Knox sends the webs into a glorious conflagration, spilling both Hawthorn and Stool into the water.
(You're out of initiative now.)
There are three paths leading out of the cavern. If you question your companions, you learn the following.
The north passage leads towards Menzoberranzan and Bligdenstone. Jimjar recommends Bligdenstone as a possible route out of the Underdark, but (unsurprisingly) no one seems very interested in going to Menzoberranzan.
The west passage leads the most directly towards the Darklake,
The south passage leads toward the the duergar city of Gracklstugh.
Buppido knows how to reach Gracklstugh, and recommends you go there. He says you can get better equipment there, and he can rejoin his people (the derro live in part of Gracklstugh). Jimjar can guide you to Bligdenstone, although he's also fine with stopping off somewhere else. At some point in the conversation, Stool sprays his telepathic spores, and suggests to the group that they go to Neverlight Grove, where his people live. He offers you sanctuary there. Sarith also agrees that that would be an ideal destination, but says he can probably guide you most places. Shuushaar wishes to return to the Darklake and the Kuo-toa city of Sloobludop, and can guide you there once you get closer. He wants to bring his spiritual enlightenment to the rest of his people.
To get to Neverlight Grove, you could either cross the Darklake or go around it through Gracklstugh.
The NPCs also impress upon you that the drow will most likely try to chase the group, and that you shouldn't dally.
(Note that it's very likely you'll end up visiting all of these locations, so what choice you make right now won't affect the overall course of the adventure too much. The Darklake is the closest to your current location, and if I gave a recommendation that might be it.)

"I would not suggest returning to Blingdenstone. I once lived there. That is until the drow summoned demons into our city. I was lucky to escape. It has been a very long time since that happened, but all of the deep gnomes I once knew fled that city in an attempt to escape to the surface. Although I do not think we will have a warm welcome with the duergar, I think that is the safest direction. Stool, I would be honored to visit your grove. We could make our way there after Gracklstugh. That would put much distance between us and the drow here, as well as making the drow track us through the duergar city."
Neverlight Grove is on the other side of the Darklake, past Gracklstugh.
Shuushaar suggests stopping by Sloobludop for supplies, then journeying across the Darklake itself for Gracklstugh, then continuing on to Neverlight Grove.

"While I would like to return to the surface, going through Menzoberranzan seems like a very stupid plan. Neverlight Grove seems like a place the Drow wouldn't expect us to go so I say we head there and regroup; I also think it may make sense to stop by Sloobludop or Gracklstugh (whichever one is closer) for supplies before we move on."

"Sounds like the grove should be our destination." Jhazaal speaks up. "Just as well plan on stopping at both places that are along the way anyway." He adds in as he considers it. "Supplies are going to be hard to come by, so stopping at both would give us chances to resupply more often."

"Agreed. We should get moving now before we run into any Drow." Unless there are any objects from the group, Vera will pick up her gear and begin walking West towards Darklake and Sloobludop.
"Aye we should hurry. They know these tunnels. When we get the chance to rest for a while, I can improve one piece of someone's gear, a weapon or some armor." Brio then hurries after Vera
(What pace are you traveling at? Slow allows for more time for foraging and stealthier travel, but more chance of getting caught by possible drow pursuit. Normal has no penalties or bonuses. Fast gives less time for foraging, but you move faster (well, obviously) and could outpace any possible pursuit.)

(Please give me a marching order. The NPCs will tend to stay towards the back, as most of them tend towards ranged options. The only exception is Derendil, who remains near the front of the party.)

"Ah yes, Sloobludop. It's a small fishing village, and regrettably unenlightened. Full of silly religious disputes and fervor and all that, all too much senseless violence. As an outsider in my company, however, you'll be safe."

"Yes, let us be off." Jhazaal confirms, ready to get moving. He pauses only long enough to put on the studded leather armor he took from the armory.
Buppido nods eagerly when talk comes up of the possible places to stop. He would be ready to move along as well as quickly as possible.
