Yordis looks across at Bowlder's hoping he is strong enough to keep going for now, but seeing Droogan charge into a more dangerous position decides to save his healing magic, he turns back to the skeleton in front of Valentinus and casts sacred flame Dc13 dex save for 1 Damage.
The announcer sees Droogan approaching and leaps into the arena floor and charges him, drawing a short sword and casting a spell on it, setting it ablaze.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Heavy magic exhausted, Valentinus glares at the undead in front of him (6). "Why won't you die? Again?" Holding his position, he draws his rapier and strikes.
OOG: So I think we're going to need to agree on a common format/language around movement and combat. Grid system could work. Up/Down Left/Right and the feet moved could work. I think we just need to all be on the same page. I agree, I was a little confused by some of the character moves in the last round or so.
We should probably rely on the DM to maintain the official map.
Alternatively, we could crowd source some of the DMing for speed if we know HP and AC of enemies going in we could maintain their stats in the chat and know when they're defeated. This is probably antithetical to classical D&D sessions, but it could help some of the miscommunications we've had. What do you guys think?
Also, I like the idea of posting character HP and status and the end of your turn. Helps us to know who is hurting and needs assistance.

OOG: This all sounds solid to me. I know I was completely lost there for a little while before we got the map sorted.
If I'm confused and Undead 4 and 6 are both dead for some reason then she'll move to N07, use that same attack roll and throw her dagger (she had two) at Announcer 2.
We could probably also do with some sort of end of turn summary - in this example after Valentinus has gone we are about to start the next round with Tilly so before that a post (ideally from the DM but I've done an example below) summarising would be great - positions, hit points, status effects etc.
I have to say I don't think we should be told what the hp is of the bad guys, it encourages players to "game" the battle a bit too much. You can get around it by saying Skeleton 1 (6) meaning 6 damage taken for example, as long as we understand the format it will be easy to keep track.
I'm not sure any of these enemies have been hurt, except for the one in front of Val for 4 damage so going into the next turn I think we have;
Tilly 9/9 hp 1d6 Bardic Inspiration active
Announcer 1 two spells cast on self
Skeleton 6 (4)
Skeleton 7
Bowlder ?/?hp Raging has lost 5 hp, not sure what the total was originally, 1 potion remaining
Yordis 6/11 hp 2 L1 slots remaining
Droogan 6/14 hp no potion
Announcer 2 spell cast on sword
Valentinus 9/9 hp 0 slots remining 1 potion remaining

I think Val Thunderwaved 4 into dust last time and you should have just killed 6 (good use of Bardic Inspiration btw) so just one skellie and the announcers left, with Announcer 1 and then the Skellie going next. Then we hopefully tear them a new one!

Multiple opponents is always the hardest to manage and there were 10 against us here.
I don't have a DMG handy for the exact recommendations, but having 10 opponents effectively makes the encounter Challenge Rating 2-3 times what you would get from adding the CR of the beasties. That's why I was panicking a bit at the start of this combat. (I forgot about the healing potions, which makes a big difference.)
If T/V/Y will be okay, I was going to move "up" to support D with the first announcer (after the skels and A1 do their actions).

So, all that remain now are the 2 announcers and the skeletal wolf at their side.
The announce seems to have a face of worry now. Sorry bro, but survival of the smartest. But perhaps I can take out that big one. Come my pet. He then beam of evil greenish light shoots out at Droogan. Attack: 7 Damage: 9He then runs for the exit. With the wolf following suit.
Does the announcer reach the exit? What I would like to do:
Bowlder uses his full movement to get closer to A1. When he gets within 30 ft., he is tossing both hand axes at the Announcer (hopefully causing its escape attempt to end abruptly).
On-hand Attack: 16 Damage: 9
Off-hand Attack: Attack: 12 Damage: 4
If A1 is already out of reach (Bowlder cannot move to get within 30 ft range), then Bowlder will move towards A2 and throw the axes at that Announcer.

Don't worry about healing Droogan just yet.
After Yordis action...
Droogan looks down at his wound with a grimace, but grits his teeth with resolve. With a Second Wind Droogan decides to stow his hand axe and attacks his new assailant with his Glaive.
Bonus: Second Wind - 5 healed
Action: Attack announcer 2 hitting AC 26 for 15 slashing, but the blood on his hands cause his grip to slip.
You run up and throw your axes at the announcer as he runs, the first striking but making him stumble but nothing else suggests he was hit, the second missing him by a sliver. Nice try! and he is gone through the exit.

Before Droogan and Announcer 2 take their turn Yordis runs around the back left of the fire and casts guiding bolt at the remaining Announcer.
Attack 21
If that hits damage is 15
Also the glittering golden light that now surrounds the Announcer if that was a hit means Droogan has advantage and should be able to reroll that attack.

Tilly moves to N06 to attack Undead 6. If Undead 6 is dead from Val's attack then Tilly moves to L05 to attack Undead 4.
"Oi, Sweet Cheeks, you're f@#$in boot is untied!"
Attack with shortsword and Bardic Inspiration 14
Damage 8 Piercing
Sneak Attack Damage 4 (from Val's proximity to Undead 6)

In another campaign we just defeated Demogorgon, a Legendary CR 25 Demon with something like 520hp. This fight has been harder, and run longer.
