A scrawny goblin leaps from the bed uttering a flurry of words in an unknown language, cowering and backing away. He looks up at the two of you through shielded eyes then towards the dagger and promptly collapses to the ground in a heap.
Prentiss bears down on the goblin, placing his dagger to its throat "Tell us where Glasstaff is headed, or how we can contact him. And tell us if there are any more surprises lurking in this den"
You find that he’s passed out possibly from fright as he’s weak but not dead. Given some time he comes to and is easily intimidated into answering anything you’d like to know. “Glasstaff is in his quarters!” He answers quickly, then look at the dagger in your hand and growing paler still and stammers, “Isn’t he?” He pauses with a gulp and bites at his lips. His eyes widen and he offers.“I can take you there, anywhere here. Come follow!” If given a chance he’ll slip by you and towards the door. Waves at you to come.
Better description of the room - This barracks contains four roughly built wooden bunks, with heaped-up blankets and dirty dishes scattered about. A strong smell of unwashed bodies and rotten meat fills the air.

Can Loren tell if the goblin is lying to save its own skin, or if it is genuine in its willingness to give up its superiors, albeit to save its own skin? (Insight: 18)
Genuine you believe. He looks thoroughly abused and frail and easily intimidated. You think it may have been a play thing of the Bugbears and likely has no idea the man has fled.
( Mosk's pouch on his person contained 33 sp and a large iron key. The Redbrands had pouches but surprisingly little in them - totally only about 15 cp and 5 sp. )
Prentiss digs about quickly through blankets and dishes that are strewn about the room. Rotten food and filth threatening to overwhelm his senses but he finds that no items including information or value seem to remain in this room.
Droop (the goblin) leads your group north along the hallway, listens carefully at the door at the end of the call and opens it quickly rushing through the now empty room. Several worn tables and chairs are scattered around this large room. Wooden benches are drawn up against walls decorated with draperies of brown and red, and several ale kegs are propped up and tapped. It looks like there had been a hastily abandoned game of Knucklebones was left in a hurry as there is a gaming set with a stack of coins and trinkets heaped upon the tabletop.
Droop looks curiously at this, then back at the group following him and proceeds to the opposite door, listens and opens it. He gestures at the door across this new hallway towards the door to the alchemy lab that you were in previously. "He stays in the bedroom on the other side of the lab.I'm not supposed to go in, but...I will if you insist."
(I've added the full map in the spoiler as you've explored the full place.)

"Did anyone find anything so far that we need to review, or maybe have someone else in the group take a look at?"
Prentiss returns to Glasstaff's quarters where we found the chest. He will appraise the contents of the chest in more detail, then inspect the room more closely.
@Loren Upon the table is an interrupted game of Knucklebones, a mound of wagers on the table and a small section of the room dedicated to food and ale.
You return to the gaming room and find a game that appears to have been going heavily in one particular players favor. A total of 75 cp, 55 sp, 22 ep, 15 gp, and a gold earring set with a tiny ruby (30 gp) is on the table as well as a Knucklebones gaming set and several varieties of tapped Ale kegs. Also to be found if desired are 3 full ale kegs of average quality, about a weeks worth of food that would work as rations.

Not hearing anyone replying or returning to them Joshua says to the redbrand "Sorry about your luck" and will release the Fire Bolt directly into his head.
@JoshuaYou are able to kill the remaining Redbrand quickly and his hit points were low.
@ PrentissThe chest contains an abundance of coins.
It contains 180 sp, 130 gp. The silk pouch contained five carnelians (10 g ea), two peridots (15 gp each), and one pearl. The first two types are more common so you'd know value but the last is more rare so you could only guess so would have to be looked at by a trader or jeweler.
The workshop contains numerous books and notes particularly on alchemy with a particular goal at creating a potion of invisibility. Various common ingredients in the room can be used to replace missing supplies for components, herbalism and medicine, including 4 equivalent uses of the healers kit for Sheyla. Spending some time in here will cause at least one of you to realize that the potions that were found earlier in the Cistern are one of Healing determined by Sheyla who can make these herself and one of Invisibility. (and just for fun there are three bottles of suspicious character that were marked as failures).
The wizards room contains a bed, the red wall fabric (as does the gaming room), the chest, and a desk with various papers on it.
@ Velshir
You spot an interesting letter upon the Wizards desk:
@SheylaYou had noticed a Dwarven journal
The journal of an adventurer named Urmon, it describes the history of the Lost Mine of Phandelver and the Forge of Spells.
You learn:
More than five hundred years ago, clans of dwarves and gnomes made an agreement known as the Phandelver’s Pact, by which they would share a rich mine in a wondrous cavern known as Wave Echo Cave. In addition to its mineral wealth, the mine contained great magical power. Human spellcasters allied themselves with the dwarves and gnomes to channel and bind that energy into a great forge (called the Forge of Spells), where magic items could be crafted. Times were good, and the nearby human town of Phandalin (pronounced fan-duh-lin) prospered as well. But then disaster struck when orcs swept through the North and laid waste to all in their path.
A powerful force of orcs reinforced by evil mercenary wizards attacked Wave Echo Cave to seize its riches and magic treasures. Human wizards fought alongside their dwarf and gnome allies to defend the Forge of Spells, and the ensuing spell battle destroyed much of the cavern. Few survived the cave-ins and tremors, and the location of Wave Echo Cave was lost.
In addition, Urmon records that a magic mace named Lightbringer was commissioned by priests of Lathander, the god of dawn, from the mages working with the gnomes and dwarves of the Phandelver’s Pact. The mace was lost when Wave Echo Cave and its mine vanished from history.
and @ Sheyla
Three bottles of particularly valuable ingredients labeled mercury, dragon bile, and powdered nightshade that you believe would be worth about 25g ea.
Droop, if left alone crawls into the bed in the wizards room and goes promptly to sleep.
Note: Anyone sharing information - If All information is shared by that player, please read spoilers, otherwise I will leave to the individual to advise on what they share.
Prentiss is shocked to see the dead body of the redbrand, having assumed that he was being taken back to Phandalin to face justice. Steeling himself, and reminding himself of his own culpability in the deaths that have occurred here, he tells the group of the chest's contents. "There are by my reckoning 36 silver and and 26 gold for each of us. I also found a pouch of personal effects that I intend to gift to the brutalised people by way of recompense for their suffering. I hope that we all share an intent to chase down this Glasstaff, or this Black Spider character that our departed friend here mentioned. Maybe a night of rest in town will prepare us for what we must do next?"

Velshir will open the door and rush in, trying to catch whoever or whatever is on the other side by surprise!
Prentiss follows Velshir, dagger in hand!

(Where is the prisoner or did you dispatch him?)
Joshua would have been watching the prisoner pending any decision on what to do with him.

Which area do you stop in to further investigate?
Loren will root through the trinkets on the table and hastily count and scoop the coins into a convenient pocket.
