As Valor takes advantage of the Dire Wolf's knocked-down target, Elrodin closes his eyes and focuses his arcane energies through the crystal in his left arm, thrusting it into the air as the energy builds in a second and bursts outwards in three separate orbs. Circling him once, the orbs suddenly explodes forwards as Elrodin opens his eyes and trains his vision on the creature untargetted by the wolf and Valor.
After the magic hits, Elrodin lowers his arm and moves closer to his allies
(ooc: not 100% sure of positioning, but Elrodin wants to move away from monsters and tuck himself in / behind allies, or closer to that goal as possible. i.e. he doesn't want to be so close to the edge, or on his own if some weird bird ladies try picking him up etc :P)
Fiend#1 gasps in pain as the magic missile hits right in the chest. In pain, he claws at the dire wolf that knocked his fellow fiend to the ground: Attack: 15 Damage: 6
Fiend#1 then moves to the thrower of stones (Milo) and swings his club: Attack: 12 Damage: 5
Fiend#2, after taking a serious blow by Valor, gets back up and takes swipe at him with his claw and then his club: Attack: 9 Damage: 8 Attack: 5 Damage: 2
Everybody is in the light of the campfire and torch, except Elrodin. South ---> North we have... Campfire --> Fiend #2 --> Valor, Lupe (adjacent to fiend) --> Fiend #1 --> Milo, Donnar, Menttal --> Elrodin --> ravine edge It's not a straight line of people, they are fanned out a bit. Initiative Order and Next up... Milo Valor Elrodin Monster(s) Menttal <-- Donnar
Upon seeing the fiend#1 approach and take a strike at Milo, Menttal backs away15' to give him some space and distance and throws his second dagger.
Attack: 16 Damage: 5
Encouraging Donnar with, "Tear them up Donnar! You've got this!" Menttal inspires Donnar. He used bardic inspiration. For the next ten minutes, Donnar can add 1d6 to any ability check, attack roll, or saving throw. This can be done after seeing the roll but before knowing the outcome.
Initiative Order and Next up... Milo Valor Elrodin Monster(s) Menttal Donnar <--
With his mind clear, and a battle raging before him Donnar could already feel a thrill stirring inside of him. Menttal's words worked as oil poured on a campfire and as he draws a scimitar in each hand his deep voice roaring out, "AAAAALRIIIIGHT!!"
He'll take a pivoting step, and spin into a whirling two scimitar attack on the enemy in front of him. ((just read that with two weapon fighting allows me to take another attack as a bonus action, i just cant apply damage modifier))
Donnar's scimitars cut and slice into the Fiend #1. The first slices into the upper arm, slicing it right off. The second, slices right across the abdomen. Guts and other organs spill out. The fiend then falls face forward into the ground - jerking and shaking as it quickly bleeds out and dies.

Milo and Lupe
Lupe being closer to the reamaining foe growls, the snaps his jaws, biting at the fiend. As Lupe is growling, Milo rushes towards the enemy with both clubs raised. Using the distraction of Lupe's bite , the druid slips behind his target. He takes 2 swings, first with the mundane. Second with the shillelagh.
Movement: ~15 ft. Behind enemy

Target must succeed on strength saving throw DC 13 or be knocked prone.
(oog)since Milo and Lupe act on the same turn, I'm assuming their actions happen at the same time therefore whether or not the target is knocked prone, Milo would gain no benefit.
oog Milo and Lupe have their own separate turn. They 'go at the same time' by way of having the same initiative order. It makes play quicker to have you do both at the same time. If the monster is not knocked prone, you don't get behind it as it will turn with you while you move around it. That would then put Lupe behind it. The Fiend#2 manages to say on its "feet". It sees Milo charging in, trying to get behind it, but manages to turn with the new threat. Milo's swings his clubs. The first slams into the rib cage and the second comes down and slams into the left side of the head and shoulder causing the shoulder and clavicle to shatter.

Elrodin
Seeing an opening for another attack, Elrodin flicks his wrist as a burst of flame flashes outwards, it's trajectory curving around the group towards the remaining fiend.
Fiend#2 takes a direct hit from the firebolt and bursts into flames has he falls to the ground, dead.
With the threats neutralized the heroes find themselves with another 9 hours until sunrise.
oog Take your rest, go to sleep, stand guard, whatever needs to be done to get you through the night until the next the morning when y'll head out for the forest. Everyone gets an additional 80XP oog
Feeling pleased with himself for finishing something he started, Elrodin walks over to the campfire, staring into it for some long moments.
(ooc: if no one talks to him, Elrodin will sit staring into the fire, occasionally Firebolt'ing it to life, while entering his Elven trance for "sleep")
Valor will make sure there is nothing of interest on the bodies of the creatures. (loot the bodies). If he finds nothing he will move the bodies to the edge of the ravine and throw them over.
Once done, he will attempt to clean any muck from him and his clothing then return to camp. "Blood and entrails draw more predators and insects," he says. "When the light comes, we should check the ravine for move victims and then look for a lair or nest of some type. If these creatures are like any other animals they will have a place they take the choice pieces to eat for later and may have taken other items from victims as crows do." he says as he settles down.
Nothing is found on these fowl-like creatures' bodies. Will need to wait until daylight to search a bit more. Don't fall over the edge when throwing the bodies over. It's dark out. :)
The halfling checks over his dire wolf companion for serious injury before scratching behind his ears. "Does anyone require any major healing?" While waiting on a response, he casts speak with animals as a ritual.
"Are you OK buddy? You did good. Let's get some rest, we'll hunt some more in the morning." he says to Lupe.
Milo cleans off his clubs on the grass, then he picks up his torch, moving it closer to the ravine edge, before getting ready for bed.
(Milo has 2 spell slots left and before the long rest can cast cure wounds if anyone is hurt bad.)
Donnar takes his lead from the others, cleaning off his scimitars and returning to sit by the fire of the camp.
"I'll take the first watch."He says as he kneels by the fire. He uses its light to inspect and admire the whip he picked up before they set out. Making sure to turn his attention to their surroundings every couple of minutes.
