Prentiss moves south to block the lower bridge, ensuring only one enemy can get across. From that position, trembling, he reaches into the air and draws moisture from all around, freezing it into a deadly spike. He casts ice knife at the lead bugbear: Attack: 10 Damage: 8
The spike then explodes, and all creatures within 5ft (four of them from the looks of it) must pass a DC13 Dexterity saving throw or take 6 cold damage

Prentiss' draws forth moisture in this cold cavern building in front of him a deadly spike of ice. It rushes forth and strikes Bugbear 1 bursting as it hits. B1's save 13B2s save 18R3s save 4R4s save 8
Bugbear 1 snarls as he takes the full 13 damage. (save shouldn't have been rolled-it hit him) Bugbear two seeing the spike is able to leap out of the way North. Both Redbrands are hit by the blast however and take the full 9 damage.
Redbrand 2 glares at at you, then glancing at the bridge irritatedly rush towards the northern one, making it nearly to it in his round.
(Its Sheyla's move, and I will do so unless someone wants to volunteer to run her until they are back. Giving Velshir a little time to roll initiative as his tends to be high. )
Sheyla, seeing Prentiss' success with the ice knife holds open her palms to draw moisture to her and grasping the newly formed spike in her hand throws it like a javelin towards the closer Redbrand.
Attack 21 Damage 2 plus 4 ice damage upon explosion if Dex save fails. R1 Dex save 8 (upon hit - R1 automatically fails - per me) R2 Dex Save 11
The javelin slices through the side of the First Redbrand exploding as it hits.
Rolling Initiative : Loren 17, R3(-9) 14, R2(-4) 13, B2 12, Joshua 9, B1(-13) 7, R1(-6) 4 , Prentiss 22, R4(-9) 22, Sheyla 20 (Velshir please roll initiative - if exceeds current, please post move and I will adjust accordingly).

