((Since I've been knocked back, I assume I can move without provoking opportunity attacks))
Seeing how strong the monsters are, Dolgrim decides it is probably not the best idea to fight them head on. Dolgrim retreats back to Thenmer positioning himself in front of Thenmer and raising his shield and hammer in a defensive stance.
((Protecting Thenmer, standing close to him; prepare action to attack any enemy that comes too close))
(Yes, you can move without provoking opportunity attacks this turn.)
As another chunk of the monster gets vaporized, it recoils back and begins to climb up the wall, all the way to the ceiling, and then starts to move a bit while sticking to the ceiling. Meanwhile, the other half moves forward towards you, but it moves relatively slow and it doesn't look like it will reach you in a few seconds.
(Thenmer and Dolgrim are 10 ft. away from the monster, who is right next to the door, and 20 ft. away from the wall on which the other one began to climb. Barthrum ran out the door and is 15 ft. from the monster there.)
Barthrum picks up a rock he can find and throws it at the monster. The rock is relatively blunt and so when it hits the monster, it just makes a loud clapping sound as a bit of the monster is splattered away from the main body, landing lifeless a few feet away. It seems too small to have any consciousness of its own.
Thenmer backs off some more, seeing the one climbing the wall he decides to see if he can finish it off. Wielding his crystal he forces his will onto the random laws of nature, willing them to his service as spectral cog-wheels appear around him.
As the bolt of fire is shot at the monster on the ceiling, another piece of it is vaporized. Suddenly, it doesn't look so big; it probably won't be able to split again.
((I suppose I can't reach the slime on the ceiling))
Dolgrim continues to defend Thenmer, trying to stay close to him and is prepared to smash any ooze that gets too close, while also trying to NOT stand under the monster on the ceiling
(The ceiling is 10 ft. high. Weapons have reach of 5 ft. normally so I'd rule a medium creature could reach them with no problem. Since you're all short, you could probably reach it while jumping, but then you'd have to succeed on an Acrobatics check.)
Both blobs move simulatinously towards the dwarves whobare now with their backs to the wall. (Barthrum is in the hallway, 20 ft. from the door and can see the blobs moving across the door and then disappearing behind the wall.) Both of them extend a long arm and then, moving on both floor and ceiling, they come close. The blob from the ceiling jumps down from the ceiling and slaps Thenmer just as the blob on the floor attacks Dolgrim. (Dolgrim can use his reaction to attack with his readied attack on either one).
Attack on Thenmer will be made with advantage. Do you wish to use your Restore Balance feature?

This turn's results will be posted after Thenmer and Dolgrim confirm their reactions. (Dolgrim's attack will go before the jelly's so you can still roll for it.)

Attack on Thenmer: 19 Damage: 15
(Look... I wish my rolls were that good in games where I'm the player... I'm starting to think that DMs just get better rolls in general...)
As the monsters approach, Dolgrim smashes his hammer on the one on the floor. The hammer hits perfectly and splatters almost all the monster's body across the temple's walls. But, raising his hammer, he's surprised to see that little of it had survived and it extends itself to hit a hard smack against his chest that knocks Dolgrim down. At the same time, the monster on the ceiling detaches itself and gains momentum as it falls, which is suddenly negated by Thenmer's connections to the order of things. The monster freezes for a split second, enough time for it to hit the floor, splattering a small bit of it away. It then smashes Thenmer into the wall, knocking him unconscious and his metallic armour banging on the wall makes a loud sound that even Barthrum, 30 ft. away, can hear.
It is Barthrum's turn now. He can't see all that happened, but he did hear four loud thuds and a very loud sound of metal banging up against stone.
(Oh, I thought you moved 5 ft. further away. Well, you'd still be unable to see what happened, but at least now you can reach.)
As divine energy flows through Barthrum's hands into Thenmer's unconscious body, Thenmer coughs and wakes up, regaining 1 hp, now ready to take his turn!
(I'm assuming Thenmer got up from being prone? I'd prefer it if you specify these things in the future... Also the source of the attack as you could hit either one now. I'm assuming you attacks the one who attacked you.)
Dolgrim death save: (0-1) 3
As you touch the creature, lightning sparks away into the jelly's body, passing through it to the ground. It seems like it didn't harm it at all. Instead, it seems annoyed...
Both blobs attack again. The one attacked by Thenmer retalliates back with a long armlike stretch. Attack: 5 Damage: 19
The blob that took out Dolgrim now attacks Barthrum. Attack: 14 Damage: 11
As Dolgrim's breaths speed up both attacks hit against your strong armours and fail to deal any damage. The one against Thenmer is so weak it probably wouldn't hurt a fly.
Barthrum's kick hits the blob, splattering it around the room. It seems like none of the drops is moving and none of them is bigger than the palm of your hand.

Standing unsteadily on his feet he sees Dolgrim down and in deep trouble
"We cannot run and leave a fallen colleague"
He backs off from the remaining beast, knowing he can outrange it even if he cannot outfight it. He tries to focus his mind on the laws of nature, the underlying laws he saw while trapped for so long. Fire leaps out from the crystal in his hand, trying to strike the remaining fragment and burn it away from Dolgrim

There's rubble around - Barthrum will pick a sizable sharp rock and full force throw it at the thing crawling closer, then move another 5 feet back.
A d20 roll 18 and .. improvised weapon damage roll (?) 2 + either 5 or 2 depending if STR or DEX is used for it.

Berthrum moved 5 feet back the previous turn.. shouldn't he be in sight of things still?
He runs up, sees the people down and reaches out towards Thenmer, using Lay on Hands for 1 HP. "We should go.. can you move?"

There is nothing for it now but to fight as well as he can and hope, the thing is on him so his fire would be too unwieldy.
He reaches out and lightning arcs from his fingers toward the beast as he tries to force it back
