Trill's eyes light up as she vocalizes the sound of coins clinking into a waiting hand.

She gives a tinkling laugh and then says, "It costs about 3600 gold. However, that is an old model, so it is currently on sell for half price for a total of 1800 gold."

Your Eva says, "Sorry, but it is 400 gold. Aganazaar doesn't allow us to haggle on prices."

 Caelynn tries on the bracers, and her vision clarifies and sharpens. You take your bow and fire an arrow into the target. It hits bullseye, but it wasn't a difficult shot. You fire another arrow, but this time, you aim a bit high and to the right. You watch the arrow curve through the air and split the other arrow in two as it also hits a bullseye.

"Fair enough," Aimon says. "I'll take the cloak."

Four hundred gold pieces seemed a little high, Aimon thinks to himself, but if it keeps one more giant foot off my back or a stone spear out of my leg, I'll be happy.

"Now where did the others get to."

Aimon wanders the aisles, very tempted to touch and examine the odds and ends. But he resists. The glowing guardians keep his thoughts clean.

Trill does the math of two of her crew vs a crossbow, and shakes her head. 

"Impressive." Caelynn grins as her purposefully-off shot still hits its mark. She wonders how far away she could aim and still hit, but that's probably something to research on her own time. Fishing out the correct amount of gold, she places it wherever she's directed. "I'll take them." A thought comes to her, and she turns to Eva. "Do you have healing potions?"

Oak rejoins Aimon, still looking around at everything as he does so. “Should we find the others? I think a hot meal and a warm bed might be in order”. He scans around for the others, then thinks and addresses their Eva again, “Can you take us back towards the rest of our party please. Thank you”.

"Sure," she responds cheerfully to Oak. She leads you two back to everyone else as Caelynn finishes her purchase. That Eva takes your money and says, "Yes, we have several healing potions. Normal potions cost 50 gold each and we have 8 of them. We have some more potent brews, but they cost much more."

Oak approaches Trill and Caelynn, with Aimon, as the other Eva is talking about healing potions.”Oh! I’d like a small healing potion, please!....”. Then he turns to everyone, “Should we all get one each? All of us?.. For emergencies?”.

"I have a feeling we'll end up needing them," says Aimon. "Take the lot and then lets find this inn."

As they wrap up shopping here, Trill will pluck at one of their mask/wraps and gesture at her beak, then mime writing while making pen scritching sounds.

Oak nods when Aimon talks about taking all the small healing potions, “I agree with that, let’s get all eight and spread them around the team”. ((Caelynn, if we all agree, can you deduct 400gp, then should we PCs take 2x each maybe?))

Then he looks over at Trill as they wrap up shopping. “Miss, are you okay? Do you just need some pens and papers?? Or something else?... ..Mundane? Or magical?”. He offers her a relaxed smile.

"Sure," she responds. "Let me go grab them."  She wanders upstairs for a few minutes and then comes back down to the group with a satchel that makes crystalline tinkling sounds when she moves. She hands it to Oak and says, "Here you go. 8 potions for 400 gold. I threw in a complementary Potion of Fire Resistance as a free bonus. Thank you for shopping at Aganazzar's." She leads you through the shop to the exit and ushers you outside. She closes the door behind you as you come back to the market.

The giant who was waiting outside for the group asks, "Where to next?"

Caelynn thanks Eva as they walk out, taking her share of the potions and tightening her new bracers on her arms. "I'm sure we could find some," she tells Trill, before turning to the giant and asking, "Could you show us where to buy some pens and paper? A journal maybe?"

The giant nods and takes you gonna section of the market where books, paper, ink, journals, maps, and similar objects are sold. You can buy a journal and ink for 1 gold.

You notice that the market has less people in it than before you went into the magic shop. Vendors are beginning to clean up their stalls and workers are sweeping the streets.

“Yes, to the tavern!”, Oak agrees. His stomachs rumble a little in anticipation...
