Dust falls from the ceiling as the wooden loft is shaken. Bits of splintered wood crack from the ceiling, and two of the waiting raiders fall to the ground while Smoke sprints wildly past to rejoin the rest of the party on the ground floor.
"There are only four here!" "Who cares, kill them, we'll find the other one then!"
Four of the raiders chuck spears toward the ground through the holes in the loft; Thia and Thrax are nearly struck by the missiles, taking damage as the throwers leap through the holes to land on the ground, newly brandished spears and shields already in their hands. Four others in the loft above take a more circuitous route, heading for the stairway to follow Smoke.
Meanwhile, at the keep, Yevele arrives from the cellar to see both Nighthill and Escobert with a contingent of a dozen bloody but otherwise healthy guards. Yevele interrupts the instructions as they are being given, seeing a look of shock on the governor's face as he listens. He quickly ascertains the situation, nodding, "Thank you. I'm glad that we sent you, then. Where are the others?" He starts as his visage grows worried. "Did you run into trouble?"
Round 2 Order: Players <===== Enemies

Are Thrax and the others able to tactically fall back and head towards the keep without taking an attack of opportunity? Or are they already engaged with the raiders?

Yevele responds to governor, "The others are still back at the mill. They were dealing with a few raiders, but, had that under control. I'm planning on heading right back there to make sure there isn't any additional trouble on their way back here."
She will try and head back to the mill as quickly as possible.
Standing with the group Smoke stays in his spot as Rogram rushes forward.
Not good not good he mumbles to himself a bit nervous seeing so many raiders. He will turn towards the raiders that followed him down the stairs who appear to have the least armor.
Smoke takes out a dagger with his right hand spinning it with his fingers 180 degrees as he raises his arm behind him and throws it out towards the first raider on the stairs. He streches his arm forward as he releases the dagger and spins his body to follow up. While he spins completely his left hand reaches for another dagger and as he almost fully spinned back to his original position he throws the dagger with his left hand using a backhand throw also aimed for the first raider on the stairs.

The raiders are met with swift resistance as they land, with Thia placing the point of her rapier into the heart of one the moment his feet hit the ground, and Rogram and Thrax each bearing down on another. Rogram gouges the shield arm of his target while Thrax pushes his back with sheer ferocity. They strike right back with their spears, striking metal against metal as they attempt to hold their ground. Thia staggers forward suddenly as if punched, but looks down to see a spear has gone through her body. The raider yanks the weapon back out, and Thia crumples to the ground, slowly bleeding out.
Smoke meets the onrushing raiders on the stairs, landing a dagger into the skull of one and killing her instantly. The other three are quickly on top of the party, however. Two flank on either side of Smoke, sneering as the tabaxi frenetically avoids their blades while the third swings his scimitar at the back of Thrax. The cleric spins in time to stop the strike with his shield.
