You all reach the platform, the door is wood and locked. (Since this is less combat more timer, you each can do your action in any order after that, then the goblins fire)
"Cover me." Alton produces his Thieves' Tools and gets to work picking the lock.
(how uh... how do you want me to do it? The normal book way, the Sleight of Hand check with tools, or some other way?)

Dale will Ready an action while Waiting for Alton to pick the lock - he'll take up a position near the door where he can see behind and also into the door (if it opens inwards)

Darius couldn't help but chuckle. They weren't his old crew, but the lively banter reminded him of them. With a malicious grin, the pirate rushed inside, looking for opponents to close with.

You retreat into the castle, and fid yourself in a withered hall. The hall is about ten feet wide, going in three directions, ahead, to the left, and to the right of you. The front hall extends ten feet. With on door on the right wall and one at the end. Dale notices a thin tripwire in the middle of the hall. At the end of the left hall, which continues of thirty feet, is two doors, one on the left wall and one on the end. In the right passage, twenty feet long, also has two doors, one one the left wall and one at the end. The right hall has crumbled enough to make the end door obsolete, being able to walk right past.

Alton would see the tripwire too probably (Passive 14), and would make his way over to it to check it over for signs of what the wire triggers.

(( Is Darius able to find an entrance to the right tower as he heads down the hall? I figured he could gauge whether the middle door or the door at the end would be the one he'd need to get to. ))
Alton nods as he looks back at the ground. "I think I found our way forward." He says, motioning to the trap and thus pointing it out to everyone else. "I'll get to work." He settles back down and starts looking for what he needs to do to disarm it... and hopefully *not* set it off.

Symon will keep a watchful eye on the door they came in through, as well as the hatch in the ceiling.
In a low voice he says, "If you hear me going into panic mode we're about ready to get attacked," the slight jocularity of his tone is belied by his tense posture. "You think they serve ale anywhere i this establishment? I mean it does seem a bit of a dive, not a wench in sight. Don't like the smell either."

Panic is a mechanism that strengthens the gene pool.
For smell: There is a stench in here, a bad smell of a group of creatures with little to no body care.
The right tower would be the right door.
