"A little help, friends!" Morn calls out, now that the element of surprise has fallen and the frog king stares him in the eyes. He then stares back at the frog king and mutters "Pruina" and as he does frost bites at the king's body (Frostbite - Con Save DC 13 or 4 cold damage and disadvantage on next attack if failed).
(So, all guards within range are down with the exception of big frogman himself?)
Horatio will send off an EB at the frog king, keeping his distance for the time being. A shadow flits through the sky and comes to a gradual circle, barely shifting the air about 20ft above the king.
Horatio sends a blast crackling into the king, eliciting a bellowing croak of pain, while Gandalon wings hard through the air to take position above him.
Morn feels froggy mouths biting at him as two of the servants try to come to their king's aid and give him a good chomping below the water! Both connect, painfully, but he's not too damaged by the bites.

There's a crashing of vegetation behind him as Horatio whirls to find a frogspear thrusting for his guts, and a frog mouth trying to clamp down on his casting hand! One of the guards must have leapt to attack from his south east. The spear hits him dead center in the chest, but he was stumbling back slightly in surprise, robbing it of much of its impact. The bite hurts!
Spear Attack: 22 Damage: 7

((The servants with the green dots are still below the murky water level and out of sight, the ones with just yellow are either above water or on land.))
((Trinjya's up, but if any of you have reaction-y stuff you'd like to do, let me know and we'll retro that back in.))
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Seeing several group members and more importantly herself being swarmed and injured by frog people, Trinjya gets infuriated. She goes all scary- awesome again providing 5 temp hp to Morn Samael, Sirq and herself (assuming Ican see all of them) along with the chance to move up to their speed without risking attacks(costs a reaction). She will use her reaction to move westward. As an action she will cast heat metal on the weapon the frog king is holding.(she needs to be able to see the weapon for that so tell me if I can' t do that, otherwise it is 5 fire damage and a dc14 con save to avoid dropping the weapon).
((Hey, I don' t know what this is, I edited my post and it changed the result of the roll, it did not use to do that did it? It was a 13 at the start. ))
((Yes, you can see the targets for your scary-hot inspiration, I'll let them weigh in on if and where they're moving or not before Sirq and then the Frog King go.))
((You can see the mace, and no worries on the die roll, we'll go with the 13.))
Sirq backs up west into the shallows, keeping an eye on the frog servants still near Samael.
As the mace glows hot in his webbed hand, the King gives a yelp and drops it sizzling into the water. He looks like he's having a really bad day.
(DM Question - could Morn use his reaction to grab the mace as it's dropped? Also a question about Ice Knife - so the spell itself says ranged attack at a creature, but what about Morn just pumping that baby into the ground he stands on. Obviously no damage from the shard of ice, but I'm thinking more the icy blast afterwards to hit the creatures around me, two of which I know are there cause they bit me, but can't see.)
Samael also takes advantage of her inspiration to move.
Sirq calls out "You call that I bite? I've seen better use of gums in a retirement village!"
Wis Save: 10 or 1 psychic
One of the frogs that bit him starts bleeding out of its nose.
((Morn, you also have the option to move without opp atts from Trinjya, so you could scoot away, then ice knife. RAW you wouldn't be able to use your reaction to snatch it, but I'd allow it if you wanted to make Sleight of Hand to do so, but would have had to NOT moved when given the chance by Trinjya, and in this instance I'd say it's still going to be hot, so there'd be some fire damage happening too.))
((I'll resolve Samale's once I know if Morn's moving.))
Morn takes the opportunity to duck away from the frog king and his servants still obscured by the murky water. He moves a little to the north-east, in order to get some "dry" land so he can see what's coming for him a little better.
(So looking at the big map, final destination after his move is 4sq north and 2sq east - should be east side of a tree.)
Also, just remembered, 2 Con Saves for Concentration on Mind Spike.

