"Mmn, sort of."Rhogar lets out a huff through his nose, sending a few sparks of electricity into the air. There's a moment of silence on the dragonborn's part, before in noticing the look on Kazri's face, his expression softens as he shakes his head. "Worry not. They need not our aid yet. Reckless as Gorrah can be, I remain certain that she will make sure Chill will stay safe. And if by some miracle they do get in over their heads somehow, let us not forget that our friends are quite the escape artists."He adds in further assurance for Kazri and Krom.

"Indeed they are, Rhogar, indeed they are." Krom says with a chuckle. "Hopefully they will not get into too much trouble without us." The dwarf adds as he finishes checking his gear. "Anyway, I'm ready to rush to their aid if needed."
The plan was simple, sneak back into the ballroom and stay out of sight while also finding the construct. Then sneak up on it and coordinate a surprise attack from behind and above.
Chill and Gorrah executed the plan to perfection, quickly locating their quarry, remaining unseen and attacking.

It took every ounce of will power on her part, but somehow Gorrah managed to resist the urge to let out some kind of battle cry as she dives bombed the target! Too much coordination demanded absolute focus, especially given her intent was not to latch on with her fangs, but position see her stinger find the Magen's neck just long enough to give it a dose of its own medicine!
Gorrah's Action: Sting vs Magen. (Lethal, Melee)Sting - Attack: 17 Damage: 7 of magical piercing. If hit, target must also succeed on DC 16 Con Save or be poisoned. Fail by 5 or more and target also falls unconscious while poisoned this way.

Chill motioned Oli to follow them back across the bridge but to wait at the entry area. Before leaving the owlbear he looks him in the eye.
"Not sure what you understand, but only charge in if I call for help. OK?"
Hoping that was enough Chill then slipped into the crowd and kept an eye out for the magen but also keeping out of sight if he spotted it.
Finding his target he drew his 2 daggers and carefully positioned himself that he was able to sneak up behind it. Seeing that Gorrah was in position he waited for the pseudragon to dive bomb and attack.
Timing his strikes with Gorrah's he stabbed with his daggers in a sneak attack just as Gorrah struck
The attack is swift and deadly. As Gorrah's stinger strikes, Chill stabs with both daggers and the body of the construct disintegrates in a harmless burst of fire and smoke. The ballroom guests are none the wiser for what has happened and the carry on with their dancing, mingling and gossip.
Chill and Gorrah are able to safely return to the others with the knowledge gained from Veneranda.
"Ahh, I see you two have finally returned,"Rhogar said, sounding half-surprised by the timing of the pairs turn, but any closer inspection gives away the truth. Gorrah just snorts and turned her head up at the greeting. Yet after a moment or two, she eventually returned to the makeshift nest that was the back of Rhogar's hood. "I take it all went well? Good. Do explain. I would've done so myself earlier, but Gorrah was adamant about not sharing her senses for whatever reasons while you were out and about."

“Welcome back,” Krom says as he rises to his feet when Chill and Gorrah return. “Did everything go as planned? Were you able to learn all the names from Veneranda?”
The dwarf gestures toward the chamber of eight doors. “If so, let us press on, my friends. We still have much ground to cover.”
