The party runs into the caverns below, coming face to face with the hag. "Who goes there!?" she exclaims, looking up from her cauldron. "You dare invade Maud Chiselbone's lair!?"
steam violently shoots from a23s ventilation ports as you hear the faint hum as pistons and gears fire into action. steal plates shift into place allowing a razor sharp scorpion like tail to spring from the center of his back.
a23 drops his defenses and charges the sea hag with a reckless assault
Attack: 12 Damage: 10
Reckless Attack: When you make your first attack on your turn, you can decide to attack recklessly, giving you advantage on melee weapon attack rolls using STR during this turn, but attack rolls against you have advantage until your next turn.
a23 rushes to the front, ready to take the hag on. However, his swing misses its mark. Errona enters to back up her new robot friend, slashing into the enemy for 23 damage! Roc fires two arrows. The first one missing, but the second one piercing right through the hag's ear for 17 damage!! Lumen's spiritual weapon thrusts into the witch for 12 damage. His divinity is resisted, leading to 5 damage.
Maud Chiselbone has taken 57 total damage. Suddenly, the hag reveals her true form. The appearance is horrifying.
Horrific Appearance. Any humanoid that starts its turn within 30 feet of the hag and can see the hag's true form must make a DC 11 Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, the creature is frightened for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, with disadvantage if the hag is within line of sight, ending the effect on itself on a success. If a creature's saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the creature is immune to the hag's Horrific Appearance for the next 24 hours.
Unless the target is surprised or the revelation of the hag's true form is sudden, the target can avert its eyes and avoid making the initial saving throw. Until the start of its next turn, a creature that averts its eyes has disadvantage on attack rolls against the hag.
Rumbling can be heard from a previous part of the cavern.

Errona says to the hag "Oh please, if that is your attempt to scare me, then you have severely underestimated me." She settles her feet and uses her bonus action to take steady aim. She then uses her action to attack with one of her short swords."

a23's internals detect something akin to the primal feeling of fear, but he still manages to deal 7 damage to the hag in close quarters! Errona, unfazed, fires into the hag for 15 damage! Roc's expert aim is displayed again as the hag is then swiftly disabled by his arrow. (17 damage) Lumen glows wildly as he lets out a flurry of bright attacks, two of his rays piercing the hag for 15 damage!
Maud Chiselbone takes 54 damage this round for a total of 111 damage! She falls onto the floor, now unable to move. "AAAAHHHRRRRRGHHHHHH!! FOOLS!!!" she screams.
The echo of her scream rings through the cavern. It almost seems as if this causes more rumbling. The vibrations get heavier and heavier. Suddenly, a Frost Giant Skeleton appears behind the corner and assaults Roc!
Attack: 14 Damage: 31
Attack: 25 Damage: 21
Roc takes 55 damage! He falls to the floor before realizing what has happened!
A towering Frost Giant Skeleton now tramples towards the party! What will they do?
Lumen balks for a moment at the undead giant, but once more clasps his holy symbol. He utters a Healing Word at Roc before outstretching his holy symbol towards the undead.
" Back you creature of the dark!" He yells as he attempts to turn undead.
As an action, you present your holy symbol and speak a prayer censuring the undead. Each undead that can see or hear you within 30 feet of you must make a WIS saving throw (DC 13). If the creature fails its saving throw, it is turned for 1 minute or until it takes any damage. A turned creature must spend its turns trying to move as far away from you as it can, and it can’t willingly move to a space within 30 feet of you. It also can’t take reactions. For its action, it can use only the Dash action or try to escape from an effect that prevents it from moving. If there’s nowhere to move, the creature can use the Dodge action.

Errona sees a23 dash away and says "Well, so long Roc. I'll take care of the donkeys for ya..." She will use her movement and action to dash (60 ft) to follow a23 but she will use her bonus action to try and find a place to potentially stealth and hide from further attacks.
The Frost Giant Skeleton does not see Roc's revival as it rushes towards the rest of the group. It fails to catch the dashing Errona and a23, but notices Lumen flying above. The monstrosity peers intently at the Cleric.
Freezing Stare. The skeleton targets one creature it can see within 60 feet of it. The target must succeed on a DC 13 Constitution saving throw or take 35 (10d6) cold damage and be paralyzed until the end of its next turn. Source: IDRotF, page 288
Lumen waits to make sure everyone has gotten down safetly. He calls out, "ready then?"
His eyes begin to glow with divine radiance and feathered white glowing wings sprout from his back.
"Lets go!" And he takes off from the top of the waterfall through the cave towards the sea hag!
Errona will follow Lumen to attack the sea hag and save the sailors.