Velshir will spring forth across the upper bridge, intending to attack the first of the two that came from the top area. He will melee attack with his javelin
If that is good enough to drop his enemy, then he will back up slightly so that he blocks the upper bridge on the West side, and he will spend a ki point to use Patient Defense, which allows him to use Dodge as a bonus action. If his enemy does not fall, then he will instead use his bonus action for a follow-up throat punch (lethal intended).
Attack: 22 Damage: 5
If that succeeds in dropping the Redbrand then he will still position himself at the West end of the bridge, blocking access to it. If his Redbrand still hasn't fallen, then he will not move away from him.
Regardless, he will also shout to Prentiss, "Stay off that bridge, it's faulty!"
Loren's knives fly past Redbrand 3 who crosses the bridge to attack Velshir with his dual shortswords. Attack 1 8 Damage 5 Attack 2 19 Damage 5 missing terribly. Loren is now against the wall behind the pillar and Velshir has started moving to block the bridge and has successfully kept R3 from crossing fully. (Will note his actual attack after Joshua's move but his speed would put him at least there) Redbrand 2 is stuck on the west side of the bridge so unable to attack with no distance weapons so holds his move until he can reach your group. Bugbear 2 Launches his javelin at Velshir attempting to clear him from the bridge Attack 9 damage 5 which Velshir also avoids with ease.
Joshua steps out into view briefly to fire missiles at the first two Redbrands on the bridge and the third to the Bugbear coming up behind. All three hit and do further damage. He is able to maintain some distance from them due to the extensive range of the spell.
Velshir's initial press keeps the Redbrands and after your initial attack see him staggering to face you. His final blow is needed to finish him and knocks him from the bridge. He is not able to prevent them from starting to cross the bridge but can hold them on it. This will however allow the second Redbrand to take his attack on him and will now do so. Redbrands First attack 17 Damage 6 , Second attack 9 Damage 5 .
"You'll pay for that!" The Redbrand roars as his companion falls into the crevasse and slashes fiercely with his blades connecting firmly with the first blade, slicing into Velshir's leg.
The Bugbear, unable to get past the other Redbrand also launches his javelin at Velshir trying to clear the bridge. Attack 11 Damage 4 hitting him firmly in the shoulder. Velshir is in severe condition. @Velshir
I will post an adjustment should you wish to use any of your ki.
Due to Velshir's warning about the bridge I will place Prentiss a little farther north of it assuming that he would not have proceeded further hearing this.
Prentiss, seeing the wounds to Velshir tries to assist by throwing another ice knife at the northernmost bugbear - knowing the blast will catch the redguard on the bridge but not the brave monk (if I have misjudged, Prentiss will not launch an attack that will catch a friendly).
Ice Knife: Attack: 15 Damage: 3 piercing, and all creatures within 5ft must pass a DC13 Dex save or take 5 cold damage.
Prentiss then moves to the north of Velshir, ready to take his place blocking the bridge and/or antagonise the enemy into switching their attack.
Prentiss gathers more moisture into his hands drawing forth a spike into being and casts it into the air directed at the Bugbear. It misses narrowly but explodes into shards against the wall behind. The Bugbear and the Redbrand rush to evade the explosion but the bridge bound Redbrand has little room to maneuver suffering a disadvantage. Bugbear save vs the blast of cold shards 11 and the Redbrand's attempt 5 , Redbrand 4 may only make his way closer to the bridge on his turn.
In classic fashion, Sheyla pulls a long stemmed rose from her hair and with a quick swish of her wrist casts out a thorn whip at the remaining Redbrand on the bridge - Attack 6 Damage 3 , missing her target. *
Redbrand 3 also moves closer to the bridge behind the Bugbears. Redbrand 2 snarls at Sheyla, "You're next!" and slashes at Velshir again with his blades. Attack 1 16 Damage 4 , Attack 2 15 Damage 6 . (failing to consider the dodge action from Velshir, I will reroll the second attack to consider the disadvantage. Attack 2 11 Damage 3 . (second attack would have still hit, but only the first damage would have applied as only should have rolled once for damage. So takes the 3 additional). The Redbrand grins as he connects. (though the DM is not - just playing the roll). The Second Bugbear can only pace behind the first with Morningstar in hand.
(Loren was hiding so well, I missed him in the initiative - please make your attack, then I will adjust accordingly - Your move should have taken place where the red asterisk is...I will not change rolls unless you all prefer that I do - (your call) so as there is also a potential for worse ones)
I'd like to try a cool move with Loren, and see how it works. Hiding in the shadows, waiting for his moment to strike, Loren takes out his rope and quickly ties a wide, large loop on the end. Calculating his trajectory, he runs forward and flings the looped end towards the Redbrand on the bridge, letting it fall and just begin to encircle the brigand at about head level before jumping straight down into the pit, swinging towards the bridge and letting the loop catch against the Redbrand in order to break his fall. Ideally, this will cause the Redbrand to stumble off of the bridge, and Loren will need to make a slapdash leap to catch himself on the rocky sides. Otherwise, the Redbrand will be entangled with a hefty hobbit suspended against his torso as he tries to fight Velshir! Let me know what checks to make, DM! (Acrobatics? ranged attack? Dex save? all three?)
You're gonna make me pay for missing you in that line up...as acrobatics is based on dexterity, we don't need dexterity too. And although I'm inclined to make you roll a performance check to be a nuisance, I think ranged attack is more appropriate. I think a DC 15 is fair and you have to successfully hit him to make it. +6 ranged and I see that +8 for acrobatics. oh, and mind your existing inspiration bonus as I may be inclined to award it again if you pull it off.

@Loren - missed your earlier post - considering the size of the crack in this floor, it may have proven quite interesting
@Prentiss - Your move. (Last one was a surprise move.)
Would you all prefer if I treated Sheyla as an npc or have one of you make her moves until they return?
Bringing map down.