((The water slows you down, best you can get is south of that tree, but on the bank of dry land.))
The frogman king seems torn, wanting to retrieve his weapon, but it's still hissing and burbling like hot steel in a blacksmith's quenching trough.
"GRIB ROAK! ROOOAAAAK!"
He turns and flees, diving and swimming out of sight, Morn you know that he's approximately 60 ft west northwest of your current location.
Samael gleefully exterminates a handful of frogs, detonating his blast just under the water level and catching some lurkers, dead pudding-ified corpses floating to the surface.
"Horatio, have your minion grab the mace!" Morn calls out, then continues, "The king is fleeing and is about 60 feet west of us. If we grab the mace, I'll head for the makeshift tent we can get out of here!" Morn then runs his full movement towards the tent, then turns and fires off an ice knife at the frog servant that once stood to the east of him.
Ice Knife Attack: 11 Damage: 8 piercing
Then, hit or miss, it explodes and the two frog servants need to make a Dex Save DC 13 or 9 cold damage.
A shadow flits for the ground, retrieving the Mace which, if successfully picked up by the invisible imp, becomes invisible as well (barring some special feature of the mace about which we have no information.)
(Question: Could Horatio belatedly use an off turn reaction to use a hellish rebuke against the froggy attacker to his right? If so, DC 14 dex save or take 9 fire damage, half on success.)
(second question: Would the spell Earthbind keep the King from jumping his full distance?)
Whether the Hellish Rebuke is permitted or not, Horatio will cast Expeditious Retreat on himself as a bonus action, taking the disengage action if needed to avoid further insult from the sneaky frog, and beeline it in Morn's footsteps for the hut and the prisoner. (that's a 60ft move to catch up with Morn.)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Morn provides intel on the king's positioning, and heads for the hut, hurling an shard of ice into the water near where he previously stood, where it shatters outward and icicle pierced bodies float to the surface. He makes it halfway to the hut as he slogs into the water.
Horatio commands his associate, and there is a splash where the king dropped the mace. There is some thrashing about, then the displaced area retreats as something flies back up before there is a pained screech and the mace drops from a few feet above water to splash back down again, ethereal flames flickering down its haft and head.
4 psychic damage
"Owwwie, owwie oww! Mace hurts me, boss!"
((Sure, you can drop a hellish on the guy who attacked you.))
DEX Save: 3
A blast of flame licks over the frogman who croaks in distress, but is still standing. Horatio says his goodbyes and slogs quickly up past Samael.
((It's not flying speed, so no Earthbind effects. More of just a leap and swim.))
The two remaining servants that didn't get blasted to pulp by someone, take stock of the situation and get the heck out of there, leaping and swimming to the east.
The guard that was just hellishly rebuked looks around at the carnage, sees he's the last one left, and slips away to the south.
((We are out of combat! So no longer on turn order, so you can just let me know what you're intending to do. Morn's only 20 ft from the entrance to the hut, so he'd get there first, and Horatio with the ability to double dash 90 ft, would show up close on his heels.))
((There are 9 dead guards, 7 dead servants, a hut that held Frankie as of last night, a dropped mace that, an escaped king, an escaped guard and two escaped servants.))
Trinjya would walk up to where the hammer dropped and carfully pick it up (after dropping the heat metal spell). Then she makes her way to the treestomp-throne, sits down and starts plying her flute. She is keeping an eye out for frogs or other threats while other group members enter the hut looking for Frankie.
((I' ll roll for perception just in case... 7))
At least that' s what she planned, but then she get' s carried away a bit by her own performance. There is definitly no other person around who is as awsomely playing the flute as she does!
No, it did not hurt to bad and she is eager to hold on to something that is as valuable as this weapon, espescially with the risk of it being taken be frog people. But she will try to figure out what is happening while she carries it towards the dry spot around the throne.
(( can I do an arcana check or something to see what might trigger this effect?))
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Trinjya's face cringes from the pain and she is glad that she can set the weapon down when she reaches the throne stump. Free from the painful flames (i suppose) she takes some time to closer inspect it closer.
