Darn it, the more I think about it, the more I want to do an unarmed Fighter instead of a Monk. It's just that I can't see the character wearing armor, because the Olympics were done in the nude. But I guess I must go with something like 'he was buried in his family's ceremonial armor, and as the enemies he now faces won't play by the rules, his usual ways of predicting and dodging attacks won't work, so he must adapt to the new circumstances'. Assuming the Unarmed Fighting fighting style from Class Feature Variants UA is allowed?

The fighting style is pretty strong, but I like the idea. Go ahead. If you don't like the idea of armor, you could also go barbarian and use your Vuman feat for fighting initiate(UA feat) - unarmed fighting. Is there any particular reason you prefer the idea of fighter over monk, or is it just that you want to be strength based, and monk doesn't allow for that without severely crippling you(unless you have natural armor)?
A couple reasons: I feel the Champion sub-class really fits the athlete image, fighters get more ability increases / feats, wanting to go strength based for grappling, and the later monk features not working for the idea as well. For pretty much the same reasons Barbarian doesn't really work either. But it's okay, I like the reason I came up for armor.

I am very interested in this one.
I'd like to see about playing a Yuan-Ti Pureblood as the offspring of a Medusa type cursed woman. She would be born with some of the symptoms of her mother's curse, hence the Yuan-Ti Pureblood traits. She would be an Eldritch Archer, i.e. a Warlock that casts Eldritch Blast from a bow, similar to the old Dungeons and Dragons cartoon. Not sure on patron; probably the Celestial and she could be the product of an illicit affair between a divine being and her mother that was cursed by a jealous goddess. So both the curse and her father's divinity flow into the child into the room. The pact is her father's blood bond to his child. I'll flesh her out more in the morning and get her sheet posted.

It's alright, the post wasn't edited, so it's clearly just an error.
As for the gorgon gal, she could be the child of a gorgon, but it would have to be of the original three. Actually, not three, but two, as Medusa is very much dead. Alternatively, she could be further down along the line, a descendant of a descendant. Up to you, really. Of course, you could also really be anyone's child, if you wanted. After all, the products of reproduction between greek supernatural creatures are... odd. Because of course a sea god banging a snake woman would make a winged horse.

Wacky legendary item: Robe of the Archmagi, I know it's sorcerer, warlock, or wizard only, but we could possibly reflavor it to fit Kostas.
As I said earlier, your wacky legendary artifact thing doesn't need to be an actual magic item. It's going to be an evolving magic item that will develop new, unique properties as you level up and regain your power. It's alright if you want to borrow from existing magic items, it would be a bit simpler, after all, but it can be flavored as anything.
Alright, I'm thinking going along the lines of the whole "gods challenging the mortal" arc, that maybe one of the gods was on Kostas's side, and cut a bit of fabric off of his tunic to fashion a robe for Kostas, imbued with the god's power. This robe would, like the Robe of the Archmagi, significantly increase his AC, spell saves and attacks, and grant him the same advantage against spell attacks/magical effects, and maybe grant him resistance to magical damage, but it would also have special properties inherited from the god himself. I'm not sure which god yet, but I'm thinking Apollo, which could grant him advantage on Wisdom (Perception and Insight) checks, some kind of radiant damage attack, and maybe even a healing buff. How does that sound?
kellin is the keeper of an ancient library buried in a vault. Until recently that vault was quite hard to get to, and he had only a few visitors, those who were very persistant, and willing to face many dangers to get to the library. They came for one reason, to ask him a question, which he would then research in the great library. During this time Kellin had a lot of time on his hand, and, being in the dark and underground, found himself changing over the ages. He grew bald, stooped with age, and his sight and hearing changed. he died a few times, he is quite certain of that, but always came back as the library's guardian. His body was new and young whenever he was reborn, but continued to evolve into that of a smallish humanoid, with no hair and big ears.
Recently a path has opened to the library, and much of the vault's books have been taken by adventurers. He has found he has less and less to use to answer questions, and even fewer people coming to ask him those questions. Kellin has begun to wonder if traveling from the library might just be his next step in whatever the gods have planned for him.
This is a great idea. I love the starting 'dead' aspect.
Name: Donos Romomnath
Race/Class: Triton (from Atlantis) / Fighter
Ability Scores: Ability scores: 101313141215
Backstory: Donos was a citizen of Atlantis, long after the city sunk beneath the waves. He started out as a member of the Atlantean city watch and was known as a guardsman who would risk his life to protect even the weakest of citizens.
He was famed for his great strength and his ability with a trident.
On an early mission to protect the borders of Atlantis, he battled the legendary pirate, Dicaerchus of Aetolia. Dichaerchus led a fleet of three ships, crewed with violent pirates intent on finding Atlantis and plundering its treasures. Donos fought a month long battle, finally leading the ships to their doom in a blowing tempest where Donos survived but the ships were smashed to pieces against jagged rocks.
Not long after, Atlantis was again threatened. Orpheus the Younger, a sorcerer beholden to the goddess Circe, enchanted s shiver of powerful giant sharks (noted below) and sent them against the city. They ravaged the inner marketplace and threatened to take the lives of all the debating students in the central agora. Donos swam into action and with a mighty throw of his trident pinned six of the giant sharks to a pillar, one on top of the other. The rest fled in terror.
After years of protecting Atlantis, the people grew complacent. Nothing could threaten them as long as Donos was around. The great god, Poseidon grew jealous of this situation. He saw the people of Atlantis starting to treat Donos as a god. That would not do. In anger, Poseidon released the greatest Kraken of all upon the city. It nearly destroyed all of Atlantis. It even swallowed Donos whole. But before the city was completely destroyed, Donos slashed his way out of the Kraken, killing it in the process.
In the end, the eldest son of a minor noble crafted a remarkably deadly poison and laced Donos' dinner with it. The noble was jealous of how his young wife looked at Donos and how much she praised him. He invited Donos to dinner and there poisoned him. Donos almost survived but discovered the poison too late to allow his vaunted strength to fight it off. Perhaps paying to much attention to the nobles young wife had been unwise.
Despite the defeat of the kraken, Poseidon still marveled at Donos' feats and made sure the Atlantean hero made it to Elysium.
Physical Description: To look at Donos is to be reminded of the sea. His wavy hair is deep blue in color and his skin is the silver, seeming to shimmer as light shimmers on the ocean. His eyes are a marine green. His calves appear to also have a small ridge like fin on each .Tall for a Triton, Donos is still short compared to humans, measuring in at 5' 3".
Wacky Artifact Item: Donos has a chain he wears around his neck. Hanging from the chain are half a dozen large shark teeth taken from a shiver of sharks who had been enchanted by an evil sorcerer that tormented Atlantis. Donos slew them and took their teeth. It was rumored during his life that the teeth still kept some of the magic imparted in them by that the evil warlock. In times of stress, Donos was able to call upon the power of one of the teeth.

