he hears his spellcasting in the nick of time, dodging aside the oncoming radiant missile.
The half-dragon's companions charge either side of the playing field, the first throwing himself at Yevele with abandon. She leaps back from a brutal swing of his greataxe, while the other tries to disturb Smoke's casting. Suddenly illuminated with an arcane clarity along with Cyanwrath, his attack is too slow for the nimble bard, who dodges it easily.
Round 2 Order: Players <===== Enemies
Placement: Cyanwrath is in the center of the room. One human is engaged in melee combat with Yevele. One human is engaged in melee combat with Smoke. All combatants are within movement range of one another.
Health: Cyanwrath is lightly wounded.
Rogram is unconscious and dying (0 successes, 0 failures). Smoke is lightly wounded. Yevele is lightly wounded.
As Cyanwrath shoots lightning from his mouth Smoke narrows his eyes shielding himself from the bright lights. He sees the human running past Karib just in time to react and step out of the way. I should of known the spell would draw their focus he thinks to himself.
When he looks back to the towards Rogram he sees him on the ground Noo! .. He streches his palm out towards Rogram a moment After the surge its now time to emerge!
A faint golden glow surrounds Rogram for a few seconds.
Lowering his hands again Smoke Takes out his rapier trying to reposition his feet to get a better stance and swing his blade towards the human in front of him.
Bonus action: casting 1st lvl Healing Word on Rogram to heal 5 hp Action: Rapier vs Human near Smoke Attack: 23 Damage: 6 Movement: None Concentration on Fearie Fire (on Cyanwrath and Human near Smoke) (1 turn passed)
(( Rogram's DEX save has bless as well, though I doubt it will help that roll ))
Relieved to see that someone else in the party can heal their companions, but cursing himself for assuming otherwise, Karib considers his options. Having spent too much of his energy on healing, he is now low on power. He also needs to maintain concentration on his blessing. He aches to join Rogram, but being struck would put that at risk. He briefly emerges from cover as intense holy light descends on the half-dragon, then utters a few words as his simple staff transforms into something more suited to violence.
Action: Cyanwrath DEX Save 14 or take 6 damage. BA: Shillelagh Move: as described; returns to cover.
Rogram is half surprised, half scared when Cyanwrath parries his blow. He adjusts his footing, preparing to swing again when the creature opens his mouth, and every nerve ending in the half-dwarf's body burns with fire.
Suddenly, Rogram is surrounded by a bright light. There is no more pain. A silhouette stands not far away. Even though he can't see her face, Rogram knows who it is, and his heart leaps. But just as he is about to call out to her, she whispers, "Not yet." Then, her voice changes into that of a certain tabaxi. "After the surge its now time to emerge!"
Rogram's eyelids burst open. His nerve endings are still singing, though the initial pain is subsiding as Smoke's magic takes effect. His ears register the sounds of combat around him, and he realizes he's on his back.
@DM, I know I can pick up one item as a free action. What would it take to pick up both my sword and shield that I dropped when I went unconscious?
OOC: A shield is considered attached to your arm when equipped in 5E. It takes a full action to put it on or to take it off, so falling unconscious Rogram would only have dropped his sword.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Excellent!
Hoping to catch the half-dragon by surprise, Rogram rolls to his feet, grabbing his sword as he does so. He does a low swing, using his shield and sword to create a barrier to hopefully block Cyanwrath's next attack.
Attack: 19 Damage: 8 + bless: 2
If that hits: Defensive Flourish. You can expend one use of your Bardic Inspiration and deal extra damage equal to the number you roll on the die. You also add the number to your AC until the start of your next turn. 1
Once Rogram has been healed, Smoke pulls his hand away from the oncoming greataxe, cutting into the arm of the human he is fighting. Rogram cuts into Cyanwrath's leg as he stands to his feet. The half-dragon has to roll to the side to avoid Karib's radiant light that appears above him. Moving quickly for a being of his size, his spear cuts into Rogram's chest as Cyanwrath twists, bringing the weapon in a downward diagonal. Rogram falls unconscious in another spray of blood. Cyanwrath looks to Smoke, taunting, "Come on then, get him up again!"
The remaining human parries Yevele's sword. She kicks the side of his leg, causing him to stumble, but he simultaneously lashes out with the haft of the axe, bloodying the monk's nose.

Seeing Rogram go down again, and everyone fighting different enemies, Karib resigns himself to a rapid demise. Nevertheless he comes out of cover long enough to call down Gond's fiery vengeance upon Cyanwrath the retreating to cover.
