"I see, well some of our group are here for treasures... But myself, I am here for Knowledge."
Kurma is presenting his amulet of Oghma, a silver chain with a little silver scroll attached. "I am like you, I live only to increase my knowledge, History is meant to be share, so we don't repeat the same mistake than our ancestors. We found some writing, talking about nine shrine and something about puzzle cube. This is really exciting. Would you like to come with us and share your expertise? I am sure an intelligent man like you understand than you have more chance to achieve something with a group of adventurer rather than all by yourself. What do you say?"
Orvex:" Well, **** it, I am with you. First off, puzzle cubes. They are the keys to a tomb or something, underneath the city. The cubes are located in the shrines of the trickster gods. I know the locations of two shrines nearby, we need to find the others. Second off, what about the Red Wizards? "
Up to this point, Irommek was listening to the conversation, quietly rubbing his beard and wondering how the human managed to lift anything heavier than a shot glass with such skinny arms.
“I’ve heard nothing but bad things about the Red Wizards, although I’ve never met one personally. Breaking a contract with them would be unwise…but think of joining us as only delaying your obligations to them. They obviously abandoned you for some time, so it would seem that they are perfectly fine with a delayed return. At least for a few days. But to be safe, let’s avoid contact with them until we find the shrines and cubes.”
“Where’s the first shrine and I’ll mark it on my map?”
Orvex:" I love maps. There and there. I am still unable to move in a proper manner, I won't join you right away unless you have a super reinvigorating spell. "
Inete: " Well, I have not such a power, but I can heal some wounds, it is the least I can do. " Cure Wounds (2nd level): 16
Kurma is pointing at the Shrine located just behind the building they are now. (OOC: West of where we are) " What about checking up this one? The sun is still up, we probably have a few hours before the night come... Have you been there Orvex ? Anything we need to know before heading there?"
Orvex:" Unfortunately not, I would love to come. I do not know which trickster god that shrine belongs to. You should expect a lot of traps and puzzle. Those were trickster gods after all... "
Seeing Inete healing the poor man, Kurma realised suddenly how badly hurt he was. His body is weak, dehydrated, beaten....Probably a few more hours under those debris and he was dead. Kurma approaches Orvex and heals his wounds using his divine magic. " If you are a seeker of Knowledge, Oghma will protect you... Our timely arrival is probably not by chance"

The party leaves the compound and take a path to the east, where Orvex indicated the location of a shrine. The lost city is quiet at this time. Too quiet. But the path to the shrine is clear.
A rectangular pool of murky water stretches before this vine-draped shrine. Rope bridges that once spanned the water float on the surface, tangled with other debris. The shards of a toppled monolith form stepping stones to the middle of the pool, where a statue of a stone frog rises above the water.
Kurma does notice an eyestalk protruding from the muddy water. An eyestalk with three eyes, looking at the newcomers.
Oniss will walk towards the ledge of the pool, approx. 5ft from ledge to keep some buffer, and look to investigate the frog statue best he can.
Investigate 21
The shattered monolith in the water seems slippery with moss, and the rotted rope bridges are not safe to support a humanoid's weight. The statue in the middle does not give away any particular detail.
Orvex: " Told the masked man. I am an archaeologist, I want to know more about the Omuan culture and, possibly, discover how the city felt. "