Thematically, Artemis, Gaia, or maybe Dionysus would be the god to give a gift to a druid. Though Gaia isn't too friendly, and doesn't really have much in the way of clothing anyways. I suppose it's up to you, though, to decide who or what your item is from.

I'm... I'm afraid I don't quite understand. This character doesn't seem to fit at all with what I've asked for in characters, or with the setting I've given. How has he come back from death? How does leaving a library cause him to end up in the Underworld? Why would he end up in Elysium? He doesn't even have a wacky artifact thing.

Yeah, it would make more sense to have Artemis give something, but I figured Artemis would probably lead the gods in challenging Kostas. I'll stick with Apollo and see how it goes.
Alright, I think I'm going with a party animal satyr rogue/bard hybrid... Oh but first I want to check, would you allow Wild Card subclass for Rogue? I just like the flavor. Maybe we can work something out if not?

Name: Enzio
Race & Class: Variant Human Rogue (looking at Assassin)
Ability Scores: as above with +1 to Dex & Con (Str 5; Dex 18; Con 16; Int 11; Wis 14; Cha 16)
Backstory: In life, Enzio was a master assassin who lived under the guise of a travelling entertainer. But he was no mere lackey, nor a blade for hire. His patron, Phenax otherwise known as the God of Deception (Mythic Odysseys of Theros) would whisper in the darkest corners of his mind, urging him to eliminate various individuals that Phenax felt necessary for his plans. Enzio was great at what he did, not because he was well known, but because he was not, and his patron rewarded him for it. That was until he died. It was a simple death, but wrapped in as much subtlety and deception that made Enzio proud. He sat with several others, gambling at the tavern one evening. One of his companions at the table was his very target, though he thought Why not get a little fun and extra gold from it? But little did he know that those very men had poisoned the drinks, wishing to take down the great assassin. As soon as he realised, it was too late, and he simply sat, looking from one to the next, the faces of those around the table until finally... darkness.
Artifact: A magical flute that enable him to create fantastical displays whenever he performed.
Physical Description: One could be forgiven for mistaking Enzio for a frail old man or a sickly one. His long, thin arms and legs look almost void of any muscle, and yet he moves with such smoothness and quickness that it's almost unbelievable. Average in height, his build and stature meant that no one looked twice at him. Perfect for that which his patron wished for him to do.
